Today I had an appointment with Hubert. Now I m a very complicated person because I want what I want and I m gonna pay for what I want to a certain extent lol Hubert really worked with me today show me many options that I had and a estimate of what I will be paying. When the prices weren t what I expected Chris the finance guy got involved and he really helped me out a lot. My goal was to drive away in a car and that s exactly what I did a 2022 and I am so grateful for these two men they really outdid their self today with helping me get a car that I love .Perfect customer service 10/10 recommend thank you again to Hubert and Chris.

My service advisor, Argie, was super friendly, easy to work with, and down to earth! Everyone else I dealt with while dropping my car off and picking it up was super nice. For my cars first oil change I went back to the dealership I bought it from and I didn t have the best experience, but Butlers service team is exceptional! Tim up in sales is super cool as well! I ve never had a bad experience there yet!

Toyota has been sending my wife emails to trade her car in but we ve never had a problem with it. A few months ago we took it in and they swore we had transmission issues so we took it to a transmission shop and they vowed there was nothing wrong with the transmission. We ve never even had a problem with our cars performance. So today we took it in to get the transmission flush and they went by the paperwork that was from last visit and said they couldn t flush it because there was something already wrong with the transmission which we know isn t true. We leave the dealership and get home. I now smell transmission fluid after turning off our car. Like the may have lowered it. I hope not because this will be a larger lawsuit and my guy is already talking about how we could get the footage from the shop if anything happens soon with the transmission. Be very careful with this place!

Butler Toyota was the 5th dealership I encountered before I ultimately made my decision to purchase! The entire process was fast and painless. My sales associate Tim Jackson was the benchmark for customer service. I came in knowing what I wanted, he listened to my wants and desires and suggested looking at something the same but in a different style trim package and he couldn t have been more spot on! Your voice is heard at Butler and not just another here today customer. My financial manager was just as helpful! As a business owner myself, and I ve said this a million times before, people and customer service will always be the difference! Thank you team at Butler Toyota! Customer for life!

Tyler Johnson was an exceptional helper. He got me exactly what I needed and between him and his team I literally picked a car off the lot and was driving within 2 hours (start to finish).

Michael O. Service was wonderful for me. Far above my expectations. Reliable, economical, reliability. And alittle style.

I had been dreading the thoughts of having to purchase a new vehicle. I honestly put off buying because I did not have the energy to deal with most high pressured sales teams at most car dealerships, however this was not the case at Butler Toyota. The entire process was easy, no pressure, just plain polite service from the moment I reached out over the internet to the first call from a salesman. Driving down the next day and meeting a lot of the staff and people I had talked to over the phone was just as nice. I highly recommend anyone that is contemplating a purchase of a new vehicle to seek out Butler.

My grandma is 78 years old, she is on disability and needed a car. She gets 19k a year and they let her walk away with a 40k car. We are heartbroken. I understand she made a choice but what person with a conscience would close that deal. Now she won't be able to afford food so thanks.

I spent over a month searching for a Grand Highlander coming in so I could have no port or dealer options and pay MSRP. Although the online salesman was responsive the closest they would get was $1000 over MSRP and keep the unneeded options. I bought the one pictured from Coggin Toyota at the Avenues for MSRP and no dealer add ons at all. It pays to shop around because my Limited Grand Highlander hybrid was only $55k. Thats it, no mats or tinted windows or any other option to jack up the price. Two stars for responses but never got close to MSRP. It had the factory installed hitch and rear lift-gate LED lights.

Went in to look at Gr Corolla and Gr86's today, was confused about the difference between premium and base model Gr86's and was looking for help, they offered none of any use. The only thing they were able to figure out was that the base model had 1" smaller rims and didn't include a Limited-slip diff, after a quick google search that turned out to be a lie as all models include LSD. I'm sure they would've realized eventually that the LSD was included but their motivation to get me in one of the two premiums they had (no base models on lot) kept them from caring. 40k out the door (10k down + '15 STI trade in) for a car with a $33k msrp also felt pretty egregious.I was also told that I could not order a new car, I've yet to confirm this but them saying whatever they could to get me in the cars they had makes me quite suspicious. They get 2 stars because the cars are sweet and I didn't have to jump through hurdles to drive them. The dealership was clean and well setup but could use more knowledgeable salespeople, at least for their sports cars.

