As a walk in, I knew what I was looking for and was immediately welcomed in. Bob is very knowledgeable, direct, organized and helpful in getting me the exact fit in a very short time. Would highly recommended this team for any of your trailer purchases, or maintenance on past.Johnny Yarbrough

Bob was wonderful! He showed perseverance and determination to help us with our problem. Late at night answering our calls after hours to answer questions and help us with the replacement. Even from Florida he helped us in Atlanta to find replacement parts, the local Big Tex dealership, and made sure we were covered with everything we needed. Had a great experience with him!

Had a graet experience getting not one but three dump trailers Mike Piazza was the guy who helped me, there wasn't any "NO's" through the process just "let me see what I can do about it", knowledgeable guy for a change, someone who knows about personal and business financing and helped me through the process to meake it easier.

Great service! Mike knows trailers/towing extremely well and is excellent at finding out what works and honest about what won't work. I got a good deal on a new trailer that will work with my 2004 vehicle to tow a 2005 tractor. I'm very happy with the trailer and greatful for someone like Mike who is both knowledgeable and professional. He is a great resource and an asset to the business. I highly recommend him. And everything I saw there at Big Tex was good/high quality. I had been looking around for a while and their quality, service, & prices were the best. I

If I could rank less than 1 star, I would. I work as an in house fabricator for a company that utilizes dozens and dozens of trailers. The shop that I work in specializes in the building and repairing of the aluminum trailers on our property. We assemble and put on the road multiple trailers a year and I m familiar with the ground up construction of them. We however, had a steel enclosed trailer with some cracked uprights. Due to the high demand we are currently under on the aluminum side of things, we decided to let the business previously known as all pro trailers handle this steel repair to not set back our schedule while getting our employee who uses the trailer back on the road as soon as possible. We are 100% capable of fixing it in house but with the name all pro we hoped we would get a professional repair while we didn t have the time ourselves. Well good thing we are capable of doing the repair ourselves because as soon as we returned to our shop we went to work fixing the horribly botched repair from this location. Not only were reinforcements not added to the cracked locations as we had discussed with the repairmen, the welds appeared to have been done by a blind person using a coat hanger and some car batteries. The welds had holes in them big enough to put a cigarette inside. The base metal had been melted away with only portions of the cracked area stuck back together. We would have left the trailer on the property and refused this as an acceptable repair but it was clear that this location was incapable of completing the job to an acceptable standard, and that we could fix the problem on our own time faster than letting them try and do better. We were charged 3.5 hours for a job that took us less than an hour to complete. An hour that we should have spent on our already busy schedule, but that s the cost of having faith in this business to do their job. I would highly advise NO ONE to take their business to all pro trailers now known as big Tex trailers. It cost us not only money for a repair that would have failed, but also our time to get it fixed to an appropriate degree.

Bob and China took great care of us. Quick and efficient service when purchasing our new trailer. Good inventory on hand (recommend calling for details a website does not have full representation of available units). They are certainly reputable dealers - this is our second purchase in 3 years. Highly recommend.

We lost a leaf spring on our 5th wheel camper and had another ready to snap. We were able to pick up four new leaf springs and the bolts needed to make the repair. Bob Schultz was knowledgeable and caring. Thanks to Big Tex we're able to continue our vacation!

I needed a small (7x12) cargo trailer serviced as we were coming up on the 4th of July weekend and Big Tex and China, the service manager, took care of quickly and professionally when nobody in town could get to us well after the holiday. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

My son took a car hauler trailer in for an estimate from a car hitting it. Bob who is the GM looked over the trailer and said he would email the estimate. Have never heard back from him. I guess Bob doesn't really care about customers maybe this business needs to rethink his employment there. Update still no estimate going on two weeks now.

