I needed new brakes for our 2019 Infinity QX80 & stopped for a quote. Nat (Mgr) discussed my options and I determined the Platinum brake set ($399) was right for my car. The 60,000 mile warranty seems like a great plan. They offer $199 (Standard) & $299 (Premium) brake sets. They had me in & out within 90 minutes. They were very nice & helpful during the visit. I departed, feeling I was now driving a safer car. I highly recommend Brakes For Less for your automotive needs.

They will change your brakes for you. However, the price is higher than advertised, and the time involved was over 3 hours with a scheduled appointment!!!Also, I had the brakes and rotors checked at Tire Maxx where they lifted the entire car and walked underneath it pointing out work that needed to be done the day beforehand. They said that the rotors were fine, but to replace the brakes.Brakes 4 Less told everyone that came in that they needed their rotors replaced, including me. I would not recommend them for advice or repairs.

Nathan's Team are awesome, Very great automotive shop. Great service. Quick and great communication. Nate were very honest and didn t try to sell me something I didn t need. Great Shop fair prices. Go see them!!! Big plus on military discount.

Nate s a good guy. Had my entire brake system fixed in only a couple hours. Looking over the bill, the prices for parts and labor are very fair. Got to see what was removed when I picked my car up, which is a really good way to earn trust with a customer.

The store manager, Nate was really friendly and helpful. They did an awesome job and were very professional. The pricing is great in comparison with other shops. I would highly recommend them!

I am so happy with the service provided at Brakes 4 Less. I made an appointment but ended up stopping in early and Nate took great care of me and my vehicle. I was in and out in 1 hour! Very easy and simple process and everything is explained so that you understand. Thank you Nate and thank you to the technician who worked on my car!

Went in to get a free inspection....had been to another business that said I needed all new brakes and rotors and even gave me pictures and measurements....Brakes 4 Less inspected and said everything looked good ... imagine that ...guess where I will be going when I really do need brakes? Totally honest, totally awesome!

Perfect place to go to, their prices are pretty good and they work fast. They have an amazing staff and they care about getting the work done in the best way possible. They are sincere and make you comfortable picking what service you want done, they very informative and the fact you can just come in and they start working in your vehicle right away is the best.I truly would recommend this place because of their financing program, being able to fix your vehicle needs even when you re short on money is a bless.

Made an appointment. Arrived for appointment and waited for 10mins in lobby just to be ignored by staff! Was never treated by anyone even after seeing us inside. So we left and got a better deal and service from a better company.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this location. Called at 830 and got an 930 appointment. Welcomed in. And I waited for the service to be completed. I was called into the bay to see the issue myself. I was called up to the counter to go over what could be repaired and what could be replaced. You never want to pay for a brake job but if you need to, come here!

The manager Nate and his entire staff were GREAT! I came in to get a diagnostic because my brake light came on, and when he informed me that my system was failing, and needed to be replaced he gave me a very reasonable estimate. Once the main repair was finish, another situation arose, and even though it was challenging, the staff stayed several hours past closing tocompleted the task. All I can say is I needed to get on the highway and drive from Jacksonville to DC and I needed to feel safe and secure, and the entire staff there made me feel that way.Thanks for the AWESOME customer service and We arrived to DC safety!!Service: Brake service & repair

I would not even give them 1 star but 0 isn't an option, my wife took our car to get the brakes fixed while I was driving over the road in PA. and said they didn't feel right and squealing so she brought the car there at 9am, they told her that she would be on the road by 1030,11 at the latest, they said she needed 4 new rotors and pads, they didn't have them in stock so there would be a courier fee. She was very reluctant to have the work done because the total bill was $525.00, couldn't really afford to do it but she had them do it anyway, they said 11am to be done, she didnt leave there until 3pm, she specifically told them I wanted the old parts to be placed in trunk, they said they did and when it was done, they only gave her the rotors and tossed out the pads, when she left there she called me immediately and said not only was the bill expensive but now the brakes squeal constantly and doesn't know why. I came home 2 days later and after driving it, I was furious, not only did they charge 525.00, they didn't give her the pads like we asked, they didn't check their work for any squeals or grinding or they would have caught that, i wanted to drive back there and make them fix their scewup but didn't have time so I tore the brakes apart being a diesel mechanic also and noticed they put the metal shims in the wrong places so the tabs were rubbing the rotors on both sides of the front wheels, also didn't put brake grease on slide pins, clips or back of pads. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone

Make sure your car isn t a car that s going to need premium brakes or that $199 special is going to turn into God knows what money pit.I went in to get the special-basically the brakes are cheap and only fits hoop-tees and get around cars- in my opinion.There is a place here on Beach called M&M tires and rims, however they can put your break pads on for $100 if you bring them in. (Provided your other parts aren t damaged.)Know your car firstly!Service: Brakes

I walked in at 4:15pm and was told they could not take me and to make an appt. Whereas the commercial is false advertising when it says give us your keys by 4:30pm and your car will be ready by the end of the day . Not true.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They are amazing they went above and beyond brakes, control arms, cv axles, bearing and bearing warranty was 2 days expired and Nate gave me the warranty so I didn t have to pay for them!!! they are ANGELs the best of the best for real if they did it all I would never take my car anywhere else! Highly recomend, they replaced exactly what they said was wrong. Will use them again, for sure. Just used them again Feb. 1st, They took my suv right in,,, had it done after only 3 hours.
