Absolutely phenomenal!! Very friendly and well going! Willing to help all your car needs as they offer ! Went above and beyond. Very quick! It took me about 30mins for my Service B diagnostic for my GL450 2015 , and he answered all my questions! Saved me a trip to the dealership, got rear brakes and rotors within 2 days and it took them like LESS THAN a hour !

I have been using Brightway for at least 2 years for my Jaguar. I absolutely love these guys! Very honest and professional. Eric believes in preventive maintenance. Oh...and did I mention the prices are great! I haven't taken my car to anyone else since I was referred to Brightway by a friend. I highly recommend this service center!!Service: Brakes

Eric is an absolute pleasure to work with completely professional and honest love their work. They did a fantastic job and communicated with me. The entire process of what was wrong with my car. What the full pricing was going to be and the fact that it was using genuine new part. I really appreciate business like this and it s so nice to find a great service center to be able to do work on your car in these days. I have taken 1 mercedes and 2 Lexus' to Brightway Service and have been very pleased with all of the work they've done on our cars. It is really difficult to find a mechanic or car repair shop that is trustworthy, honest and have competitive pricing. They are all of the above and more... I've always taken my cars to the Mercedes & Lexus dealership until I found Brightway. Now, I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. I am so comfortable leaving my car in their care. They're professional, very knowledgeable and and take care of you like family. They do an excellent job explaining what they've found and what needs to be done. I've actually learned a lot about my car since going to them. Eric and Joe are the best. No need to think about it, take your car in today. Unfortunately I will not return after having an oil change, ball joint replaced & paid $1000 for all this to leave with my 2015 Toyota Camry making noise (after leaving my car with them all day to take care of my car) Supervisor said that a part was left off my car Had to bring my car back then when I was going to give them another chance months later, call to find out that I m not valued as a customer & they do not keep record of services the provide & Yes I do have my original invoice for the services provided saved in my safe.Just be aware if you decide to use their services that you may need to get a second opinion for the safety of your family.Service: Oil change

Five years ago I bought a 2007 Mercedes GL 450 with 80,000 miles on it here. I drove that car all the way up until 2023 ran perfect always had it serviced to Brightway had 207,000 miles on it when I got in an accident and it was totaled out.Two weeks ago I bought another car from Brightway the exact same car but a 2015, Mercedes GL 450. I absolutely love it. They sell great cars that are mechanically sound and will last forever. I will never buy a car anywhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can t say enough about them. I bought my 2007 Mercedes GL450 from them 2.5 yrs ago w 90,000 milesI have used them for all my service and recently to replace my starter. My car now has 188,000. Still runs perfect! The cars are clean and having an ACE certified mechanic who does a deep computer scan and makes sure cars are mechanically sound prior to being sold is key! I am very happy w my purchase and service and highly recommend Brightway auto sales and service!Services: Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Brightway took care of my car's issues quickly! They were able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue fast! Their prices were reasonable and the customer service felt very personal. This place is awesome!!! I had BOTH my 2007 Caddy SRX and my 2019 Toyota Camry there and both times the service was great and the quotes were less than two other vehicle repair shops! Both cars are running great and my Caddy feels like the day I left the dealership! I am so glad I went to Brightway! I have used other facilities in the past that have taken advantage of me. Mitch and the team were honest, professional and gave me a wonderful deal on my service. Car repairs are usually a stressful and inconvenient experience for me. I am so thankful to have found this group and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Stopped in for a oil change and to check a tire. The service manager Mitch was friendly and professional. And I learned they do more than just the simple stuff! My wife and I always had our vehicles services at another shop where the manager (Mitch) gave great service. Recently we found out he changed jobs and now manages at Brightway. I highly recommend going to see him for any of your service needs.

I had 2 motor mounts installed on a 2016 BMW. They really worked with me on scheduling my repairs even when I had to cancel the first time. Excellent experience at Brightway. Mitch Hyser was easy to work with and didn t try to sell me service I did not need. They got my truck serviced and I was in and out. 10/10 I will be going back.

I arrive to Brightway Auto for a replacement of bulb fixture. The service technician greeted me with a smile and the customer service I receive was awesome and my light was replace and beaming within a timely manner!!!

Had a great experience at this business. Service was conducted in a professional, timely fashion.
