I had service done on my 2018 F-150 April 11 i experienced a minor issue with communication, once it was discovered my service rep Amber went out of her way to correct, she was very polite , kind and courteous, she made a follow up call the next day I realize we do not live in a perfect world and things happen, none of us are perfect, Auto Nation made it perfect! This is the kind of service that keeps customers like me coming back! Iwould highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service.

I took my new 2024 Mustang in to get the tire looked at as it was loosing air. Amber was my service tech and she was wonderful. She let me know that night that I needed a new tire and should be in the next day . Amber was very proactive and kept me posted on the progress . Unfortunately she text me the next day to advise that the tire would not be delivered for two days. And was proactive in getting me a loaner car. Steve was able to get me a truck from the dealership which was very helpful and much appreciated. Amber and Steve were above and beyond helpful and extremely nice .

Wonderful Service throughout. I love the option for pick-up and delivery service! My Service Mgr was great. I was kept informed with updates via text msgs and I loved it. There was no need for me to contact the dept. the detailed invoice was provided for downloading. My gratitude also extends to those working behind the scene. I highly recommend Auto Nation.

Very clean building and absolutely amazing staff. They are very welcoming and accommodating. Aaron was very informational about what happened to my car and they didn t work on my car till talking to my family. I appreciate that so much and my car was fixed way faster than I thought which I was so beyond thankful for.

So far so good. I purchased a new truck last year and haven't put many miles on it. So, when I received some recall notices, I reached out to their service dept to schedule an appt. The person I spoke to on the phone and my assigned service rep were great. I felt like they were actively listening and wanted to get it right. I was also very impressed with the level of ongoing communication back and forth via text. It was personable and not predetermined automated responses. I had an issue with my factory installed wireless charger, which at first glance appears to work. But it only heats up your phone and it ends up losing charge. Obviously, it's difficult to explain when not face to face with the repair tech, but I was able to communicate the symptoms via text when there were questions. The result was a replacement unit was ordered. So far, I'm very happy with my first service visit.

Not going to lie I was very worried about having to get service based on some reviews I ve read. I will say that the formulaic scheduling process had me concerned that my situation was going to be no different than the reviews I had read. The automated email message I got said that it could take five days just to diagnose my issue. Needless to say I was very concerned as my job has me traveling to several counties for appointments that I cannot miss. I am very pleased to say my experience once I stepped into the Service Department was much better. The people who greeted me were friendly, and they got me right to my service advisor. I explained to him my situation, and though they didn t have any loaner cars available. They personally drove me down the street to Hertz and set me up in a rental. This made me able to get to my very important meeting on time and gave me peace of mind that I wouldn t have to try to scramble to reschedule the rest of my week, then I got a call that they you fixed all my issues that very same day and I had my truck back that night. My advisor Thomas was excellent.

I just bought a new Escape today. I had gotten 2 other quotes from other dealers and not ony did Auto Nation beat their price but they gave me so much more for my trade in. Joelle Johnson and Sam Fakhouri were absolutely wonderful and professional. They made the whole process so convenient. I was in and out in 2 hours. If you are considering buy a Ford product I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Jorell and Sam for a great experience.

They seem quite honest and will not rip you off and tell you your vehicle needs something it really does not need, as experience with other dealers have been. 4 out of 5 stars only because of the 5 hour wait due to work that had to be done and the service representative waiting for approval from my third party auto warranty company. I did explain to the representative to do the job while waiting and if disapproved, I ll pay for it since it needed to be completed anyway. But something happened, maybe miscommunication or she had forgotten, but I was waiting 5 hours in total mainly due to them waiting to hear back whether or not they would be paid for the job or not.

Just came for a oil change without having an appointment set up and everyone was very friendly and professional.Aaron at the service department helped me out and I am very pleased with their serviceWe also got a free car wash with our oil changed and tire rotation.Definitely recommend this service department.

Great service, car wash could improve. Routine maintenance on vehicle. They communicate throughout the experience via text which is convenient. They offered complimentary wash, but I didn t notice a wash (windshield still had debris, wheels/tires still dirty).

Erica was great from start to finish. Even the pickup and drop off service was spot on. I would suggest not offering the hand wash /vacuum service. The results from that was EMBARRASSING. If you continue to offer the wash service, at least add a quick quality check. You shouldn t want your name on such poor work.

Yes I'm satisfied with AutoNation Ford dealership service team in the main person that working with me and was definitely patient was Aaron Vazquez and he's an awesome service advisor AutoNation Ford dealership has because he gets the Job done and we need more Aaron Vazquez around in other dealerships just saying but my experience was excellent and I am pleased with the tech guy and my service advisor as well thanks again for being an awesome team.

The dealership is doing a good job of trying to fix my new 2023 F-150 truck. It has been in the repair shop almost more than I ve had at my house. Duval ford had twice and AutoNation is going for the third time. Sometimes the communication between the AutoNation service department and myself isn t very good other times it great.

Appointment was easy to secure and they provide a nice lounge with wifi allowing me to get work done while waiting for the vehicle. They also offer a free vacuum and wash which I pass on.

Routine maintenance, tire rotation etc. Staff all very professional and extremely courteous. Love the fact they show how oil life was reset to 100 percent on dash so no worries about change oil soon warning.

I got an appointment on short notice, the service department helped me promptly. I dropped my truck off on a Monday they figured out the problem did the work and my truck was ready to go on Wednesday. This is the best experience I've ever had at a Ford dealership. Thank you AutoNation Ford !

I went in because my tire was loosing air pressure .The technician said he could patch it after examining the tire . The next day all the air left the tire and had to buy a new tire . I paid double when they should have discounted based on a false diagnosis. All the other Ford dealerships are too far so I am thinking about changing brands after 10+ years of buy Fords.

It took to much time for a car wash. I texted to see if I could pick up my car and was told it was getting a hand wash and would take 30-40 minutes. I was dropped off an hour and a half later and later and car still not done.
