April that works here at Auto Zone is awesome!! Not only did she help me with understanding what part was needed. She provided the upmost top-of-the-line customer service. We need more like April overall all of the staff that was present was very friendly and helpful.

My experience on March 10th at the Auto Zone located1720 Edgewood Ave W. was most helpful and professional, I had an issue with the oil filter, it was quickly resolved and I was out and on my way Bach to finish the task of changing my oil in my 2022 Ford explorer, THANKS AGAIN for your help

Me and my husband were broke down in Jacksonville, FL heading to Southern FL. One auto parts store we walked to said they didn't have the part (alternator) and couldn't get it that day although he saw another store close by had it in stock. He said it was Sunday and there was nothing he could do. We walked a little further down the road to AutoZone and Mr. "K" who worked there, when he found out our predicament went above and beyond to call another AutoZone about 20 minutes away and ask them to do a big favor if they had a driver and have it delivered to us ASAP so we could get it put in our car before dark and get on the road. He gave us chairs to sit in and asked if we needed anything to drink and made us comfortable until the part was delivered within half an hour. We made it to our destination by 9:30 pm on that Sunday night. I believe Mr. "K" was an angel we stumbled upon to help us that day.

This location is absolutely amazing there is a gentleman that works there is tall blond hair and I would guess in his 30s. And he is the most helpful employee I've ever seen it at AutoZone location he is very knowledgeable he will go above and beyond to help you get whatever you need as far as as far as the parts that they offer and he goes over and above to help you if you need to know how to install it or if he can help you he will to install whatever you have I go here to this location every single time I have to go to AutoZone and this is my choice parts store AutoZone is amazing there warranties are amazing and I just love going here I feel safe about my purchase. Returns are very easy.

Terrible service - bald guy w gold tooth is such a scammer- would not recognize my mom s warranty! Looked it up and saw that it did not exp until 10/2024 and still refused to give her a battery, kept trying to force her to buy one - if your warranties mean nothing then just say that! We will be calling corporate

April was great helped me and my friend out over beyond awesome worker she did my friends award when no one did it would not sale me battery safety guards she told the young man to sale me what was needed for the battery love her only will be back for her over 400$ I spent and it was well spent because of Ms April go ask for her

April went over and beyond to help me i was not at any location I was on the side of the road and had my new born baby and no one would stop to help me. she stated she was just getting off but she didn t mind giving me a jump I asked her what Autozone she worked at and she said edgewood and I wanted to leave this review because she did not have to do so I was fresh out the hospital with my newborn baby and she took a chance because it s a lot of crazy things that happens, as she was helping me I went to telling her my story and she was very concerned about me I m facing and eviction on top of having a new born baby and she held my hands and stated she was facing hardship as well but things will get better we prayed thanks Autozone for hiring someone who goes over and beyond for others . I don t know who the owner is and who will see this but please if anyone can help her more hours a go fund her or something to help her she deserves it. She is the best and it s crazy because I told myself because I felt with Autozone before in the past I would not go back and get any parts but I m now a loyal customer.

Trondz is a very helpful and polite young man. He greeted me with a smile when I walked in and assisted me in finding what I needed. He also helped me put it on my truck. I recommend this store and would come again.

The Very Best in Customer service! I purchased a fuel pump that FAILED, but I was able to get a REPLACEMENT PART with Absolutely NO PROBLEM. It cost me DOUBLE in Labor costs, but that's the PRICE of having a vehicle in the First place. OUTSTANDING PEOPLE WORK HERE

After having issues with their store competitors, Mike and Trez made an experience of getting my new battery and installing a breeze. I was annoyed and frustrated with the other stores. I've never been to this store since I got this car in 2012, but this will be my "go to" auto parts store from now on. I appreciate these guys so much. They truly went over and beyond on a few things.

All the years I've shopped here I decided to go to the Emerson ( by Wackos )location for a check engine light and I waited for 10 minutes ( listening to all the staff argue about who has the diagnose machine).... Yes, we are human but the language they were using ( in front of their customers) was unacceptable !.... They're not a bad company just need a few adjustments with the way you communicate in front of your customers. I understand if a customer LOOKS cool with it but you are to never expose anything other than exciting service including the verbal part ( I do understand if you're working outside one on one with your client and y'all away front the counter )....Other than that they are a cool company
