Ricky is my go to tire guy for good to my knowledge he s been with Big Chief for years, which to me, means he has knowledge one can only obtain through time. I needed some new 37 tires for my F350, with an aggressive look, good price, and heavy duty capabilities (impossible? NOPE!) He made my experience super easy, I was in and out, and I m 100% happy with my purchase. Thanks Ricky, you are the man. I ll be sending all my people your direction!

Been visiting the good folks at Big Chief for 35 years! They always take good care of me. My last visit to the Lem Turner location was no exception. I arrived later than expected for a tire rotation and balance but they managed to take care of me before they closed. I am grateful for their excellent service.

Love the updates on service progress via text messages. It allowed my husband and I to leave & run some errands nearby while waiting. Tires look great, excellent price & alignment is also spot on!

All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. They got our car in got the tires and things fixed on it we needed in a quick amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for future service.

My confirmed appointment was scheduled for 12:00pm on Tuesday 2/13/2024. The store representative called me around 11:10am, and informed me that if I was available they could start my tire replacement ASAP. They had my vehicle ready before 12pm. I really appreciate the way he called me, and informed me that they were ready. This gave me time to take care of more errands and enjoy the rest of my day. KUDOS to you entire staff on Lem Turner Road.

Gave three stars because I had to come back to get alignment redone 20 minutes later second time this happened we re human we all make mistakes but from a lil pep talk from his manager he got it right the second time. I think more training is needed but overall I ll still come back

Great customer service! I didn t have an appointment but they were able to take care of me as soon as it was possible! Needed new tires for my car and the attention was great!

Been using these guys for years. I drive 20 miles, past 4 other tire businesses to do business here. Kenny is always helpful and professional. I m always in a hurry, it never fails. Techs are good at what they do and fast and professional. I used to price shop, but I don t even waste time anymore. Tires are a big part of my business and I trust these guys. Couldn t ask for better service.

The men are super fast and very coordinated with time the setting is quiet and very professional definitely love that even if their fixing one problem... they will check the other concerns even if you don't mention iT.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM OVER THE ONE ON PHILLIPS BECAUSE THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE

Came in late after 4p, but was greeted with smiles and how can we help you. In less than a hour I was smiling and on my way. This is why I always use big chief on Dunn ave the best place to take your car and leave satisfied.

I am generating this on my behalf with the hope of shining some light on Big Chief tire at Dunn and Lem Turner.The manager over there Kenny is awesome no matter how busy they are they always do their best to take care of their customers.This is my seventh or eighth time doing business with these guys in five out of five stars is a low score they deserve way more great job Mr Kenny and crew keep up the excellent work.

Good excellent work. Fix things that wasn't on the list. Far as tighten another bolts that might cause problems later. Plus much more. All good guys. Knowledge of cars and parts. If they can't get it fixed. No worries they will point you in the direction of someone who can fix your problems.

If you are a woman go with a man. I took my car here for a new tire and left with damage to my sensors. They told me it would go off after driving and it never did. They also tried telling me it was because my sensors were old. My sensors had all been changed less than two years ago which I was able to confirm with my dealer. After taking my vehicle to three different places I was able to confirm by all three places that they did in fact cause the damage to my sensor. I called and asked for the DM number I was given a number that was not correct. When you make a mistake just own up to it. I would have rather them say "we made a mistake and now your sensor is not working" rather than not taking responsibility. It s frustrating because I was told to have them put my old tire on and go somewhere else. And now I really wish I would have they give you a number on your reviews but they don t answer or return your calls. Just take you re vehicle else where

Needed tires and they were able to get what I wanted next day. New shoes and brakes!!! Pricing was reasonable compared to other places. They went as large of a tire as they felt would work. Most other places said they would not work,and big chief said it would. Big chief was right!!! So yes, you can put 34" tires on a stock ram 1500.

Came in for an inspection, they were honest and thorough my vehicle passed with flying colors, but I am new to Jacksonville and was worried about finding a trustworthy mechanic shop, but I definitely found one!!!! They will be getting all my business!!!!!! I m so grateful for them!!!!!!

Been using BCT for years. Always knowledgeable and professional. Reason this is not 5 stars is, the tech doing my tires could've been much quicker if he had not been on his phone texting constantly. Definitely something I don't like. That's what breaktimes are for.

Yes, I will come back again. Thank you Kenny, Ricky- I had wheel alignment for camry cost around 97 with tax- after test drive, it is not pulling to the right, success- after service, I like overall check, cv axel, tire, all the pictures. It is so great that in the future, I will visit and use the service againOh by the way, you may want to lay off that burger and lose the belly bro. It is getting big, we customer want you to work for a long long time. Bailey is opposite your shop, take the time. Take care all.

I called and set up getting a new set of tires for a Toyota Tundra for my 17 year old son. The truck was his grandpas truck and had sit quiet bit which caused the existing tires to become really dry rotted. And I was concerned that he might have a blow out. The gentleman behind the counter gave me a good deal on a set of all terrain tires and even let me set up an appointment to have the work done. On the way to the appointment the spare tire that we had put on for him came apart also. Thank goodness we made it to the tire shop. I asked them if they could pick the best tire left of the old ones and mount it up on the spare for me. They were more than happy to help and didn t charge any thing extra for this because of the quote that he had given me. I was expecting there to be an extra charge. They really went the extra mile and for that I appreciate it. I definitely will be back.Service: Tires
