WARNING THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO EVER FIND YOURSELF.IF YOU'VE EVER HEARD THE PHRASE, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR" WELL KNOW THIS.THIS PLACE MIGHT SEAM LIKE A GREAD DEAL BUT IT'S GOING TO END UP COSTING YOU IN THE LONG RUN.SO STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!What I did:I took a car I bought for my daughter to have a ($250 Detailing) and have 2 tinted windows added $80.What happened:I was called and told my car was ready.I went after work to pick it up.1. The Car was disgusting and not even finished washing. AND BY NO MEANS WAS THIS A $250 DETAILING.2. My car door was damaged.NOTE: THIS particular door has a dent but what they broke was the Door Lock Latching system. And the door was crooked... as they tried rig it and broke it off the hinges as well.3.When I complained about the wash... the "owner wife" said "you paid $250 that's what you get!" 4.About the door she said it was broke and blamed the dent on the door. (But the car was left there with all 4 doors closing)They told me to leave the car there and they would fix it in the morning.5.Next day I recieved a text saying you're car is ready.The Car is still DIRTY and the Door is still BROKEN.When I asked 1 person said they were told I didn't want them to fix it and the manager said they weren't going to fix it.I paid them and left just for my sanity.LIKE I SAID... STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY! THIS IS A RAT HOLE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL.NO GOODBAD SERVICEBROKENDISRESPECTFULLIARSUNPROFESSIONALMy Door Latch is $211.

What an amazing experience here, from start to finish I was referred to Auto Detail Spot for my peeling leather seats (before and after pics included) I have never gone through this experience before, so was a little bit nervous on how the outcome would be, but I am honestly so impressed and so happy with the results! Everyone that I met was extremely helpful and friendly. Maria helped answer all of my questions along the way. In addition to being so nice to work with, they were also very thorough and went through multiple books of leather swatches so make sure we found the perfect match. I am very picky, so this was very much appreciated. So happy and will definitely come back for detail services!

I do not recommend it, it was clean before their sink under the hood. If you want to pay $170 for a full car wash, and for your hood to be as dirty as in the photo, here you are.

Upholstery job was excellent. Very friendly service and they did a great job fixing my work truck's driver seat. It was ripped and worn down badly. It feels like new now! Looks great too. Thanks again. I will continue to recommend you and send more people your way

Christian and his team here are AMAZING! And when I say team .it s more like a small army! I was super impressed when I arrived to see the well-organized processes that were going on. Everyone seemed to be working as a team and working very hard at their individual tasks.I chose the Torretto package, in order to get the interior of the company car that I drive thoroughly cleaned. The seats in this car were horrendous with all sorts of stains all over the light grey fabric, from the various careless drivers before me. When his team finished shampooing the seats and THOROUGHLY cleaning every square inch of this car, they returned it to me looking like a brand new car! And that s no exaggeration!!I would happily and confidently recommend this business to the most picky people that I know. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.And the newly remodeled front office/waiting area is very, very comfortable. They did a great job restoring my headlight covers. They are now crystal clear so I can see better and be seen better. Reasonable price. They did it in 20 min without an appt. I previously had them remove hard water sprinkler residue for the price of an exterior detail. I thought I would need a new paint job. I will be back! Great job! I'm very happy!

Torreto detailing package: Vehicle was still filthy at time of pick up, had to wait at their shop for over 30mins so they can rush clean what they missed. I went home and found a-lot more missed areas full of dirt. Also their website states steam cleaning is included in this package but they told me in person that they didn t do any steam cleaning. Also my car reeked of chemical odor for a week. Not worth $164.

I was recommended this place by a mechanic family friend and I m BEYOND impressed to say the least. I had gotten side swipped by another car which caused scratches and scuffs on my drivers side and they took it out and it looks back to normal. ALSO, I got the interior detailing done (get the supercharge package it s worth it, it comes with so much) and I have never had my car this clean, it s literally spotless. They restored my very dirty headlights which was needed desperately. All in all It was an amazing job done. The staff were wonderful and helpful in figuring out what the best way to get the scuffs out. Erica, I cannot say enough amazing things about her!! She was so sweet and honestly made me less nervous as this was my first time doing something like this by myself without my dad or brother. This is the second time I have used this company on two different vehicles. Great customer service and have never been disappointed. My Camaro is 8 years old and had tree sap all over it and looked awful before I brought it to auto detail spot. I will be back and I highly recommend this company, if you are looking to make your vehicle look brand new again this is the place to come.Before and After

