heather was very helpful. i cane in to get a battery for my classic and was able to get in and out with no problems. very friendly and fast service. the price was good also compared to some if these places.

Thank you Michael for doing an awesome job and changing my battery diligently. I came from another auto part that refused to even take a look of my vehicle. I appreciate the quality of his very good costumer service, in less than 5 minutes he replaced the new battery. Well done Michael you saved me this morning!

It's a parts store. Associates there are associates, don't ask them mechanic questions, you will get sales associate answers. I wish for parts stores that would require a basic car knowledge test for all employees before they hire them. But for minimum wage sometimes they cannot tell what is a spark plug and what is a brake rotor.

My battery went out today and Heather and Michael at this Auto Zone were amazing help. Went to Advanced Auto first trying to find the cheaper option and figure out if my current battery was still under warranty they were less than helpful. Told me they would not install the cheaper option for me because it wasn t recommended. Auto Zone was helpful and installed my battery for me!

Thank you Jose and James for helping me install my windshield wipers! I tried installing them on my own, but couldn't. Turns out a piece inside the wiper was broken, no way I could've done it on my own.

I tell you what i love autozone atlantic by regency they usually have the part im looking for and price is usually fair customer service is always great and they are always doing there best to serve the customers every time im there trying to keep my vehicles and everyone i love and trust vehicles going. Cant say enough good things about autozone! Thank you

Store# 3821- 7/8/2023. Today, I would like to thank Michael. S. for going the extra mile for me today! I am limited on funds and my battery died a couple of days ago. I searched my battery online and came to this store b/c they had 2 in stock. I don t recall his name, but the employee who sold me the battery took all the appropriate steps. We look up my VIN and purchased the battery. Michael (Store manager)was the only certified employee to install my battery and I patiently waited. Michael told me before he started that the battery I purchased although online stated was for my vehicle, it was not recommended by the manufacturer. I told him my available funds are low and right now this is what I can afford. I told him, I ll just start saving now to change it out later. Well Michael goes to install and the battery properly fitted, not secure and the left terminal would not tighten. Michael actually went and installed the correct battery and price match since it was a mistake that was out of both of our hands. I didn t even know he did that. He just said come inside and let s do some paperwork, that battery is not going to work. So he did the exchange on the register, we chatted a little and he was like Have a good day! I m like well don t you have to install the new battery. I already did it! I am so thankful for the awesome customer I received.

Mr. Michael S.was super nice & gave great advice on purchasing an O2 Sensor & other components that could cause an error. Stating that the catalytic converter should be the last option to change out.

The staff was incredibly helpful. I was lucky enough to find the part I needed that I couldn't find anywhere else. They also expedited delivery for the next day,Awesome. They were very helpful finding the extra accessories I needed to finish my project. They made my day.

Had an emergency stop due to a dead battery. Coy took care of business in a very polite, professional, and friendly manner. I really appreciated that from him. We spoke cars as he replaced the battery. Great chat with a great guy!! Thank you Coy!! A++++

Justin was the bomb on 3/25/23! Jumped right in, polite, explained things when I asked and courteous. Installed my battery in less than 10 mins. Come here for optimum service. Upon entry employees were chit chatting with no greeting however I was in and out and appreciate the fast and quick customer service. Thank you again Justin.

I went there for order pickup no body asked me anything & most of the staff were chatting & laughing without any bother. Then after sometime one fellow came asked but he referred to another employee then she said checking after wasting my time told me they don t have an order. Total waste of time. Kindly give respect to everyone. I am just an ordinary observer & take my criticism positively. Better next time hopefully.

I've always had great service at this store - the manager would always install headlight bulbs for me (at least 3 - 4 times previously). Today when I went there to have new bulbs installed, the Associate there said "this will require additional access, I don't think we can do it" when I told him I had the bulbs installed here previously at least 3 or 4 times, he got angry/ agitated and told me "I am a mechanic, the other people here are just associates!" That's when I told him "don't worry about it - I'll just go somewhere else." I still gave this location 4 stars because I have always had great service here other than this one gentleman. So hopefully no one else will end up being serviced by this guy!

usually never have a problem with this location. but today was different. Mike, one of the workers (manager or supervisor maybe), was near SCREAMING at another young worker in front of all customers. very unprofessional and just outright rude. i felt sorry for the poor girl. that interaction alone has put a bad taste in my mouth for this location.

I purchased a new battery for my 2017 Acura RDX at this store --3821 -- in Jacksonville FL on 3/12/2023. It was the worst retail experience of my life. The manager -- I assume he was the manager - was extremely rude. As I was explaining the situation he immediately lashed out at me, telling I should know my place and that "we do things differently here in Florida then where you are from." I can only assume this was a reference on my NJ plates. He told me not to expect any type of urgency, even though I arrived at the store as soon as it opened and was the only customer there. He also told me what battery he was going to install and did not give me any explanation or choice. I believe he sold me an overly expensive battery. Also, he would not review the purchase receipt with me even though there were charges and lines I did not understand. He said I would also be emailed a copy of my 3-yr warrantee. Never received it. I was driving back to NJ and did not have the time to make a fuss. I just took his rude treatment and unprofessionalism and went on my way. But I thought you should know about this experience.

I went in to get help changing a battery because it was dead. The young guy said they couldn't do it because my car was to complicated and said I could go to Firestone down the street and they would install it a new battery that I bought from AutoZone. I get to Firestone and said that they don't do that and apologized that the guy at AutoZone lied. When they asked who told me that, they shook their heads and knew exactly who I was talking about. Very unprofessional for employees to lie to customers.