I went to Butler Toyota dealership with a noise in my car. I left another dealership very upset because they said the noise was my transmission and they wanted to charge me $8,000.00 to change the transmission.I spoke to Andrew Deal and from the beginning he listened to me and the problem of the car. Him and the Tech Salah went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was. They took the time with the car to make sure the sound was found and fixed. At the end it wasn't the transmission and it didn't cost me $8000.00 like the initial dealership has said. It only cost me $2000.00 to get the problem fixed.Visit this dealership if you ever have a problem with your car. They were all caring, attentive and made sure we left satisfied with the service.

This should likely be a review of Toyota Motor Company as a manufacturer of automobiles but I'm not a consumer interfacing a producer I'm a consumer considering purchasing a new Toyota and the way to do this is through a quality dealership like Butler Toyota. In as many months of shopping and searching some things have really stood out about Butler Toyota. First, is their customer service focus, they've always returned contact with quality information which includes how neatly organized this dealership is, I like how all the warranty and manufacturing information is available. There are significant things happening in the automotive industry and the underlying financial, economic and production structures that are influencing the final product that is being sold to the consumer. This includes some dynamics of of the laws of supply and demand, which is reality. Included in this is inventory levels and the selection of vehicles that are available for sale. It's my impression that Butler Toyota clearly knows all of this, the market, the challenges of being in the market and is working diligently towards the interests of the customer all of which is five stars.

First and foremost when we walked in to the store a friendly face greeted us and even though we didn t have an appointment she found us a salesman who worked well with us. We were passed off by an older gentleman but honestly we were happy we were because LORENZO was phenomenal with the service he had provided for us. From letting us test drive the cars we wanted to explaining everything from warranties to specs and different types of packages he was not only knowledgeable but made it easy enough for us to understand and was extremely patient when it came to our questions, comments and concerns. The finance manager was extremely accommodating and friendly and was able to work it out so we could drive off with the car we had wanted for a lower payment than expected. We stayed within our budget and walked away happy and extremely satisfied. We were going to go to Keith Pierson but are extremely grateful we decided to look here instead. When my fianc needs a car a year from now I guarantee you this is the only place we will be looking and probably buying from! Also, they have a cute little cafe there that sells food and snacks while you wait in addition to coffee to help keep you energized. 10000/10 recommend! If any of my co-workers, family or friends ask I will be sending them here for a great car buying experience! Once again, if you need a new or used car ask for LORENZO at Butler Toyota and tell him Alecxandra sent you!

These people are clowns. I'm not saying you can't find a good deal here, but first impressions matter. So the wife receives a "Dealopoly" flier in the mail. She peels back the tabs to play the game and it claims that she won $1k. I'm thinking no way this is real, there has to be a catch, maybe at best its a "surprise" $1k off the asking price if you buy a vehicle from them. I call the dealer and ask if it's real, did we actually randomly win $1k. The person on the phone (I will withhold names) said "Yes, there's no catch. If you come in, you don't gave to buy anything, you can just walk away with the prize that you won".Reluctantly, the wife and I drove up there (we only live about 10 miles away from the dealer, so why not?). I'm thinking, there's no way.. this is just some risky advertising on their part. But... I AM in the market to trade my truck in for a new one so I figured I'd scope out the inventory. Wife walks in with the flier and walks back out with $10 cheap headphones. They were also rude to her. How $1k turns into cheap headphones beats be, but it was enough of a bad impression to where I didn't even let them look at my truck for trade in. These people are clowns... like how do you spin that?"Hey. We know that we deceived you and lied to you from the very beginning, here's some cheap headphones that don't work, would you like to spend tens of thousands on a new car with a high APR?"Real geniuses you guys are. I needed a good laugh. But it was enough for me to never do business with this dealership.

