Had a nail or screw in my right rear tire. I had purchased the road hazard warranty when I bought the tires so they took care of everything lickady split. I had the tires rotated while there as well. Very friendly reception and attentive service. Love the text response service notifications as well. Keeps you up to date through the whole process and eases waiting time. Great job!Thanks so much.

I've been doing business with Big Chief for right at thirty years. They ALWAYS take exceptional care of me! Needless to say - I'll be a lifetime customer and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. I now live way out at Racetrack Rd.... But my choice will always be BC Normandy!Thanks again guys for your constant communication during the repair process and the confidence you continue to keep me coming back!!!

Definitely wasn't a 5 star experience!!! Nothing was done to my vehicle but a diagnostic check to tell me what was wrong and the feedback I received along with the stellar customer service experience was next level AMAZING. 5 stars, thats not enough!!! 10 stars easy! You guys really made me feel welcome, From the time I dropped my vehicle off, to when I picked up. These guys made me feel like I was the only customer and that's rare these days! Gave me whole break down on the issues with my vehicle, no pressure, no hassle, straight no chaser!! I'm definitely coming back to get the repairs done!! These guys are super professional and welcoming.

I'm so glad to be able to share my experience yesterday morning 2*15*24, at Big Chief Tire. I went to get an early start and early seat to see about my car and get a diagnostic on it to pinpoint the issue. Well of course they found out it was my catalytic converter and sensor. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could refer a place for me to go and S&S Muffler was his choice. Well, I called them, got in quick and had my car fixed by 5p. But that's not the center of my review. It's the 3 handsome gentlemen behind the counter at BC, that gave me the most synchronized and harmonious "Good Morning that I'd ever had walking into an establishment. I was almost lifted off of my feet by their response to a customer walking in to get service. I love going to BC for any issues that I've had with any of my cars. And if it's something that they don't fix, they don't have any problems with verbal referrals. They aim to please one way or the other. I would also like to mention that the gentleman behind the counter did his best to accommodate my pricing issue and went out of his way to consult with his boss to get me their best help possible. Thank you for that.. .... This is my personal review and very heartfelt.

Had an awesome experience at Big Chief on Normandy Blvd. They took excellent care of me and my tire needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The price they quoted out the door was exactly what I paid and the time was perfect for my schedule. If I had gone anywhere else the price would have been much higher. Thanks to the team for their professional and courteous service.

As always, the service was FIRST RATE!!! Polite, helpful tech who truly showed concern for my dilemma with a flat tire. No hard-sell on upgrades or extras. Just pure kindness and efficiencyI cannot say enough about how much better I felt after the entire process. I wish I could remember the name of the cool guy who helped me. I was so desperate to get back to the hospital to see a friend, I forgotBest place to go if you want the best service

I enjoyed my Service I received at Big Chief Tire. The customer service representative was Very Polite, Patient, Very Informative, and Knowledgeable. They performed the service on my car in a timely manner. They also took extra steps to make sure my car was safe to drive. Excellent Service.

I got new tires today. From my 1st step into the door at 730am, complete assurance.My vehicle was ready under 40 min. My Cooper tires are great. The lady who checked me in was personable and experienced. I paid for the 10 yr. tire warranty. The warranty was explained completely to me.Overall, a positive experience.

If you need tires and want GREAT customer service this IS the place. We were passing through Jax on our way south when we had issues with our tires. As busy as they were they took great care of us and got us safely back on the road. Great folks, we highly recommend them.

Got me in right on time with my appointment and quickly had the problems figured out. Got everything repaired the same day in just a few hours and gave me different options on the estimate. Great service.

I took my car to Big Chief on Cassatt Ave and paid over $500 and was under the impression that I was paying to get my car fixed only to have the same noise when picking my car back up.I am a senior citizen so I didn't think anything of it,It took for another mechanic to tell me nothing was done to that part that was supposed to be replaced. When I went back to find out what I was charged for when I brought the car the first time I was told that was just to look at the car. And it will be $1300 if I wanted to get it fixed. I do not recommend using this company.

I believe his name was Troy very helpful, very knowledgeable. Great Attitude. And with me knowing diesels and owning a diesel.Every question that I asked him was on mark. It would be a pleasure to come back . As I have many times before.

