You know it sux when your wheels ain't feeling right..well mine had a defective battery. It was under warranty and I brought my truck in. Not only did they replace it with a new one no problem, but they also installed it for me too. Robert was not only great he went the extra mile. Great company great people, great warranties. My go to, Nation wide. Don't hesitate, go get what you need for your ride.

Jessica must be the most amazing associate I ve ever dealt with in my life. She helped me find the exact coolant for my car as well as show me issues and diagnose things that even my mechanic missed.It was early morning and she had some time to even come out and help me find a critical cap to my coolant that I just could not reach. I will always forever now come to AutoZone, specifically this AutoZone, as long as Jessica is working here and gladly spend my money.She deserves a raise, and I am envious of anyone who has an interaction with her.

Riding down I-295, the dreaded check engine light came on. As my car is a newer car, it was extremely confusing.So I pulled off on the next exit and found my way here. Immediately, I was offered assistance when I walked in the door, which is when I asked them to scan my car.The error code rang for the mass air flow sensor. It was between the $96 sensor or the $13 can of cleaner.$13 and 15 minutes later, I was happily on my way with it cleared check engine light and a much smoother running vehicle!

On a rainy dreary Sunday morning. I had a tire go flat on southside boulevard. Luckily.l I was near an Autozone where I was hoping to get some fix it flat to get me to a tire shop. However, the fix it flat did not solve my issue and I required a change to a spare tire. I have a disability and have great difficulty in changing my tire. Thats when Jessica, Robert and Annie at this location sprung into action and changed my tire for me. They were outstanding in helping me out and allow me to safely get to a tire shop to get my tire repaired. Topnotch service, Thank you all!

This branch of AutoZone is amazing because of the guy who works there Kella , he s really nice, helpful and funny to talk with!Probably you ll be able to find most of the car parts that you might need and maybe all coz if there s something that they don t have it in stock! They ll easily order it for you.I like the place and I will come back again once I need something for my car.

Luckily they have self checkout because 3 different employees just looked at me while I was in line and walked to the back. Didn't even acknowledge me standing there with $500 worth of stuff in my arms. I'll go to O'Reilly's down the street.

Fenix did an amazing job informing me on what parts would be best for my brakes. He also helped with tightening my battery which could ve lead to other problems. Great customer service!!

Absolutely love this location. They go above and beyond every time we have to come by. Which was a lot more frequent recently. Mike was great and helped me out of a bind this last time. Hopefully won t be back too soon

Have been a consistent autozone client for years, ending that today. I have never had a location turn down changing my battery due to the pure incompetence of the staff. Also required instruction on how to jump my car. Also lied about which battery works for my car to try to sell me a higher cost one when I particularly know that was not needed. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Go to Firestone save the headache

This is my favorite place to visit when looking for car accessories or sometime tools as well.There customer service is unbeatable, if you ever purchase a set of new wipers for your vehicle my experience is that you can ask them to install it for you and they will go out of their way to do it as long as they are not so busy.They will recommend you other competitors that will carry items that they may not carry.They have also helped me out replacing my car battery and let me barrow their censor to find any code my car may be coming up with.Please keep them on busyness since we need this type of stores in our communities, they will save you money and you will be glad you give them their business.

Michael S. was very helpful in helping me determine my car battery needed to be replaced. It was under warranty. He swapped it with a new battery as well as checked to make sure my alternator was working properly. All is well. Thank you for the superlative service, Michael!

The customer service at this location is outstanding. The last 2 trips both associates were so helpful. The first trip I purchased windshield wipers and the associate (did not get his name so I could acknowledge him in the review) was very knowledgeable on the different brands that were offered and was able to change them on my car for me. The second trip Kayne assisted me with the parts I had to purchase to give to my mechanic and he was also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and was patient with all the questions I had. Being a female that does not know too much about cars, I am always on the defense because people try to take advantage and try to upsell items. I did not feel this way both times I was assisted . I highly recommend this location when purchasing car parts because of the excellent customer service.

Went there about 3 minutes to closing time to pick up a back windshield wiper. The staff were very kind despite the time. They helped me find my wiper and installed in less than 5 minutes. I am very pleased and will go to this store in the future for my auto needs.

I went this morning for a car battery replacement. The employee at the cash register was the only one working and had a constant line of customers coming in the entire time. He was extremely quick and attentive despite having no help and was able to fix my problem within a half hour. He was also very nice and personable in an obviously frustrating situation. All of the other customers were taken care of very quickly as well and, from what I could tell, satisfied with their service. I saw him running (literally running) to complete tasks in a timely manner. 5 stars for him and I recommend the store manager ensures there is someone else to assist him in the future.

Brad, Is a delightful individual that knows his stuff. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courteous that he showed to me when I stopped to have a battery changed. Management should be very proud Brad is an employee. I will do all my needs with AutoZone. I give it a 3 star because. I got windshield wipers for my 2019 F150 truck, NOT LIFTED or BIG TIRES. She was about my height 5' 4". And the lady said she was too short to put them on for me. So I had to go to another AutoZone to help me. They couldn't believe she couldn't me.They WEREN'T HAPPY. And they Apologize to me for the Inconvenient.

Worst part store i've ever been to. I only stopped here because it was close to my job site. I brought in the part number for the belt I was looking for and was told they didn't have it in stock. When I asked if they had a belt that was similar to it because I was completely stopped at work without it. I just got the most disgustful given to me and was told, there's way too many belts to bother looking. As Korea walked away. So I just went up the road to advance where they gladly helped me match a belt that I needed. This is twice this has happened here.

I went to this store today to get a battery issue checked out. Brad was extremely helpful despite the store being very busy at that time. Brad clearly explained what the issue might be, checked the warranty info and replaced with a new battery. I observed him interacting with other customers as well with his kind, helpful manner. His attention to detail and eagerness to go above & beyond to satisfy the customer's needs, are highly commendable. Thank you Brad!

I can't even begin to explain how bad my experience was at this store! I needed 3 windshield wipers. My original salesperson didn't know how to find the items in the computer, then he couldn't find the items on the shelves. As I'm trying to help find the wipers, I see 2 other brands that were cheaper than the ones that I had just purchased! Then, some irate customer comes in and causes a scene, and I'm passed off to another salesperson who rushes to put my front wipers on my car and then tells me that my rear wiper is factory made and has to be changed with a special tool; this is a 12 year old car that I've had for 7 years! Instead of just saying she doesn't want to look for the wiper that I need, she lied. I would never recommend this store, and I'm never spending money in that store again!

Not having any required tools in my car when need it the most !!.Many people turn me down either busy or simply did not wanted to change a basic car battery.Brad the service parts manager at Auto Zone on Southside Blvd in Jacksonville Florida, understood the urgent need and he took his time and help me considering that the store was extremely busy with customers and he did it fast and I was on the road out of town in no time !Very rare you can find people this days that take a little time to help others.I believe that a good customer service keeps the Wheels turning for any kind of business and customers will always remember!You ve earn my business for any car need supplies.Thank You again