I was looking for a 7x20 big Tex trailer.. I found one for $4299.00.. I came across this location and seeing it was a lot closer to me so I called and got a price on the same exact trailer and Mike told me $4440.00. So I came in to look at the trailer thinking that's not much of a difference and found out the trailers on their lot are very weathered with rough looking wood and the brake controller boxes are sun beatin down badly and have the stickers all cracking off of it and very rusted out screws. So I told Mike if we could swap that box or at least just the lid out I'd buy the trailer. Then he got a little arrogance about him and told me that he can't do nothing that the box was functional and they're not going to replace it just because it's weathered. So I said we're not going to let that brake a sale Here are we and he said I don't know are we.. he said that that's the way it was that if I wanted to drive to the other dealer because I didn't want to buy a $50 box (to put on this brand new trailer) I'm fixing to spend $4,500 on I could just go to the other dealer and he started walking away. So I told him I'm sitting here trying to buy a trailer and this is how you're going to act and he said (very arrogantly) I cant do anything about the box & just acted like he could care less.. So I said some choice words to him and told I will go by a trailer somewhere else. That's why they have so many weathered trailers on the lot that are weathered because of attitudes like that. I even ask him before he walked away Is there a manager or somebody we can call at Big tex to see if we can make this happen and he didn't want any part of that. So do yourself a favor and look at the other one star reviews and do business elsewhere. I work in customer service and ain't no way in hell. I'd treat somebody like that. You know even if I knew I couldn't do something I would at least act like I gave a damn and tried to do something for the customer instead of just acting like I could have cared less.. So yes, I will drive 3 hours to the other dealer to save money and get a trailer that's not weathered horribly ..What's funny is Friday I was in there about 30 minutes before they closed just to look at the trailer and the gentleman I talked to then said it shouldn't be an issue to swap it out to make it happen. I wish I would have dealt with him Saturday because I would have bought the trailer. Because I already looked at it Friday and come in Saturday with full intention of buying it.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. They replaced our axles and later repacked our bearings on our RV travel trailer. Consistent during both of our experiences with them. Highly recommend. Bob Schultz was fantastic to work with.

In started my purchase by searching the inventory online, and then made an online inquiry about a particular model trailer. My inquiry was quickly followed up by email and a telephone call, which was informative. When I arrived on site in Jacksonville on Saturday morning, I was greeted by the general manager, Bob Schultz, who was very helpful. I was able to complete my purchase and the necessary paperwork quickly. I give Big Tex Trailer World in Jacksonville a five star rating for a five star experience.

Needed a new hitch on my truck. China (service mgr.) ordered it from the catalogue matching make model yr etc. Scheduled an installation appt 4 days away. When I dropped off the truck for the install the part ordered didn't fit. I had an absolutely critical "must do" pick up early the next day. Instead of saying sorry, 4 more days, they found the correct part in town, picked it up and installed it that day. That's customer service. Don't see much of that anymore.

Had a great experience buying my utility trailer here. Bob did a great job communicating and answering all my questions via email and had the trailer I wanted ready to go when I got there. Was in and out in about 45 minutes, he even found some hats for my boys to take home which they loved. Plenty of parts for all your trailer needs here as well.

Called in to check a pretty simple part availability. Was told that I had to bring the trailer in to discuss parts. No effort at all by the call taker.UPDATE:Was called by management after they read my review and listed to the recording of the call. Service from management was excellent, and the follow through was professional. I appreciate that kind of initiative even though I already ordered my parts elsewhere.Raising my review from 1 to 3 stars.

I bought a dump trailer here a month ago. I decided to finance it because I didn't want to tie up the cash. The sales experience went great. Got a good deal and a paper plate and I was on my way with Andy saying I should have my permanent plates in a couple of weeks. Since I hadn't seen the plates yet, I checked with my local tax collector and they said the title hadn't been applied for yet. I finally was able to get in touch with Dusty and she said she had filed the paperwork 2 days ago. That's 2 days shy of a month after purchase and 1 day before my temp tag expired. She blamed the finance company. She claims I'll have my tag next week (maybe). But until then I have a very expensive lawn ornament. My advice, go elsewhere or pay cash and title/tag it yourself.

I bought 4 trailers from them due to necessity, they have no customer service and no desire to help. Andy is all about the sale. Once that is done forget any help from him. I ve never felt so worthless in a business after spending over 20k in one place. Buyer beware!!!
