George and his crew are your reliable and honest neighborhood auto shop. My household and many family and friends in the area have used this shop for years! Honest work, fair prices, and they will work with your time schedule. Could not ask for a better business like this in the neighborhood!

My daughter is a PA and she told me that if I ever googled what was wrong with me and called her about it she would never speak to me again..It was a rough week so to speak. But thinking what I knew about cars I thought that I would google it and just buy the parts myself. There is a reason why I trust George and its because they knew what was REALLY wrong and saved me tons of money. I will always trust AMP! Love those guys!!

My sons Buick LaCrosse had a seized engine. It was taken to Auto Maintenance Plus. This place had excellent reviews and they definitely lived up to their marks. Jimmy took excellent care. When he said he would call back and update he did. When he said the car would be finished it was. Could not have asked for better service. They will be put on my contact list for any future repairs. Myself and my family have been coming to this establishment for years. George and his staff are highly trained and efficient in their work. Very professional and very reasonable with pricing as well. This is, hands down, the BEST automotive repair shop in Jacksonville and everywhere else! My family has used Auto Maintenance Plus for several years. We take our cars as well as all three of our kid s cars there for service.George is wonderful to do business with. He is welcoming and eager to help from the minute you walk in the door. He treats every customer with kindness, respect and dignity. He is straightforward when discussing repair costs and his prices are always very reasonable and everything is itemized ahead of the actual repair. He goes above and beyond constantly. He even drove to put gas in my car when I ran out unexpectedly and was stuck on the highway! I have been using auto maintenance plus for about five years now. Every time that I have had service through them I have been blown away by their service and dedication to their customers. If you are looking for a honest mechanic these guys are it George and his crew go above and beyond to help save the customer time and money when it comes to repairs for their vehicle. I can go on and on about each and every encounter or opportunity that I have had to work with these guys. Each time that I have had a car issue I m dreading about the price and what it s going to cost but each time I have been surprised of the outcome of the diagnostics that they perform. These guys aren t going to sell you something that you don t need they are going to get you on the road for a decent price with excellent service and a commitment to their customers. I would not choose any other service in this town. There was one time that I was having an exhaust issue with a vehicle of mine I was thinking that I was going to have to replace my entire exhaust manifold And it turned out to be something simple and I wasn t even charged for their service. George at Auto Maintenance Plus is one of the most trustworthy auto mechanics I have ever met. George will tell you how it really is with your car, what you need and how to go about fixing the issue. My family s cars travels 30+ miles to come get our cars serviced by George. I came on a recommendation by a friend and am grateful for George and the team at Auto Maintanence Plus!

George at Auto Maintenance Plus is the most honest person in the vehicle service business. I have been taking my cars to George and AMP for over 10 years, and I drive 45 minutes to do it. No hidden fees, or BS. He gives you options, and he completes his work on time and correct the first time. George even took on Nissan and their dealer to make them pay for a very expensive warranty repair of which they initially tried to deny, this saved me over $4000. George and AMP is the the place to service your car.

I absolutely LOVE Auto Maintenance Plus! It took years to find an honest mechanic, and I found one in George, the owner. He is very reasonable with regards to pricing, and NEVER performs any repairs that do not have to be done. His team performs the repairs in a timely manner, and are very professional. He treats everyone with respect and dignity, as does his staff. I have been going to AMP for several years and see no reason to go elsewhere. ~M

I am so grateful I found this place. My Engine and my clutch went out at the same time. George was very informative while my car was at his shop. He let me know exactly what was going on and gave me an exact day and time when my car would be ready. The staff their are very professional and most importantly "honest" my repairs were very affordable and my car is running great! I highly recommend this place! Thank you! You guys are awesome!

This is hands down the best mechanic in Jacksonville Fl! I wouldn't trust my vehicles with any other mechanic! Truthfully, i have never felt like i was being taken advantage of in anyway, not once! ( like others have) I've been coming here for 10 years to service a Chevy and Bmw and each time i was 100% satisfied with the service and especially the price! Mr. GEORGE (the owner) IS AWESOME!

I ve been using George for 16 years, I ve never felt over charged for repairs. Short turnover on my repairs. Upfront and honest about what s wrong with your vehicle. I ve taken cars, van, and a truck to him over the years. He s been able to fix everything I ve brought to him. Good honest man with good techs working with him. Thanks.

Auto Maintenance Plus was the third shop I took my car to after the other two couldn t figure out what was wrong. George and the guys figured it out in 24 hours and worked with my travel schedule to repair the car while I was out of town. I waited a couple weeks to write a review to make sure everything was still running smooth, it s good as new. Highly recommend!Repair: CV Joint and Break Rotors

My husband, children, in laws, and I were visiting Jacksonville for vacation when our Yukon XL began shutting off on us. I'm from Jax and so my parents and most of my family are still there. George does all the maintenance on my parent's vehicles and my dad gave him a call. Even though George was all booked up, he said to bring it in and he'd take a look at it. We dropped it off Thursday evening and were able to pick it up Friday all fixed!!! We had to head back home on Saturday, so it was such a blessing having George and his crew go out of their way to repair our vehicle. The Yukon drove better than ever and we made it back home safe and sound. Big Thanks to Auto Maintenance Plus for their outstanding service!!!!!!

Nice business. I have never been disappointed with their services. They Always know what the problem is with my automobile and once they are done I never have to worry about the problem again. A shop i actually trust! Ive been here a handful of times. They honor warranties! Example, i had a fuel pump replaced with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. I was 10 months in and WELL over 20,000 miles when the pump failed again. They actually went above the warranty and only charged me labor to replace it. On 2 other occasions theyve had a vehicle of mine with the request to check it nose to tail, if it needs anything, let me know, both times they cleared it of needing any further maintenance. This is a vehicle with over 170,000 miles on it and both times theyve been given an opportunity to scam me and clearly, they didnt. If my vehicle needs arent covered by manufacturer warranty, this is the place i go! Every shop has a wait time, so be prepared. They do their best to be quick but hardly anything needing a repair these days gets done in a day or 2. Just know youre in good hands and if they say your vehicle needs something, IT DOES.
