Lenny the salesman who helped me was very kind and courteous. The staff was great overall. I got approved quick. They have a great program for those with bad credit to help build your credit. The process did not take long at all. Thank you.

Never have a bad experience here. The team is great! Brought my husband in to get a vehicle and Dana did great helping him out and finding what we could afford. The lady in the back was beyond helpful as well with going over the finance part of the deal . Definitely will recommend this place !

My husband and I worked with Mike Jones and let me tell you he was an absolute blast to work with, very fun and informative. He told me he would get me in a car after hearing how bad my situation was and he did just that. We ll be back in 6-9 months to get my husband in a new vehicle.

Glad I gave them a chance despite what a few disgruntled customers said. This is the best experience I have ever had with a car finance company. They are friendly, understanding, courteous, affordable and flexible. I can make payments on cash app. I have the best car I ve ever had, and I get 10$ oil changes. 10/10!!!

I have recently purchased a vehicle from this company. This was quite an experience! I made contact on the phone after reviewing their merchandise online, I bought in all my info, excited about the car purchase of my choice. That was a joke! The moment I walked in, a young employee jumped in the vehicle and drove off! What's going on? Is the car sold? When I inquired, the salesman stated no it's not! I then identified my self and my interest in the vehicle. As usual, he only focused on selling A car, not the one I really wanted! I sat all day waiting on God knows what...only to find out I couldn't get the car,but get PUT IN a car of their choosing! Needing a car, I humbly accepted. The vehicle was poorly cleaned when I drove it and I was simply told it was still damp from cleaning. Driving the car, it was not shifting properly, I was told that I was not shifting properly. Another excuse....I feel that I was tolerated just to make a sale.....When I called back to make inquiries or simply ask questions all I got was " he's not available, may I take a message? Left me feeling some kind of way! Oh yes, I'm still waiting.......Really?

Wasn t at all satisfied with my purchase. Be ready to pay $26,000 for an $8,000 car. Make sure you know what you re signing yourself up for ! You take all the risks leaving them with zero risks as stated in the contract. Staff was great however! Ericka wasn t friendly however. Maybe she was just having a bad day

They all are so nice and super funny, my credit isn t the best and I have a repo and mike did all he could to get me a good car with low payments. Update: My car has a lot of issues and for the money I pay it s not right. My dashboard went out for no reason and they won t fix it I ve only had the car for like 6 months, the cars electrical systems just go crazy at random times, the radio gets stuck sometimes, it s a lot and having to pay them every 2 weeks is a lot sometimes and you don t have the option to change it

WARNING: If your payment is late and you made arrangement for a later date .when they want that payment they will go into your bank account and get their money even though you dont have auto pay and you didn t authorize them doing so .I don t recommend these people nor will I get another car from them or refer to anyone I know .Oh these people start off pleasant of course need to make their sales and commission but when you lease several vehicles with them payments are on time for years but when now a days finances is a struggle they hound you on your payments question you of why your late but you do catch up with the payments but if you don t get their payments on time, they will go into your bank account whatever you have on file with them and they take their payment out and without your approval or authorization you don t have a auto payment with them so how can they do something like that to anyone ..well it happen to my husband,,,,they don t know what $$$we are working with the struggle early this year I had a heart attack, work days missed from my husband catch up with the hours missed etc my point is they took money out of our bank account because they need their money the car is not worth all this drama .but they had no business going into your bank account without our permission..we make the payment and we don t have auto payment with them and left our account in the minus even though arrangements were made to make a payment they aren t satisfied with that they took it upon themselves to go into your bank account and get the money .I don t recommend this company and I wish I didn t have to give them a star

I went to the dealership and told them that I wanted a car that could tow and one that my girl would be able to drive. I told them that when I bought the car I would want it transferred to her name in a few months and that I d be getting a different car. Denny told me it would work out and that I could get the trailer hitch installed on this 2017 Dodge Journey. I looked into it after buying the car and was told that that car can have one but it s not capable of towing much. Then when I went to transfer the title to my girl and she was gonna take the payments they told me that s not possible and that I would just have to add her and still be on the car title. This has completely ruined all my future plans and has caused me to not be able to transfer this off of my plate. I would not recommend this place because all they will do is lie to get you to buy. Only good thing that wasn t a lie was when you pay it boost your credit. Wouldn t recommend leasing from them.

This place is filled with nasty, rude, and unprofessional workers. The hell with CNAC the manger Jessica and Erica are super rude unprofessional people. I will be dropping my car off to them I will never recommend no one to go get a car from CNAC.

Dana was AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend going with her when you go here. She is very kind and fully understanding of any situation you have. She came straight out to assist us and didn t waste any time and made sure I understood my options. I am so Happy and proud to say i drove off with the vehicle I wanted!I need to also give Jason in financing a lot of credit too. He helped in every way he could. He explained everything thoroughly before we began finalizing. The staff is amazing honestly.

Yesterday by far was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had EVER!!! I had spoken with Lenny before coming in he was very resourceful in letting me know what documentation to bring and how much for a down payment and also helped me get car insurance that I could afford as well. So if you need a car come here make sure you have everything he tells you so that the car buying process can be easy for you as well. Thank you again Lenny!!!
