They gave me the best price after calling around for my car repair. They were able to quote me over the phone quickly, confirmed the diagnosis before making the repair and knocked it out while I was at work no less. Thanks so much for the fast and affordable service. Paid the place a lot of money, to fix a problem, couldn't tell how much fuel was in tank, replaced fuel sending unit, didn't work, replaced fuel gage myself, fixed the problem. Wow! I need to go back to doing my own work and save money.

I have used this business in quite a few instances because they are close. However, I will never use them again. When they make a mistake on your repair causing extensive damage they charge YOU to repair THEIR mistake. Their mechanics are incompetent and not professional. Their mistake on a recent brake job causing extensive damage cost me hundreds of dollars. There is no integrity. When they are hired to fix a problem but can't you are still charged. Mrs Hires was wonderful, easy to talk to and very sweet .i found my new place to get my car fixed. I took. My car to 2 places they could NOT!! find the problem but Budget did. Thank You! It's nice not hearing that noise anymore. May the Lord bless y'all .

John (owner) and his mechanics are great when it comes to making sure your vehicle is serviced properly...front end desk help (owners wife) not so great...rude and does not communicate well! I feel sorry for John if he loses business because of how she runs the front end of the business! First impressions are important I'm glad I bit my tongue & held off to do business strictly with John as she could care less.

I am always so pleased with the good service I get from John @ Budget on 103rd. We have old cars & he keeps them going for us. He always evaluates and then explains what he thinks needs to be repaired plus providing an estimate. He gets the guaranteed work done in a timely manner, & I am always a satisfied customer because he backs up what he does until it's right. A great place to have your vehicle repaired!

Family owned and opporated by a really nice and knowledgeable couple. Speedy turn around considering how busy they always are. My dad and brother pointed me in their direction and I was very happy with the service I received. Will be back for any future repairs needed!

If you have a diesel definitely take it to budget automotive. It's hard to find honest mechanics these days. I was quoted over $4,000 at another shop. To say I was surprised when it was under $2,000. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles in the future to get worked on by budget automotive. Thanks again for the awesome work service and pricing.Service: Engine repair

Wow I just left there awsum people. I had a uniquely odd problem with my service truck. I had taken it to a couple places they replaced "stuff" and yes each time it ran better but was never actually fixed per say. Well now it's absolutely fixed. I believe the mans name was John.Ty John

I dropped off my van that had been giving me trouble for some time. Finally driving got to be dangerous with the ecu trying to calibrate every time I stopped. Dropped it off one afternoon and they called the next day telling me to come pick it up. Great service and priced right.

If you need an honest mechanic this is the place. John over the years has helped and fixed many cars for many customers I've known. He doesn't try to rip you off, very honest and backs up his work.

Where can i begin.Lady at the desk rude and snotty.Owner John no business etiquette.Mechanic doesn't know what he's doing.Took car to another shop (Lee's around the corner)John and his crew said my vehicle wasn't repairable.Beware,Bad business.Cost me more money than needed for repairs.

They have ONE mechanic and does a rush job since he has like 5 cars to repair. Paid them $600 and they didn't even fix the issue I had. When I pointed this out they ask for an additional $600 to actually fix the issue.DON'T GOService: Auto maintenance

Horrible, business practices and customer service. My vehicle was taken to this establishment three times within 9 days. Prior to this visit, Budget Automotive placed a new engine in my truck, November, 2017. I purchase a warranty for back-up. June, 2018, my truck gave me a signal indicating my truck may be running hot. I immediately, made contact with the company of purchase and Budget Automotive. After examination of the truck, I was told by the owner, John, he could find nothing wrong. I picked up my truck after being without it 5 days. Immediately after driving off the lot, the temperature indicator light began to rise. I called Budget and towed my truck back to them. The lady at the desk was very rude getting upset, because I asked "how" they could see nothing if my vehicle was driven daily. The owner told me it could only be the Thermostat sticking. I said, it if sticks it could stick again...he suggested replacing it. I picked up my vehicle after the thermostat was replaced. The following Monday while driving, the truck again started to run hot. I called again and returned my truck. This time, I was told it was the water pump. They replaced the water pump, I drove my truck off their lot Friday. The next day, Saturday, my driveway was flooded with Anti-freeze. I towed my truck back the next day Sunday. Per the owner it was a bad water pump. My truck was not running the same...I had a certified mechanic look into why it wasn't running smooth. He lifted the hood of my truck and discovered my "Air filter was not connected, causing the truck not to run as it should; and addition to that, the top cover over the area where the water pump was installed, was just sitting loose on top of my engine and the brackets were removed and not reinstalled. Budget was paid and overpaid for the horrible service I received. I am filing a complaint. Paying Customers receiving sub-standard service is unacceptable. I intend for my warranty to be carried out. I paid Budget in good faith and was treated with disrespect.Hazel has a nasty disposition, especially when asking questions concerning your vehicle. She became very rude and committed, "they did not have all the information", until my truck was returned, unbelievable...they are the mechanics. She also had the nerve to say, after the 2nd time returning my truck, "I hope I don't have to see you again", but stopped short and tried to clean it up by saying, "unless you need an oil change". John was cordial and polite. If Hazel cannot greet person with respect, maybe she should work in the back. It makes Budget look horrible.ADDITIONAL THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE AN ANSERING SERVICE OR MACHING SET-UP. I CALLED THROUGH OUT THE WEEKEND (ALL) THREE WEEKENDS, THERE WAS NO VOICE MAIL SET-UP FOR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE CONTACT. UNBELIEVABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CONTACT IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THEY OPEN AFTER THE WEEKEND.

I brought my 2003 Chevrolet Implala in because the brakes were very soft and they found the leak in the brake line and repaired it. I go it back the next day and only paid $135. This was the best experience I have had at a garage in a long time. I will be going back in the future.

Of the many times I have used them I have always found them to be professional, fair, and speedy. They have always tried to meet any urgent repair needs. Price is fair and they stand behind their work!

rude inconsiderate and don't really care about making any money or helping out customers in need. it would be best if you went by there directly rather than call because they will hang up in your face if they can't answer the question or if they just don't know.

This is not a good company to do business with. I took my car in to have my engine and AC compressor replaced and it seemed like I would never get my car back. The entire process took about a month and a half to complete.When the job was done and I got my car back I noticed that the engine was running hot and the AC wasn't working properly. It turned out that the wrong type of coolant was put back in the car, which caused the new engine to run hot. The AC blower motor was also damaged when they put the new AC compressor in.I called the company to let them know about the problem and all I got was an apology about putting the wrong coolant in my car which could have ruined my new engine. I was further told that I needed to pay to have they AC blower motor replaced.I have had nothing but problems with my car every since I got it back. The company seems to always be a couple of weeks behind on work. For example: It took three weeks to complete my engine and three weeks to complete my AC when you account for the times I had to take it back to have them fix their mess ups. In other words I was without a car for approximately, six weeks. I had to borrow a friends vehicle to get to and from work during that time, which I had to pay to use. Thank god for friends. I would have lost a lot more had I not had them during this time (getting my car repaired by budget).
