Came into BJs tire expecting to wait and pay a lot for a new tire since I ran over some giant nail/bolt something. This was the closest one, location was a little difficult to get into but the service was outstanding! They only had 1 guys working and they need to give him a raise or make him a manager. He was so nice to everyone, took care of each person as if they were the most important customer! He was quick with tires and 2 of us with tire issues were seen and out the door in less than 2 hours!

Caught a flat heading from SE FL to NJ day before thanksgiving, called this location, Adrian got me in & out with no appointment quickly. Thank you so much! Good help is hard to find, hang on to this guy

The BJ's up north are much nicer and larger than this one. This one is meh but it is generally quiet. Prices really don't make it worth the extra cost of a membership to me. It is also difficult to access from Kernan. Poor location. Employees lack any type of friendliness or personality.

(1) They automatically renewed my membership at the higher level - when I called to discuss it, they told me I had to go in the store to discuss.(2) The folks they have that answer the phone are very difficult to understand and are not very nice.(3) Trying to navigate their website is NOT easy.

Tire center will not touch aftermarket wheels, or even factory wheels if a different size than OE for your car.
