Stopped in last night 12/2 around 5-6pm in the middle in the monsoon storms. One of our windshield wipers decided to come flying off going north on 95. So it was an urgent stop. Came here and bought a wiper. Only thing is I suck at putting these on. I know it was raining like crazy and kindly asked the guy who rung us up about putting it on so we could get home. The guy I didn t catch his name did it and quickly with no hesitation. I can t thank him enough for helping us get on our way in the middle of the rain. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. We can t be more grateful to the staff here.

I just came to the store to change my battery and Ned was extra helpful. He was professional and courteous. He checked if my battery s warranty wasn t expired first , then once he knew it was expired he proceed with the transaction and he changed my battery in less than 15 min . Thank you so much Ned . You re the best .

Took 4 trips to get a battery core refunded, commercial not there, cannot find transaction, etc. Otherwise, reasonable pricing, usually parts needed in stock or available.

Here at AutoZone located on Beach Blvd, I've came across a customer associate/team lead by the name of Logan who've went above and beyond for me when I was experiencing electrical issues with my Kia Optima 2015.He thought of every possible solution for the issue I was experiencing. He even went out of his way to provide me with a external battery back to see if I can get my car to crank.Logan, is definitely one of the best examples of providing exceptional service for AutoZone customers.

Always have my brand of oil and filters. Helpful finding the parts and products in aisles for me. Just wished I would have bought bunch of company stock 30 years ago like my Dad said to.

Clean store. Friendly and professional staff. It took about an hour to have my battery tested, then replaced, which is fast considering this was around 5pm, there were four other customers in line and a couple outside being waited on and only two employees at that time.

JoJo and Luna were amazing and helpful!! We had an engine failure while on a road trip and these great humans lent us tools and support while my husband replaced the fuel injector in the parking lot!! Happy New Year! We are back on our way!

Kenneth the guy at the front was very helpful in helping me find my oil filter. One that previously I thought only the maker of the car had a monopoly on. Also he installed new windsheild wipers on my car. Which I appreciated. I watched and learned how to do that for future occasions. All around easy, and great learning experience. I don't visit auto zone too often, but in the future I'll be visiting this one.The pandora adds are annoying but they're right. The service was great.

I took my my 2002 Ford F150 up to the store Logan p was extremely helpful came out and helped me diagnose what was sparking in my engine turns out it was the starter solenoid he did not have to do that but I do appreciate the extra efforts thank you

The young mechanic was very helpful and professional. Performed the FREE DIAGNOSTIC TEST and gave me a printout with the cost of parts. Superior Customer Service.

I was at another location University Blvd when I pulled in to have someone check my right headlight. After I was given the price I had to leave didn t have that amount $$$ at that time. I later went into the one at 5350 Beach Blvd. Spoke to Ruben about my issue and that I was ready to purchase the headlight. He went to my car to reassess and it happened to be a fuse. I was so happy to hear that I was not going to have to spend hundreds but only a few bucks along with some other items I was able to get. It was because of his knowledge and the time he took to look into my cars issue. Highly recommend Ruben. great customer service, knowledgeable. Kudos Ruben this will be my new Auto Zone spot!!!! Ruben the man, thumbs up!!!!

Needed to replace headlight was out. Their prices always better than advance & O'Reillys. And customer is very knowledgeable & helpful. Always use them for my auto service parts & car needs.

Edit: The manager here did make things right and I am continuing to purchase from here.Three times back to back Ive been provided with wrong parts on 3 different fixes. I really tried giving honest chance as they are closest to my house but they've cost me so much time and not once has anyone tried to remedy any of the situations. Tried online ordering and was sent brake pads instead of the serpentine belt I ordered resulting in me having to walk to the store to make an exchange. Is what it is. Some people have good experiences and some bad. Mine was the latter in this particular case.

Bought a battery here last week. The customer service rep put the battery that was under warranty under the wrong name, the wrong number, and also gave us the wrong battery for our car. I wish I knew his name to post it. Visited auto zone on 103rd and they called this store for their store number to fix the problem with our warranty. The associates need to me more attentive at this store. Thankful for the store on 103rd that actually puts things into the system correctly.

Kenneth Bell is a LIVESAVER!!! I stopped to purchase wiper blades on lunch and my Jeep shutoff. It wouldn't crank. Kenneth went above and beyond to help find the problem. Initially it appeared to be my Electronic Throttle Body. He checked multiple stores including ones other stores to see if could fix onsite. He suggested taking off the hose to check for airflow and it cranked!!! He changed my air filter and I was on my way back to work. It was a simple airflow issue. Probably would've gotten ripped off if towed to a mechanic. He saved me several hundred dollars and time!! A true blessing!! A great employee with knowledge, patience, providing top-notch customer service!

Helpful staff! Tested a battery and replaced it when we found it was bad. No pressure to buy extra stuff, but a helpful employee showed me a bundle sale that included what I was going to buy, but for only a couple dollars more, I got 3 times as much and it was all stuff j could use.

Very well experienced mechanics who help the new hires. They looked up my info and my battery was still under warranty. Free battery!!! Make sure to tip the guys for their labor.

Hector, the manager really went out the way to ensure I had the correct parts. Im really harsh with rating but you gotta give credit wear credits due. Great hiring getting him!!!

Took $16 in merchandise back for a refund and received a plastic card with the amount on it. Only problem is, when I went back a year later, the $16 was now $0. I was told the balance would not time-out, but it did, or I was lied to. You decide. Bad experience with a clerk who really didn't care. WILL NOT go to AutoZone ever again. There's lots of competitors to choose from.

First time to visit this location. Didn't have item I was looking for, discontinued. Had to select alternative. Employee was very helpful. Other than that it's Petty much a standard AutoZone and I don't mean that in a negative way. I've been to many AutoZone stores and they always are on their game. I'll pick AutoZone over Advance Auto every time. I'm retired military. Did you know, AutoZone offers a 10% military discount off everything store wide? That's on top of their rewards program. Overall great store.

Very friendly staff and helpful to get the part I needed even the fact I had to turn around and return it which was still a friendly experience since the vehicle I was working on cannot be fixed without putting a whole new engine

Very nice to get help there for a problem with my car. They ran a scan and found the problem. This store has always been a great "go to " for auto supplies, tires, batteries, and freon for my A/C ,etc.
