BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!I had this company replace the rear windshield in our van 4 weeks ago. Came out one morning (less than 2 weeks after install) and the whole perimeter of windshield was cracked. The manager (Jessica) told me that it s not under warranty and was possibly an act of God when it s obviously a faulty install. Beware using this company! (7619 Lem Turner Road Jacksonville FL)Try Baker Glass on Cassat Avenue in Jax instead. Family owned. Good people.

The process was mostly painless and easy. When I initially called and received a quote apparently the person didn t save it. So when I called back to set up an appt, I was given a quote for much more. I basically said I wanted the same quote or I was not doing business with them. The rep got it down to three dollars more than my original quote ( I don t believe a word of what she s telling me about how she is trying, can t get the same price, mind you) and I agreed. The service day of was professional, fast and efficient.

Inconsistent, Long wait, Bad experienceMarch 2022Chose AGN to replace damaged windshield. Charged roughly $360 with a lifetime warranty. Good customer service and diligent techniciansAfter the repair, me and other people noticed a small gap at the top of the windshield and molding on the passenger sideApril 2022Noticed a stress crack in bottom corner of the new windshield on the driver side (picture)AGN took pictures and I was told they would fix it, so they needed to order new parts!Few days later I noticed that the windshield wiper on the driver side was not wiping correctly simultaneously noticed a loose panel on the driver sideSo I brought my car back to AGN. I was told they re still waiting on parts but they have the windshield, and told they d fix the loose panel. So they put in clips. I drove a few miles away and then the panel nearly flew off the car in the wind (pictures)Finally I made an appointment with AGN for 10am. They easily took 5 hours to repair. I became upset that no one updated me once about the car throughout the long wait.2pm that day, while driving, the molding comes loose and the new part almost completely separated from the windshield on the highway obstructing my view (pictures) I then noticed my wiper blade on the passenger side was sitting higher than normal and not even with the other wiper blades (pictures)I immediately pulled over took pics and called AGN. They planned to reorder parts and use new techniciansI Canceled vacation plans, and was forced to drive my car with no molding above my windshield* I could hear the forces of the wind while inside my car coming through the gaps where the part was missing from my car making me paranoid that something else would fall off my car possibly the windshieldFriday April 29 - I realized they put my wiper blades on incorrectlyMay 2 - I was told they would have a crew ready to repair the car by this day, that did not happen. The manager forgot to call me on Monday and couldn t get his new crew together. I had to involve a friend of mine to deal with them in order to get my windshield fixed correctly before I lose my mind and my job!May 5 - Conner came to my home to try and fix their mistakes. He was no help either.Update: *NOV2022* I now have water leaking through my windshield and dashboard onto my foot.February 2023: hearing crackling sound behind dash board. Contacted them to follow up and to request a full refund and press charges for damages. New manager Jessica. Will conduct a water test.January 13 2024: Responded to their message to see how they will resolve the issue. The last person I spoke to was Jessica who replaced Connor who got fired along with a few other of his staff. Water still gets inside the vehicle when it rains, and can still hear wind blowing inside while driving. The panel on top of the hood is still loose and was never properly fixed either.Spoke to Jessica the invoice of the service from March 2022 is now lost in the system and most likely nothing they can do.This was my experience at AGN on Lem Turner Rd. in Jacksonville FL for those of you considering this location please make sure you keep your receipt and possibly consider looking elsewhere if you don't want this to happen to your vehicle.

Auto Glass Now is great. The install is perfect, they ordered a windshield, had it shipped overnight and installed it first thing the next morning. Jessica was especially helpful and ensured they finished before my wife's appointment. Fast and considerate.

Someone broken into my car busted the rear passenger window. A friend recommended auto glass now, Called the next day and set up an appointment. The installer Elijah came to the complex where I lived and put in a new window like in less than 30 minutes. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They did a awesome job from getting a estimate to the actual installation. Would highly recommend them if you need a window repair or replacement.

This company's front windshield replacement cost, and me without having had full coverage insurance was highly affordable and lesa that half of what every other company was quoting me at the time. Sorry for the late review, but I had my 2005 Acura TL windshield replaced here and before I could sit down they were already me up to come get my car. Seriously the dates service I've ever had done on any of my cars, and at a much more affordable, reasonable cost which I could actually afford to pay! I will never choose any other auto glass replacement company thanks to their best quality, highly affordable, and no hassle, Zero wait time, and unbeatable customer service! TY Courtney

Was able to talk to shop directly to make appointment for my windshield replacement in the am ... tec called first thing in morning arrived about 30 minutes later very professional had Glass installed in about 30 minutes had to recalibrate vehicle lane assist etc knew exactly how to do it had that done in about 30 minutes for total time one hour done at my house! Everything works good etc excellent job I highly recommend and use them again

Jessica at the front desk was great. Had a problem at first, but she made it all right in the end. Great price, can't go wrong here. Definitely would recommend, shout out to Joe the installer, great job!

3 star only because there is a pending issue. But pleased with their work, discovered an issue with the windshield a day after repair(today) called and Jessica was accommodating of my schedule as I am traveling for work I will not be back in the area for the next 6 weeks, she offered to schedule me in on my return. And they honored their warranty. So will update in Feb 2024.

I am so tired of companies that over promise and under-deliver results. It seems to be the norm these days. I did some research, screened the reviews, and decided I would use Auto Glass Now. The two guys called ahead and arrived in the window as promised. They did an excellent job on my GMC Denali 1500. The windshield is better than new and there are no visible signs it was replaced. They left me with a good clean job, no marks, scratches, dust or debris. All calibration was done on site and works as normal.