Just found it strange they only ask certain people about thier military discount. Since I purchased 8 tires within 30 days. Normally that's part of the service being a retired veteran myself. Just happen to hear another customer getting asked but not all.Was contacted by Big Chief owner and applied the military discount to me on both sets of tires. Very impressed when I walked in they knew what I was coming for met with the managers and matter of minutes did the discount no hassle or questions. Thanks for your service 5

A great experience all around! I had to take my car in for a TPMS issue that eneded up being a dead sensor. It was on a Monday in the mid-afternoon. They had me checked in, diagnosed, and out the door in an hour! The waiting room was big and clean with super comfy chairs, and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly. I felt that the price was reasonable, and there was no attempt to upsell or anything. Very trustworthy! This will definitely be my go to place for future car maintenance.

BCT was amazing. They are efficient and very professional. I was able to communicate with 2 different services reps, Paul and Aiden are AWESOME! There was no confusion.They thoroughly explained to me what I needed and they were able to complete the job in a timely manner with little inconvenience.I see why they have so many customers with a revolving door. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick and the team on Normandy took great care of my car. I stopped in to have a tire repaired, pretty simple job, but there were a few issues. The last time my car was serviced was in Nashville and it wasn t done properly. A few lug nuts were stripped and I also needed some new posts to mount the tires on. The flat couldn t be repaired and the tires were wearing unevenly so we went ahead and replaced all four tires and decided to do the brakes and an alignment while it was up there. Everyone was very upfront with me and gave me options and recombinations as to what was needed. I m back on the road and good to go for a long time. I ll be back next time I need work done for sure.

Bought 2 tires for my 2016 Malibu, service was Great they even sent pictures with inspection results. Will be returning to get Other 2 tires replaced.

Had some work done which turned out to have a problem. With trepidation, contacted Big Chief to explain what had gone wrong. To my pleasant surprise, they acknowledged the issue and made it right. Incredibly rare to find a shop that stands behind its work this way and addresses customers with integrity.

The experience was top tier from the beginning, with my welcoming into the store. A shirt that I had on, was the high school that the associate attended in Camden County, GA from 10/11 years prior! His energy was very contagious and upbeat. The service was the same way, all very concerned, (needed brake work done, but that has to be later), professional and caring! As it turned out, the tire work was still under warranty! Great day at Tire Kingdom! Thank you!

Big Chief did an excellent job rotating, balancing and aligning my tires for a great price. They were able to correct a steering drift problem that I didn't think was fixable and took the time to do it right. Thanks so much Big Chief!

Big redheaded, dude, mustache, half bald scam paid for tires insurance on the tires. Been here three times still have not got my tire patched. It is a joke. I would never buy tires from these people again.

They did great! My truck needed an alignment and afterwards it was still off just a lil bit. So they took it back in without any issues and now my truck is driving straight and smooth. Thanks to Katie, Paul and my Tech. Zach B.

I will always go to Big Chief as long as i m in Jacksonville. They have the best prices, friendliest staff, are very quick and a local owned business. Why support a big corporation who doesn t care about you when you can support locals who wants to take care of other locals, their prices were even better than what sams, walmart and costco quoted for 4 tires. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I went to Big Chief Tire this morning with a slow leak in my tire and asked if they could patch it for me. The guy working the register came came outside to look at it. He looked at it FOR ONE SECOND then told me that there was "no way it could be patched" , "not possible" . He did not remove the tire or properly inspect it like the TIA (Tire Industry Association) recommends even though the owner claims that this is the standard that they follow. He then moved directly into trying to sell me a new 250$ tire. I told him I would think about it. I then went next door to Tire Time to get a second opinion . The guys at Tire Time looked at it and immediately told me that there would be no problem at all patching it, so they did. They even told me that the actual hole was very small and that most of the object did not even penetrate the tire(I sure am glad that they removed the tire and properly inspected it like the TIA (Tire Industry Association) recommends). All Big Chief wanted to do was sell me something I did not need . Will not be going back ever.

Solid and quick. Had a flat headed back to Tampa. Had my car towed and they took care of me in less than 2 hours and had great prices on the tires! Amazing!

Daughter PAID for an inspection had over 2000 dollars worth of work done only to leave with the same problem which was vibration around 50 mph. So she takes it back now she need 1400 dollars more work because they say it needs an axel now...shouldn't yall have caught that on the paid Inspection ? Big chief is now big thief....used to be the best in town! Sad what happens when kids takeover businesses nowadays

I had to wait a while because I was a walk-in and didn t have an appointment. They did do a good job rotating the tires and replacing a bad sensor for the tire pressure light. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