Linda G. did a fantastic job! This was, without question, the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I originally contacted the dealer on August 17th to express interest in a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE. Within minutes, Linda reached out to me to discuss my options and the process. The model and color I wanted was in high demand and had limited availability. Linda was fantastic throughout the process, keeping me informed with frequent updates. She worked with her manager to ensure that as soon as the exact vehicle I wanted was available in the region, they would get it. She did a great job setting realistic expectations and got the vehicle faster than originally expected. When I took delivery, she spent a lot of time reviewing the operation of all of the vehicle's safety and technical features, while also ensuring that I was properly set-up on the mobile app. Linda's communication, attention to detail, and customer focused mindset truly made this an amazing experience.

Of all my experiences with acquiring new vehicles, today's was undeniably the best. Given that my past experiences with other dealerships in Jacksonville have been exceptionally awful, I approached this process with low expectations and high levels of skepticism.Brian, the manager, stood out for his compassion and assistance throughout the pre-dealership process. Upon arriving, every interaction with the rest of the team remained positive, even when they knew the sale was already secured. Chris, in finance, also demonstrated remarkable patience and kindness, especially given my somewhat complex situation.Tyler, my salesperson, deserves special mention for his incredible understanding and support, particularly when my anxiety was at its peak. I cannot recommend him enough. His extensive knowledge of the cars he sells and his unwavering commitment to the customer experience far exceeded even my highest expectations. I'll remain a loyal customer to him as long as he works here and will enthusiastically recommend him to everyone in my community. This being my first Toyota purchase, I can confidently say that, for as long as I'm in Florida, I will never buy a car elsewhere. The entire experience, from start to finish almost feels unreal as it was truly remarkable.

I had an exceptional experience at Butler Toyota (cassat) at Jacksonville. Tyler Johnson was understanding, kind, friendly and professional. I have never had so many nice things to say about a car sales man but Tyler hit it out of the ball park. Best customer service I have EVER experienced. He went the extra mile to assist me in getting the car I wanted. I highly recommend Tyler as your sales associate in your next purchase, you will not regret it.

RUN don't walk away from this dealership! There is an employee who works there and his relative that took a young man into the dealership. The relative pressured the inexperienced 'friend' to purchase a car there. The salesman was forthcoming and told the potential buyer what his payment would be to include tags/title/dealer fees. When the potential buyer was taken to the Finance Dept. the finance person added on several service packages and warranty costs and insurances without disclosure of what the itemized items were to the young buyer. The 'friend' was allowed to further STAY in the room and manipulate and tag-team over the young buyer stating that the optional items were 'good' and 'you want that' and hover over pressuring the add ons. In the sales contract it states that a buyer has 30 days to return the car if they change their mind. All over the dealership are signs posted that as well. This event happened after 5PM and 24 hrs later, the buyer and father returned the new car back to the dealership. The Finance person denied there was any high pressure sales and the consumer was told, "this is just business." The Finance person stated, "call my lawyer". The father of the buyer compared the cost sheet and sought advice from a competing dealership and was told that those warranty and service items in fact, can be removed. The payment was $200-300 HIGHER then disclosed and the Finance Person did not explain those items to the buyer. The GM was brought forward and the buyer was told, "the trade in was funded late the night prior and it was just business..." There was nothing they could do, or even if they removed the optional items; the car payment would stay the same. Why the finance amount would be LESS! The relative of the employee that works in the back office or service dept just so happen to show up to obtain his referral Check. The Salesman and the 'friend' were laughing and cutting up while NO ONE could help the buyer and his father. The Dealership said they could only sale back the trade in and in doing so, charged 3 times more then the original pay-off. The Customer Service and Finance Dept deals in coercion, manipulation, failure to disclose information in their purchase contracts. They took advantage of a young man and I would not be surprised if there is conflict of interest between the 'friend' and the employee that works in the back offices/service Dept to get a kick-back from such dealings. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

I just purchased a certified preowned Camry Nightshade Xp from Tyler Johnson. The entire purchasing process was seamless from beginning to end. He assisted and answered every crazy question I had as little or BIG as they were. He never once rushed me or pushed me to do anything. Same with Chris in the finance office. He showed me and explained the options to me and let me decide what fit my driving habits the best and didn't push me on anything. This has been the best buying experience by far I've ever had. Props to upper management for having the staff they have. A+ in my book!!

