I pulled in with my engine light on. They checked out what was wrong got the right part put it in and put in the oil I bought all in less than 30 minutes. The kindness they showed towards me being all stressed out was overwhelming. Thank you to the entire team that helped me, God Bless you. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to me today

My wife needed her battery changed in her Nissan 2020 kicks, I was in a rush because I had to go to work but Chris B helped me and her out installed it for us that took stress off of me I am truly thankful this AutoZone is one of the best and great customer service

Provided exceptional assistance on New Years Day when my car battery died and almost all auto places were closed. Toyota battery provides 90-minutes of reserve power per manual when door is closed. Car restarted right away and I took it straight to AutoZone on Main Street. The people there especially Gary diagnosed and installed new battery within 10 minutes. Excellent service. Permanent customer now.

Came to AutoZone after having to get my battery jumped. So grateful to Garrett S. who tested my battery, alternator, cleaned the battery connectors and checked codes. I love this place they are so helpful!

Jason exuded exceptional customer experience & went above & beyond! He helped me change my break light, I was scared to drive and it was late at night. He not only helped me find the right bulb for my make & model but he came out to the parking lot to install it for me! He helped me get back on the road safely & good to go! Amazing personality & extremely friendly!

Awesome spot on the North Side to get stuff for your car. Management is on point! These guys know their stuff. I even got to have a car wash for my association here! They wanted to give us some stuff, but we brought our own. Grabbed some wipers on the way out.

I was stuck in Jacksonville with a dead battery. Autozone to the rescue ! Evan R helped me find a good battery with a good warranty. He changed my battery really quickly. Evan was polite and very kind to me. I appreciate him taking the time to solve my problems.

Jason Harris was exceptional He greeted me as soon as walked in. Jason helped me find the best products for my vehicle. Jason also came outside to change my wipers. Jason was great! I can't sing his praises enough. He is the type of manager every location needs. Jason gets the job done with a smile. Much appreciated!

I will never do business with this bunch of rude employees. I have done business with this store since it opened. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. And to tell me they won't honor the warranty on a battery a year old is deplorable. I will take my business to o Reillys. And not one but both managers. It's terrible dealing with ignorance

We just bought a travel trailer and the hitch wasn't set up right, so we pulled in to this Autozone. Zach who works there assisted my husband in adjusting the hitch correctly. He didn't have to do this, but he did! Great customer service!!! This young man needs a raise and some recognition! Good job!!!

Sunday evening, my daughter put put gas in her diesel truck. She very upset when she figured out why the truck was acting up. All the guys at AutoZone where extremely helpful and very kind to her. They ranged for someone to help her pump out the gas and put new diesel back in the tank. The truck runs great. Thank you very much for your help and it is GREATLY appreciated. A Grateful Father.

I placed an online order today so my husband would be able to pick it up and fix the car ($370), only after I place the order does it say person that placed it must pick up. Defeats the purpose since my name was on the card and they check ID upon pickup. I call the store to see if my husband could show a picture of my ID or something if he could pick up. The lady put me on hold to ask her manager and a couple minutes she s comes back and says sorry, you have to be here for the pick up So hours later, after I get off work, I go in to pick up the parts and low and behold the cashier didn t even check my ID, just had me sign the key pad and gave me my order. If I had known they weren t going to follow protocol then I would have had my husband pick up the order hours ago. I went to this store specifically because I ve always had good service and my father in law shops quite frequently also. I think I ll put my trust in somewhere else next time

I am usually a very handy woman, rarely ever needing help. I bought new wiper blades fur my car. This time I was not able to get them onThe associate Nick B came outside without me even having to ask and so kindly helped me put my new blades on. I have to say, I am very thankful, and I will always remember this AutoZone. Thanks so much!!

Employee (and possibly the manager based on him being the only one wearing a gray shirt while others were in red) named Kendrick B. loudly carried on conversations with fellow employees which contained no less than 4-5 F-bombs and 2 G-d's. Also another unknown young man with no name tag wore no mask while checking me out at cash register despite numerous large signs mandating masks inside the store. Poor image and lacking professionalism.

Very helpful. Had to buy oil and couldnt find my funnel and couldnt afford to buy another.BUT THEY HAD ONE I COULD USE. Not like some of the other places that just want to sell you one. BUT I SURE MISS THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHEN PLACES CARRYED THE Paper ones you could get at no charge.

I came here and the gentleman who helped me was largely helpful but another worker gave me bad advice on how to use the injection cleaner I bought from them. He did a check engine assessment and determined it was cylinder 2 had misfired. I couldn't understand the instructions so I went back in to get help and and the other worker gave me bad advice, which was to use half the container on a near full tank. Needless to say, I followed his instruction and it turned out to be wrong, the bottle didn't perform as expected. I turned to an outside source to interpret the bottle for me.. Waste of money that I couldn't afford to lose.

Excellent customer service, the employees are really well trained, and very knowledgeable. Almost all employees will go out of their way to satisfy the customers needs. Prices could be a bit cheaper though. But, as they say..... You get what you pay for.
