This business is the worst company to ever call for service. One they lie like democrats tell you there on there way then there at home and saying there coming it's a business that is woke with excuses. Don't use these ppl or you will set all day like in my case 8 hours and still waiting on road side . Trust what I say don't use this company. Josh is a lier and a fraud.

I do not know about other customers, but when I arrived I went inside and a lady, who was shift manager she took my order (which was unusual compare to other McDonald's stores.) and I waited only about 3 minutes.Normally when I go to other stores They do not want to take an order and they want me to go to self order station. For me that meansI have to do their employees job in order to get a food. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO MAKE A CUSTOMER TO DO THEIR EMPLOYEES JOB.That is why I was surprisedWhen the nice shift manager did what is called customer service and I gave 5 stars not to McDonald's, but the store shift manager .

Pretty frustrated i had my truck aligned at tom nehl in Jacksonville they did a terrible job then i had it done here hoping to fix it well now my drive tires all have a ton of wear on the edges not really sure what to do at this point i hate these shops they're a complete rip off I've spent $450 for alignments and no one can get it right i hope the third time is the charm.

I went to get a 3 axle aliment done on my truck they checked it and told me everything was ok. And didn't change me a dime. Because my aliment good. Awesome service. I will recommend this place to everyone. Ty god bless

Nice people and honest. Actually told me to not buy tires yet, runs yours a few more months. This is a commercial tire location so that family sedan would be handled at another of their locations.

I got my kingpins done here, 3 months later my new tires were gone. I checked kingpins and thay were loose. Called GCR and thay said their mechanic quit. Called few months later, thay said their new mechanic is not doing kingpins and my warranty is actually just 30 days not 1 year as thay said at the time of installation. Horrible customer service, will never go back. Shame on you guys.

I'm not crazy they changed from GCR but they've got commercial tires for big trucks and they seem to be busy a lot lately

I've been to most of the heavy truck alignment shops in Jacksonville & this shop has the best alignment guy in the area.

Took a look at are tire because it was losing pressure, For free but couldnt fix it because it was the pressure sensor that was leaking. Then changed it to the spare
