Best experience I've ever had purchasing a car! I was in and out it usually takes all day i dying think i was there an hour and everyone was so nice. Great customer service not to mention how much i love my car... her name is Wings

Yesterday I took my car in for service, had a 10 am appointment that was scheduled a week ago. Dropped my car off at 9:45am and finally at 4:05, I told the worker to give me my car. They never touched my car, he told me they ve just been really busy and if I wanted to bring it one morning, they d try to push it through. I told him my car has been here before 10 am and my appointment was scheduled, this was totally unacceptable. I definitely don t recommend taking your vehicle here. I purchased my vehicle new in April and 2 months ago the service was great. This establishment has really gone down hill and I definitely don t recommend using them. Giving Toyota a bad name. I called the service manager, left a message and crickets. I m sure other Toyota dealers in Jacksonville are much better than Butler, service needs an over haul.

I had the worst experience from Brian the General manager at store. While we are in middle of the discussion, he was very rude shook my hands that the proposed deal was off and left.

I had no problems with this company. They truly help me out with a situation that I had to deal with. This young man deserves a raise for help customers, very polite, respectable with his knowledge pretaining what I had to do. Thank you Chris at the Cassat Ave location.

In search of a Toyota (New & used)... I highly recommend Butler. From Sales to your Service Advisor along with pretty fast car Maint service... I'll be back in 2�/� yrs..!

Took my 4runner for a routine oil change today and had the pleasure of dealing with the service advisor , Rob Stomfay-Stitz. By far the best experience i ve had at this location due to Rob being so friendly, honest, and detailed in his approach to customer service. I will return for sure!

Great experience at Ernie Palmer Toyota. Our service writer Rob was very helpful. I had an 8am appointment and I was leaving at 8:50 with an oil change, tire rotation, and safety check.

I have lived in Jacksonville for over 20 years, and I have owned everything from Mercedes to Honda. Between my husband and me, we have been customers at roughly 10 local dealership service departments. Rob Stomfay-Fitz is the best service advisor our family has ever had the pleasure of knowing. I now use Butler Toyota to service my Maxima, even though there is a Nissan dealership one block away. Rob is professional, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He knows his cars and loves his customers. He tells the truth and keeps his promises. Our family could not ask for more in a service advisor or service department. We won't take our family's cars anyplace else for service. Thank you, Butler Toyota, and keep up the great work!Service: Brake service & repair

Appointment at 11 am for OIL CHANGE. I got here early, but assigned service advisor took 15 minutes to come out...apparently nobody else can check you in. 5 other cars that came in behind me were pulled around me. Here I am 1 1/2 hours later and still waiting...

My aunt was having sudden issues with her car out of nowhere.. The horn was going off, the trunk was popping open and Other odd things! We were near Ernie Palmer Toyota and my aunt knows someone there so We took a chance seeing the situation or dilemma we were in! Her friend was on duty and was able to Help us out! Found out the remote had just gone bad! A small solder weld broke loose! Who knew! Advised to remove battery and don't use and order a New one! It's not everyday things just work out for You! Also was able to visit dealer and order that new Remote! A Good Day!

It was very clean and covid protocol very effective. Very spacious and good customer service. The tech guy came out and explained everything about what was going on with the vehicle,and what was needed. Very good experience.

Wait for check in was about 15 minutes for an oil change ... no appointment is needed for just oil change. Based off of this first experience expect to wait about 10-20 minutes to be checked in but the oil change itself only took about 15 minutes once they took the vehicle back.

I will survey you in a few years since I just bought a Toyota from you, I still don't understand why why we cannot find dealerships with first Florida credit Union inside of Jacksonville florida, I know that there are a number of good to older dealers in Jacksonville, and I'm sure the dealers in Tampa are good, but they had to drive my car from Tampa to Jacksonville darts! You should be able to deal with those dealers here in Jacksonville to keep unneeded miles on cars! That is the only thing I did not like one dealer said to me if they have to bring your car to you from that far don't buy the car, you don't know what they do to your car in between you buying it and it getting to where you need it to be I think that's true.

I stopped by to get air in my tires and see the new Toyota Corolla Cross. Martin Couch greeted me and gave me a value tour and explained changes in the Highlander and RAV4, while still talking about the Corolla Cross.
