I have bought 3 cars from them. They are locally owned and have a service center. I bought a 2007 Mercedes GL450 90,000 miles. That car ran and had 210,000 on it when I got car accident totaled it. I went back to Brightway and bought a 2015 Mercedes Gl 450. I also co-signed a car loan for one of my employees 2020 Impala.After 4 yrs of amazing experiences both in Sales and Service, I highly recommend Brightway. All cars are in great condition, Joe, their ACE certified mechanic and Eric, owner have the 30k European car scanner dealers have to service all the high end European cars they sell. They only buy high end cars and make sure they mechanically sound before they sell them.

Here's the facts.My credit score showed 650.But when my bank ran it, it was actually below a 600.I have a repo from my marriage 7 years ago and I get paid cash.Nobody was going to finance me without thousands of dollars down.Jamaul told me to sit down and let him work.And he did.I have tried several car lots that went through all of the banks. I took 16 different hits on my credit.I had given up.He looked at me and says ..I got you.And he did.He got a deal done even after....2 Credit Unions (Tyndall, Happy)2 Banks (Regions, Wells Fargo)3 Websites (CarMax etc)8-9 Private owned lots..Nobody else could do what he did!!!Here's the proof....

Worse dealer I know, also the mechanic is rude and don't care about your vehicle issues, they lie and over charge for work done to cars. I purchased a range Rover there and next day was broke, the salesman said they will take care of me, once they took the car back to fix I called to find out what the status was, the mechanic was angry that I was asking as the salesman asked me to do and told me you have just a 10k car not a new one, I explained I spent $12,800 and he said it's just a 10k vehicle and not to call anymore they would let me know when ready. It took 2 weeks and the owner now called to say it's the turbo charger that was leaking and they can pay for the part only for the labor, I asked how much he said $1400 for the part only labor was free as they sold me a lemon I ok the work as I needed the car I purchased and had not used, they called me a week later that it was done, I took it out the lot and check engine light came back on, I texted the shop and he said he has to wait till owner came back from vacation. I took the vehicle to another known shop and the turbo charger is leaking oil from the line. They are thieves I looked up the part turbo charger was $489.00 he said would do the work for free but charged me $1400. Never will do business there, very dishonest including their mechanic, and one of the owners. Be very careful they will get you with junk and don't want you to complaint.

Bought a new 6 passenger golf cart from Michael Green here. Very informative, professional, and down to earth. I'm very skeptical about "car salesman" but Michael does not fit that stereotype. My wife and I are so excited to enjoy our new golf cart as we ride around Jax Beach. Thank you Michael for making the entire process seamless. And thank you Ryan Hawkins for taking care of the registration, and getting the tag for us and delivering our cart to our house. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a golf cart.

BEWARE!!!! Bought a Land Rover from them in May. A month and 947 miles later, found out the transmission was bad. 6800 dollars to fix. Called them to see if there was anything they would do, got blown off. So now, I have a car sitting in my driveway, I can't drive. Good news is, in 65 more months, when it's paid off, it won't have a lot of miles. Maybe the junkyard will give me a good deal.Thanks, Brightway! way to do business.

Drove an hour & a half to look at a VW tiguan that had absolutely NONE of the features advertised on car gurus. So I found an Audi I liked. When i test drove it, the tire pressure light was on. Which he "fixed" but the light never went off. When I got back home a tire shop found all the tires were over inflated to 50lbs. About a week later (tire light still on), all the tires were low. One tire's valve was leaking, one tire had a nail in it and a 3rd tire had a screw in it! When I bought the car(at a great price I will say) it looked nice at 1st glance but after closer inspection when I got home, it was disgusting! What looked like chewing tobaccovomit, was down in between the seat belts and door back, all down the outside of the car and all over the sunroof. I've never bought a vehicle that hadn't been detailed. AND the "service due" light was on, which I was assured, all their vehicles are services before they sell them. I'm not so sure now that i also discovered, they sold me the car with a headlight that gets moisture inside when it rains and the day time running light doesn't work on that headlight either. I was told their shop could fix it cheap but never heard another thing about it. I "bought" GAP insurance but cannot get the sales guy to give me any information on it...I'm real concerned I paid for something I don't really have. I also was a lil concerned when I was told to "make sure u tell the bank on the welcome call how much u love the car and tell your mom(cosigner) to tell them how much u luv the car too". It sounded shady when he said it. The ONLY reason why I didn't give them 1 STAR is because they were able to get me approved with such bad credit:)

So... Driving home from my "new" purchase at Brightway my check engine light came on, the first day... They assured me it was "ok" then charged me another $800.00 to fix it. One week later the check engine light came on again and they wanted to charge me $4800.00 to fix it. Even though I purchased the "warranty"($2,500)which has a 1 star with the better business bureau. And doesn't actually cover what the salesman(Mike) says it covers. This company will rip you off given the chance!!! Don't give them that chance and go somewhere else... You have been warned, such a trash company. The owners should feel shamed of themselves the way they try and get over on people

Just purchased my 2nd car from Brightway Auto Sales. 1st car was solid and took getting Tboned to kill it. I immediately called them again and bought a newer version of what I had. I love that they don't hide the blemishes and normal wear and tear. I've purchased a car in the past, from a different dealer, that had hidden hail damage. Brightway cleans the cars up and presents them with no hidden anything. Pricing is fair and financing was simple and fast. They went above and beyond to deliver fantastic service. Thank you to Mike and your great team.

Great buying experience with Brightway. Super simple to deal with and I made my entire purchase over the phone and internet. I bought a golf cart for the beach. It's fully legal for use on the roads, came with registration, title and plate. Absolutely love the cart. I highly recommend Brightway!!

