Bold City Auto Glass was amazing!I needed a windshield replaced - Kevin reached out to me quickly after I submitted my claim. My schedule throughout the week was limited, but he was gracious enough to work within my time frame and even get to me sooner than expected!The team came out and installed my windshield without issue. They were courteous, prompt and professional. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Kevin followed up and made sure that I was satisfied.These guys operate at the highest level of integrity and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them in the future.

Super great and easy to work with. He was able to come out in less than 24 hours after calling and was very prompt and communicative. My driver side rear glass was shattered, which he replaced for a very competitive price. He also looked at some other glass that I had some concerns about. He was able to give us honest feedback and without pressuring us into an unnecessary replacement which we really appreciated.

Got a quote around 8am, agreed to do business around 11:30-12pm, and I had a new windshield installed and calibrated by 12:48pm. Great customer service and communication, best price in town, and quick install and turnaround if needed. I d highly recommend Bold City Auto Glass for any windshield replacement. I did not use insurance, I paid cash for my services. Huge shoutout to Kevin for his professionalism during the entire process.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Came out of their way after hours because the schedule got messed up to make sure my window got fixed. Best prices in the city! I searched for weeks and everyone else was extremely high. Didn't take them no time to get it done. Very respectful and polite. Definitely will be using them again and referring everyone to them :)

Windshield replacementFast reliable company met with Kevin the owner scheduled on Saturday 3/16/24 arrived to my house on Monday 3/18/24 with the new windshield replaced within the hour very attentive and detail oriented I would high recommend using this company. if you want the job done right and on time, this is the company to go with. Kevin went above and beyond with the service!! Excellent communication, fast & super neat service and you don t need to even move from your House. He also was able to check out a small crack in my other car and fix it in minutes with no extra charge. 100% Recommended!!

Bold city Auto Glass has Outstanding customer service and are extremely responsive . The owner even spoke directly to my insurance adjuster. I sat for a week on the sidelines dealing with the insurance company and Safelite.I do not know why anyone would choose to do business with anyone else!! I am so glad that Bold City Auto Glass was there for me!

Kevin walked me thru a complicated process on a Sunday when no one else were available to provide me with guidance, Kevin extended the olive branch to ensure step by step on what to do even if i wasn t getting the work done thru him. He gave me so much information it was no way I could not get my work done the next business day (Monday) by him. Straight to the put no grey areas, I highly recommend. Windshield on vehicle looks as so a high end dealership labored on it. Call him today! Don t waste time!

Very professional, the quality of work is great, they did my 3 vehicles in the same day, the best part is!! Doesn t matter where you at, they ll come to you I ll definitely recommend them 100%, one of my vehicles the next day a rock hit my windshield again very small crack, I call Kevin and came today he fixed for me at no charge , it looks like nothing happened to my windshield I ll recommend them 100%

I had to change the "job" location multiple times due to unforseen circumstances and Kevin with Bold City Glass had no issues accommodating the change of time and locations. Job was done professionally and my windshield is better than ever. Even got the Easter egg that was factory on the Jeep. TOP NOTCH!!

3rd window on my Jeep Wrangler fell out these guys came out same day to fix it. Competition told me $800 to fix window but I d have to go to them these guys came to me fixed it in under 10mins for less then have the cost 10/10
