Went this past Sunday for a battery issue. Best service I've ever experienced at AutoZone, no exaggeration. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Went back later to buy some brake pads and other items because of it, and plan on going there for auto needs in the future.

they have great customer service and they are knowledgable with parts and the vehicle its going in... they are not in a rush to make a just a sale they are trying to get you the right part. Felicia T was great help with everything i need for my car !!!

I went shopping at Rowes grocery store, got ready to leave @ 11:10 and my car would not start. Walked over to the Auto zone where I met Jonathon who walked over to the grocery store lot, and jump started my car. He checked my alternator then my battery. Needed a battery. The nice lady at the front rang me up explained all the charges to me. Jonathon changed the battery and had me out of the lot by 11:30 in time for me to make it to my doctors appointment. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Professional Customer Service! Thank you both for one of the Best Car breakdown experiences I have had in my whole 49 years of living!

If I could give more stars I would because Lorraine at this location is "Outstanding". She assisted when the young man said that he could not replace my battery. I was surprise that the young man stated that there was too much stuff to move and take off. So, I asked if I can use their tools and Lorraine was there every step of the way assisting me. When I went back inside the young man pointed out the system stated that it takes 45mins to do and we were done in 10mins with cleanup. She was totally awesome!! Thank you for your assistance and your Outstanding Customer Service!!. AutoZone is very lucky to have you!

New store, so look nice and clean. Has a well stocked and organized store. The only trip I made since they opened recently, was not a perfect visit. But I have come to expect it these days or lately anyways. But the employee tries everything in his power to avoid me at first. When I asked if he could hook my truck up to the machine that reads the codes that tell what's wrong with your vehicle..... he seemed hesitant or unsure of himself. Then eventually just told me he couldn't do it at all, he was the only employee in the store. Which I cam understand that.... but when every other customer was gone... he still didn't offer. Kept avoiding me. Didn't seem to know his parts either by the conversation we had. I knew more than he did. Just seemed very unengaged and uninterested in my concerns or cares. As a customer trying to get helped by an employee, in a newly opened store.... it didn't make me want to come back and shop there again. For the managers of that location, this is not the firT experience you want for a new location, at all. Especially near the Dinsmore area where it is already a small town area. That has a hard time keeping businesses like this open for very long. I was disappointed in my experience, but I don't blame just that employee.... I'd want to write my store manager up for not training, staffing and encouraging their employees properly or to show the extra effort it takes to get repeat customers. Overall though, that store chain is a good business that I respect and use often. Just don't care to visit that location again too quickly. Maybe after they are up and running a little longer, they may catch on to how to operate their location better. Just my opinion.

Needed wipers, the guy wouldn't get up and help me. Then bought my wipers, now sold individually for 50+$$$! The guy couldn't put them on, clanked metal parts all over my new paint, then I had to ask him to go get help. Sad. No work ethic, not polite. But after saying that, the female manager is amazing! If it wasn't for her it'd be negative stars.

Actually got sold the wrong part and that wasn't good,,but they brought me the correct part at my house. That is great customer service.

Great place if you want to ask for an oil filter and be told to get it yourself. After wasting 10 minutes looking for the number I was given(no other information) off the shelf, the cashier assisted me by informing me the filter was in the back. This is the only parts store I ve ever experienced such unhelpfulness on such a routine task.

The experience I got here with Dillon & Jakob we re amazing they helped me with my car problems came outside & helped me from start to finish even when it started to rain. Highly recommend!
