Absolutely the best dealership/service department I've had the pleasure of dealing with. After visiting another dealership in Tallahassee (Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet) I was told that my truck had several issues, including a bad alternator ($3000 estimate) faulty wiring and DEF issues which they would not cover under warranty. I decided to get a second opinion at Beaver Chevrolet. Turns out my only issue was a bad belt tensioner. My service advisor, Evan Shade, took care of the issue immediately, and got it covered under warranty. Didn't cost me a dime. These people are hands down the best. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Got an appointment for an oil change at 9:30am, our advisor Brad, despite being shorthanded got to us quick and pointed out service needs and options for our Chevy Equinox, out of the door before 10:15am. Thanks for the professionalism and prompt service.

It was a nice dealership. Polite and courteous. I liked their waiting lounge was very welcoming and clean. My cars problem was fixed well and timely. I will be returning.

I can't say more about how AWESOME my experience was. Associate Brian Rowe is highly recommended and very customer service oriented. He was not pushy he asked what I wanted what I didn't want and he went with it and his attention to detail was astounding. I recommend not only the dealership but Brian as well for anybody in the market for a vehicle.

Should be 0 stars! They had my truck since Thursday. Morning. No call to tell me anything. I called up every time and get nothing but the run around and excuses. Even by the GM. Smh. Still waiting on a promised call since 11 am yesterday. 4 months and truck has been towed twice.

This review is a couple months overdue! But Roy was awesome! Very professional & personable. He made sure I was comfortable & communicated any updates with me on timing & what not. Also he was nice enough to search for a part for my door handle & was very prompt in updating us on it. I will be reaching out to him again for my next oil change or any services my vehicle may need.Service: Oil change

The entire staff was Awesome. Big shout out to Big Grocery for helping 2 of my kids get in to dependable vehicles. He made the process easy and made us feel like family. Excellent customer service!!

On the plus side very friendly. On the negaitve, they wanted to do 2,300 in repairs and wouldn't guarantee that would fix the problem. Then billed 198.00 to "diagnose". Didn't seem right, they they disparage other guys not "dealers"Does seem they do a great job for most.

Didn't go the the repair shop but my son was shopping for a new car. His salesman was amiable and had quite a bit of knowledge but failed to show him all of the accessories the car came with. Nevertheless he bought the car and is very pleased with it. The finance guy was really good at what he did. Definitely worth the stop

They were honest about not being able to work on my car promptly. I appreciate that. I have had my car serviced there and it was done fast and professionally. I ll probably go have my brakes looked at when supply chain issues are resolved. I understand there s a recall on braking systems in 2017 Silverado. I ll probably go up there when they get an electric Silverado in stock too!

Like most, I am not a fan of your stereo typical car dealership. However, after being a customer of Beaver Toyota, I felt very comfortable utilizing the service department of Beaver Chevrolet for my truck. Unfortunately, my last visit would be the last for my truck as the repair was more than it was worth for my 11 year old truck.The team there went above and beyond to take care of me, especially considering I was not looking to buy but rather was almost forced to. I worked with Victor Rodriguez and he was fantastic. He was patient with me as I had no idea what I wanted in a vehicle and again, it was a sudden thing. He never once pushed or rushed me in to it and the entire process was hands down the easiest and best experience I have ever had buying a car. I would recommend the guys at Beaver and Victor to anyone I know who is looking for a new car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My experience with the at Beaver Chevy was great. They are very professional in all departments. Sales representative Lavertt was the best. He stuck with me from start to finish. He ensure that I got a good deal and a beautiful vehicle. He would to your need. From the manager, insurance and financial rep was awesome and friendly. I would recommend my family and friends to this company. My wife and and myself was very when we left.

My husband and I knew trading our Accord would be challenging due to negative equity. Working with Garrett T. and Jonathan Made the otherwise painful experience an absolute pleasure!! We were treated with the utmost respect, offered refreshments and basically catered to by staff passing by as well as Garrett. We ended up with 2 vehicles, great deals and couldn t be happier! What a wonderful car buying experience! So, SO glad we came to Beaver!! They definitely WOWED us!!!

Don't feel like Svc Mgr is really listening to me.. i have a sensor light going off.. they've replaced it before and now every time i go in he claims not to see or receive it on his report.. then clears/ resets everything & a few days later its on again... not happy about this..

I visited the Service Department because my door rattled when my car is not moving or I come to a stop. The Service Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to spot the problem instantly and told me to setup an appointment for the repair.

Go see Lavertt! He is THE BEST! He helped my family get into the perfect vehicle. Best experience ever!! He was very knowledgeable and super nice to work with. We had our 3 year old daughter with us and he made her feel included the whole time. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Lavertt!!

The service writer Eathon was great and very easy to work with. He is the reason I get my Silverado service at Beaver Chevrolet. He is friendly and courteous. The waiting area was good with Jimmy John's sandwichs, but it would have been nice to be able to change the channel on the TV. Love the place.

Too bad the employees were not masked up for the protection of their customers. Mask mandate or not, it is a sign that makes me question how much they really do care about their customers. I don't appreciate them being in my closed car leaving their germs behind that could possibly expose my passengers to COVID, because not everyone is eligible to be vaccinated. But my fault for leaving my car in there care. I'm hoping for the best. They do a great job otherwise.

They were great! Super nice, very helpful. Jamie was wonderful, he went the 2nd mile to get me exactly what I wanted! I would definitely recommend Beaver Chevrolet and ask for Jamie!!