Mike was great and got us in the car we wanted when nobody else could. Cant say enough good things about the guy. He not only got us the payment we needed but got us a great deal on our warranty so we are worry free for a few years. He even gave great advise on proper steps to take to get our credit started as we have never used it really. Very informative and a real funny guy. Also when you go in to get your dream ride dont forget to tell him THANK YOU for his service to this great country. Thanks again Mike my wife loves her new ride

Absolutely shady auto group, saw a Range Rover evogue on their Craigslist page, I went in to see the vehicle, asked every honest question to predetermine my stance if to put little downpayment and fix any known issues. The sales guy and his manager lied and said the car was great. Zero issues. Upon a brief test drive which they requested I came back and filled paperwork. Gave them a large downpayment, these guys put in financing through Credito royale, only to inflate the price of the vehicle. Upon leaving the lot, got home, left front door on vehicle won t lock, alarm kept going off. I came the next day to address it. The mamager said he will schedule me to take it to their shop. Not knowing and as I was taking it to their shop(driving few miles) CHECK ENGINE light comes on. Their shop charged me to fix the door that wasn t locking and refused to rectify the check engine issue. The also then at the time threatened me not to tell the finance company of the happenings when they give me a welcome call to initiate the financing. Long story short, I have till date spent over $5,000 to fix an entire JUNK of a car these guy FRAUDULENTLY SOLD and financed to me. I pray they no longer do this to anyone.

I love the mechanic team, the work and the pricing are second to none. First visit was for a new battery and programming for my Audi q3. I m back today for my oil change and next visit will be the tune up. I recommend everyone to come here, feel secured and comfortable with an honest mechanic under your hood.

Michael was good to deal with. We had been searching for a Ford Explorer for a long time when we found the one we bought here. Beautiful SUV! Haven't had it long but it seems to be in wonderful condition. So happy!

I have been car shopping for 3 weeks and this was the only dealer to go out of there way to help me and treat me decent. I recommend this dealer for your vehicle needs. Ryan and Mike know how to treat customers. Brightway is just a pleasure to deal with.

I got a second opinion here when another shop's waiting list was 3 weeks out. Turns out Pep Boys had made up some needed repairs on my vehicle. They fixed my vehicle for me at a good fair price for what was needed with labor. Very friendly, good quality. I will be going back hands down. So glad to have a trust worthy mechanic in my arsenal and in the area. Thank you!

To all who are considering buying a vehicle at Brightway, I would highly suggest you do so. We are from southern Wisconsin and were looking at F350 Ford 4x4 crew cab diesels and found one at Brightway in Jacksonville. We buy southern trucks because of the salt they use on the roads up here which just rots vehicles away. We spoke with Jeff at length and he took a lot of pictures of the truck so we could see what the condition was as well as walking around and telling us over the phone what was going on with it. He drove it as well and let us know how it performed. Brian, one of the owners, called and we talked at length with him and they offered us a very good price. There were a few things with the truck we didn't like (our personal preferences, not anything bad about the truck itself), but the overall condition was very good. We did not buy the truck because we found one 500 miles closer in almost new condition. We just can't say enough great things about how we were treated and the great effort Jeff and Brian put forth on this for us. It just didn't work for us. Do not hesitate to buy from here and be sure to deal with Jeff as he will take very good care of you and they will do what ever they can to make it work. We may look for another truck next year and will definitely go here first to see what they have!

I was looking for a particular vehicle for months and I must have dealt with 10 to 15 different dealerships. It was a two hour drive for me and I was pleasantly surprised. They did not misrepresent the vehicle in any way it was nicer. The whole process was painless it took literally 3 mins of negotiation. This is the place I would send my grandmother with no reservations. The sale was important to Ryan but what was more important was my future business. They are were up front with everything. Why not be? There are some real disasters out there regarding small dealerships and then there still are professionals with integrity who want nothing more than to EARN your business. If you're looking for a good used high end vehicle this is a great place. He goes the extra mile obtaining the inventory. I was given a plethora of info regarding the history of the S80 I bought. He even went through the flaws he had found and fixed and the ones he hadn't. Everything has checked out exactly as stated and the vehicle runs beautifully. I am very pleased and I wish Ryan and Brightway Auto Sales the very best.

I have never had such a smooth experience when buying a vehicle. I sell cars so I know what to look for when I encounter a dealership. Bryan Jeff , and Mitch are a real class act !!! I called Bryan on one day and got approved in record time. They truly have financing for everyone. They have a great selectioncars and trucks also. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a killer deal.....I will be buying my diesel truck from them in a few months also. They have great prices and they are hard to beat. Thanks for helping my wife find her car. We will purchase again for sure !!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from the dealership. I should have known something was up when they wouldn't budge on a cash purchase. These people wanted $11,000 for what they called a "pristine" vehicle. Six months later...the passenger door sometimes doesn't open. Take this car to the Audi dealership and there is a laundry list of things wrong with the car to include oil and brake fluid leaks. Multiple tears. Things that were old that THIS dealer knew. Get the car inspected before you buy. This place is a complete rip off. You got me for a smooth $11,000. Oh let's not forget the service we did not get yesterday when we showed up for service. Save your money and your time. Don't get scammed like I did. I have video from the Audi dealership to prove it!Yes the car is older but your ad was misleading. You said the car was in Mint Condition. What am I to expect then? You have a lot of nerve trying to smooth talk me and not take any responsibility for what you sold me at such a high price. Anyone looking to buy a car here do your due diligence and have the car inspected first for issues before buying. The issues on the car I bought cost as much as I paid for the car.