Service is horrendous. Highly recommend avoiding this dealership.1st Occasion: Flat tire from a nail. I purchased the dealership's tire warranty with my certified used car purchase. I scheduled an early morning appointment and it was over an hour before they begin servicing my vehicle. After 10 minutes, they informed me the tread on my tire was "too worn" so I need to purchase a new tire... I just purchased this vehicle 3 months ago and I generally service my own car. I only went to the dealership BECAUSE I have a tire warranty. The tire did not have low tread.2nd Occasion: I purchased my car in early 2023. I was promised a 2nd set of keys with my purchase. It is February of 2024 and I still only have 1 set of keys. Despite the numerous times I've called, left voicemail, stopped in, scheduled appointments, and provided paperwork, they refuse to give me a 2nd set of keys. The service department is awful at this Toyota location.

This review would be zero it could be. Called ahead to the Jacksonville location about a specific car, made an appointment to specifically see it. Specifically, asked if the car was still there. Specifically said we re traveling from out of town to see it. Arrive to discover that car is in Macon, Georgia at this location instead of Jacksonville.. Unprofessional and unethical. Gas is not free, time is not free, babysitting is not free. Our family s time during the holidays was wasted, purposefully, because they know and have records of where this car is. Butler Toyota initially withheld information from us to ensure that we would arrive at the dealership despite the car not being there in the hopes they could bamboozle us into buying another one. It did not work, but I m sure someone else will fall for this scheme. Go literally anywhere else.

Service was fast and great! Only thing was where my car was parked when I left someone didn t move the cone and i couldn t see it and didn t know it was there. I went to leave and drug it under my car which was funny but if i would have been someone in a smaller car that may not have went over well.

Service is very wishy washy and Thomas is a horrible service manager. This is the second time I have went and made an appointment for an oil change and 2 hrs later and my vehicle still wasn t serviced and no one even informed me about it until I went to check on the status of my vehicle. There is a customer support warranty going on and they wouldn t touch the front of my vehicle which isn t modified and where the warranty concern is. They wouldn t even sell me the part I needed to go elsewhere and fix my vehicle. Mediocre service.

Joshua went above and beyond the call of duty from day one when i entered the dealership with my broken Camry. Someone hit my car and drove off while my car was parked the day before Christmas. His professionalism and kind words when I told him my son was sick, melted my heart. Being without my car and son being hospitalized back in GA mentally drained me. His kindness was what i needed to get me through my ordeal. Josh definitely need a raise. My go to guy moving forward for all my service needs. He's a keeper.

If you get a flier from them saying you won a cash prize, don't waste your gas going up there. I received a game piece saying I won $1000 just to be told the prizes that match the symbol are "just an illustration" to show what you "could" win. I typically don't fall for these and actually almost threw it away. It's a classic bait and switch tactic and should be illegal. It's an unethical and deceitful business practice. They just want to get you up here to get personal information from you and try to sell you a car. I should have trusted my gut.I even asked the salesman if anyone has actually won any of the cash prizes and he said, and I quote, "No, we send those flyers far, far away and hope they don't come up. And if they do, the money is insured so it doesn't cost the dealership anything." I smell a class-action lawsuit. What were you hoping to gain from this? Did you honestly think people were going to be like, "ah man, I didn't win the money, but since I'm here I might as well buy a car." It's going to do the opposite. I work in marketing and this isn't how you win over customers. All you did was show that you're an untrustworthy and scammy business. But thanks for showing me the kind of people you are upfront. The sad thing is I was actually looking to purchase a new vehicle . Now I think I'll go to your closest competitor, buy something from them, and then drive through your parking lot honking and waving.