I went online (discount) did estimate and the lady called right after I accepted the price and scheduled me for the same day. The staff is nice and fast I was there for less than an hour and my back window looks great would have never guessed it was ever broken. Thanks again and I highly recommend.

Auto Glass Now is great! On arrival, Joe was very professional and personable explaining the calibration process for the install and also making sure the new windshield had the proper bracket for my camera rearview-mirror that I have. Thank you for all that you do, Joe!

Called a made an appointment was told they opened at 8am. Got there about 7:45. They went into the building around this time so I followed to see if maybe I could drop my car early so I could go to work. Went in no one at front desk so we took a seat. Waited about 10 minutes we could here someone typing. Mine you they saw me parked already and they had open there garage doors so they knew we where inside. After waiting I got up and went to the counter since we where never acknowledged. I asked if I could go ahead and leave my vehicle. The female asked for my name and said she checked me in and to leave my key on the counter. Customer service was not in the cards. Went to pick up my car I'm glad we inspected it, the rubber seals keeps water out was not seated correctly which could have caused water to run down into my vehicle. I called it to their attention he said oh I see it so he took it out and repacked it. I mean why did I have to find that why wasn't it inspected. I shall see how things go. I'm only giving 2 star because of the customer service over the phone was ok.

Installed the windshield but they didn t install the secure strip to hold the glass in place, sent us on the way. Now have to get a second party to come on site to fix a 3 day old job because the will not come out to fix the issue.Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

Customer service reos were great. Jessica & Lauren. Also the service techs were fast & efficient. I d honestly recommend going here if you need a windshield replacement. They have semi Truck windshield s & CarsGreat place. And this is a real review . Big Fred was here

This was the worst experience. Everything from the appointment setting to the service. At the end, the technician complained about the type of car I had and that it was too hard to work on. I was there for 4 hours because I was waiting on the technician. My insurance company picked the location. One would think that if they don t want to work on my type of car, they should let the insurance company, which feeds them business, know and not the customer. On top of this, the lobby is completely filthy. Not a lot of pride. Find some place else.

My husband and I were road-tripping and unfortunately had trouble with our car window rolling up. We called Auto Glass and they were very helpful in diagnosing the issue. My husbands car was still under warranty so we didn t want to continue with any permanent repairs, but they were very kind in temporarily fixing our window so that it wouldn t roll down and we were back in the road in no time. I would recommend coming to Autoglass as they were very professional, efficient, helpful, and had good old southern hospitality!

Had a rock chip that went wild, used Auto Glass Now after filing with insurance and scheduling was easy and convenient, I could have them come to me or go to one of their locations. The windshield was replaced in no time and I was back on my way. Will definitely use them again if ever the need arises.

So I called Auto Glass to get a price for my windshield so it can be replaced and the lady was really nice and was able to satisfy my needs she gave me a time and price which was suitable. Later that day I pulled up to get my car serviced and I saw a windshield that was similar to mine and I asked the lady was this my windshield she replied yes but then she noticed a crack at the bottom of the windshield so she told me that she needed to order another one before they proceed with the installation. She also stated that one of her guys will go downtown to pick up the windshield. ..after an hour or two passes I go back up there to get my car and as I m approaching the front door I noticed that the cracked windshield I saw before was not in the same area ..so I walked inside and I asked the lady that told me that she was going to order another one what they did with the windshield that was outside she told me that they threw that windshield away ..she asked me why you wanted to buy it or something I replied no and I told her I was hoping u guys didn t put that windshield on my car she replied no and told me that she ordered another one and had her guys pick it up ..but I noticed that she wouldn t look me in my eye while saying that ..I didn t pay no attention to it so I said ok cool and I left as me and my father examined the windshield we noticed a black smudge on the right bottom of the windshield and we knew that this windshield was the windshield we saw outside the place earlier and the fact that I asked her to make sure they didn t put that windshield on my car at this point it was obvious that she lied to me. The lady that told me the she was going to order another one was the manager if the manger gone lie to you then of course the employees gonna do the same she s setting a bad example for the workforce. Once I got home I also noticed that the ceil on my car that was on the side of the window was not on properly and their were some broken clips for my ceil ..I don t recommend this place at all terrible service the fact that she lied was enough for me.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I scheduled and appointment of course the guys there was cool and mellow and fast got there at 10 am the guy said it will be an hour I said ok what's and hour but boom finished in 38 minutes and now my windshield is new clean and clear

The people that work there are very nice and caring they make you feel betterI came in with two problems with my windows and I was ready to read my book and wait but I didn't get a chance they are fast and I have no issues with my windows I will be sending everyone there they are awesome

I had my service done at home the technician asked for my keys to roll the windows down and get started so I gave them to him I also asked if I needed to be present while he completed the repair and he stated no. To my surprise after he was done with the service my car has paint scratched off and my passenger side door won t open. After the job was completed I noticed the scratches and brought it to his attention and he said nothing they were a couple scratches that I assumed I could ve wiped off but no the actual paint is chipped. Also when I got into my vehicle and attempted to open the door the door wouldn t open and this is due to the technician taking my door panel off and not replacing it properly.I contacted the technician to advise him of what happened and he told me he would be back the next day to repair my door and he has not show up . I contacted the company and this was their response Good morning, this is Autoglass Now! We've tried to reach you regarding the Chevy Trax, in order for us to take a look at this you'd need to be able to bring it into our shop.
