Not 24 hours as mentioned in schedule. That caused worse situation and get pricey mobile tire service for the longer distance after driving to the misleadingly time table

Agreed to change 2 semi tires on the phone came out and only changed one. Claimed to be incapable on removing rim. Still wanted me to pay him wether he changed any tire or not.Then gave me a very hard time about paying with a card. Very uncourteousexperience.Another technician came out and removed the rim he claimed to be impossible to move.

Awesome and super convenient service! I had all 4 RV tires replaced at our RV site quickly and at a very reasonable price. They worked in the rain to get the job done. Definitely would recommend using their friendly remote RV replacement to avoid having to tow somewhere and wait hours at a dealer.

Great friendly and responsive service! We blew a tire on one of the many potholes around town, after all the other tireshops had closed. We called Ben for mobile service and he came out to help us.Wonderful service! Definitely recommend it!

These guys are wonderful! I called the day before and The owner Ben Stone answered himself. He was prompt and on time the next day, and found a crack in my sidewall of my tire. He had a replacement picked up and balanced in an hour. He's reasonably priced and I will use him again. I have also recommended him to the RV park I reside in. You can trust Ben Stone!

This was a bad thing when we had the tire damage that turned into a great experience. He was honest he stayed in contact with me throughout our wait while he was out on other calls. Very reasonable and very helpful. Met him as a stranger and left him as a friend if anyone needs a tire repair or replaced this is the guy to call. Thanks again man i really appreciate it.

We are so thankful that we found Ben Stone s ad. We are passing through Jacksonville on our family trip with 600+ more miles to go. We just discovered we had a slow leak cause by a nail. Worried about continuing on we contacted Ben Stone on Thanksgiving Day (!) and they came out and had us underway in just over an hour. Fast, professional and courteous. Highly recommend this business!!

. Just blew a right front tire on my NewMar NewAire luckily no body damage or personal injury. Called Ben Stone s service when recommended by my tire warranty insurer Due to Sunday night and Holiday weekend (New Year s) he could not find me a tire.. if I had one, I d be right out Came earlyMonday a.m. and put a new Michelin (same tire) on the coach pleasant,informative did his best to get to me I m very pleased (though I hope I ll never need him again). Strongly RECOMMEND. !!

He came out and fixed our tire in a matter of minutes!! Great price and great service! If you go with anybody I feel bad because these guys are 100% tire gods! (Oh and they saved Christmas) Thanks once again!

He was awesome came as quickly as possible and did a superb job. Flat tire was off and new one on in 10 minutes!!! Wesley mobile was over 100.00 more expensive and a lot less personable. Will deff use him again if I breakdown!!!!

This is the second time Ben Stone Tire has came to fix my tire in the rain. After I bought my car from Arlington Toyota a week ago, they said I had lifetime roadside assistance. Come to find out they lied about that. I would not recommend on insurance or AAA when you need to be saved after your tire blows out. This is the man you want to call! 100% reliable, and a good person! Amazing customer service!

After coming in from out of town (for a funeral, no less) we discovered that we had run over a screw. Even though it was 10:00 at night Ben arrived to help us in less than 25 minutes! We were on the road back home in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough about what a great job Ben did and how nice he was. Absolutely, positively recommend his awesome service! God bless him.

Never shows up when he says he will. Waited all day. Said will be here in 2 hours, never saw him or heard from him again. Not real good business. So still don't have tire fixed yet.

We called at like 9 pm with not only a busted tire, but a spare tire that slid off the rim. We had already been waiting for over an hour on a tow truck and a lyft (that never ended up coming) when we called to see if on the off chance he had a tire that would fit our rim. He showed up in like an hour and had the new tire on, put the spare back on the rim, and took our busted tire for disposal. I will call him again if I find myself in a predicament!

Working with Ben Stone for over 10 years and he is an excellent business owner..So today Heith provided his techniques to install brand new tires on new rims which no one in town would even touch.. All the big guys don't even want to look at an aftermarket rim and the ones who will or 3 weeks out...Need tires go to Ben Stone.

We are very Thankful for Ben coming to our rescue on the side of I-95, we had a flat on our Motorhome and Ben not only went out of his way to fix it but made sure we got to a safe place, bought additional tools and stayed until he got the job done, 6 hours later and a lot of muscle use on a rusted rim Ben was our hero Thank you so much Ben & Happy New Year

Arrived when promised for a late night blown tire on a motorhome. The repairman was courteous and hard working. The photo of the shop does not give justice to the service that they provide. Nuf said.

Great servic yesterday. Tire went flat at home. He came to Saint Augustine and repaired the tire in less than 20 minutes. They have my referral!!!

I needed a patch on a Nissan Altima, call this clown and he says, are you gonna pay me for coming out there if I can t fix the tire ? Maybe you should put the spare on. At 6am and driving for Lyft all night, I was willing to pay anyone, anything to patch my tire.