Sometimes you have to pass a few thorns in order to find a beautiful Rose , that place is Auto Detail Spot. Bill needed a professional detailing on his classic 87MC SS. Having done a complete restoration a little over a year ago he was looking for and found a true professional in Auto Detail Spot and Christian the owner. Finding the place was a bit of a challenge as it is on Forest but behind other buildings. Pulling in you will notice several cars in various stages of disassembly...fear not as at the end of the rainbow you will find a pot of Gold. Bill's car was dropped off on Tuesday and after an inspection and suggestion as to the best service needed looked forward to picking it up on Friday. Upon arrival to pick up the car Christian meet Bill and explained the different work they had done... folks, we were both impressed. ADS over delivered on the work and now has a life time customer. If you want, please visit there professional web site autodetailspot.com and see the long list of service's they can provide that all to often you might have to go to more than one location to complete. In addition to cars they do motorcycles, Truck's, Campers, boats and more. We have found a 5 location giving it our highest recommendation and hope you agree.

They did a WONDERFUL job cleaning the interior and exterior of my Jeep Compass. I m a mom of littles who also chose beige interior. *Yeah, I know!* Anyway, I chose the package that included shampoo of the seats and my vehicle feels like it s back to how it looked when I picked it up from the dealership! I highly recommend Auto Detail Spot.They also have a military/veteran s special on Wednesdays.

I took my car in for a headlight restoration and wash and wax. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was thinking, nice job on the outside and when I opened the door the inside was clean to. I started my vehicle and there was a light that stayed on the dashboard. I'm thinking maybe it will go off. As I was driving I could hear something rattling, and I thought it was coming from the back seat. Later on I noticed it was my passenger headrest. The headrest was pulled apart but the airbag wasn't deployed, along with my drivers side. I took it back and showed them what was wrong and they tried to explain to me, they on clean the inside and didn't have to move my seats. I asked if they can repair it or will they get it repaired. They continued to tell me they only cleaned the inside and didn't do the damage. I finally asked them to answer me with a yes or no and they wouldn't answer my question but continue to tell me they only cleaned the inside. Bad customer service and to keep a customer coming back just repair the damage they caused.

My car had stains on the headliner from an exploded soda and they got it all out and detailed it amazing ! I would definitely recommend this place . My car looks outstanding and so clean! I came in to get tint done on my rear windshield , i picked up the car then noticed the third brake light was broken under the rear windshield . I went back to them , they claimed they can't do anything & didnt want to fix it or take responsibility, plus the customer service agent claimed that she is too busy and started running away from me and did not bother to speak to me.Very very bad service and customer service.Service: Window tinting

great customer service from Lariana and the entire staff. Went for seat repair which competitor said 2 days they were done in 1.5 hours! So had them do then entire truck plus shampoo. Also less cost with them . Owners always there working. Went back for custom upholstery work which the did no problem came out real nice, and I am picky. Nice,hard working people.

My truck has been neglected since my previous move to Illinois. I have been without a detailer I could rely on. I'm glad to find "Auto Detail Spot". They bought a company I used years ago so I didn't know what to expect from the new owner/management. They did a great job including some additional unexpected things they didn't charge me for. I'm sure they are trying to impress new clients and they did. I'm very pleased to give them my enthusiastic endorsement. Thanks to Christian the owner and the whole crew. I'll see again soon. They are the worst! Dropped the car off for a wash and ended up with a nail in the tire. Also expect to pay a different price every time you drop your car off. They charged me $88 for a basic car wash.

I usually don't make posts about anything, but I was pretty upset with the results of the full detail. I walked the truck to see the final results and found multiply areas with wax still on the truck, bug remains still on the front grill/bumper, the honeycomb chrome grill not touched, excessive cleaner left behind on components in the engine compartment. The headlight reconditioning was so so. To top it off another vehicle was being washed as few car lengths away and the water spray was coating the new wax job. Anyone from Florida knows that's hard water. So the newly cleaned/ waxed truck is spotted. This was the worst experience I ve ever dealt with from a local detail/ upholstery company and I own and operate a well known professional high end detail shop in Jax myself Let me begin, from the start place was extremely messy, trash everywhere all over the floors, very unprofessional. I brought them my 94 Honda Del Sol seats to perform custom upholstery on over 2.5 weeks ago and they kept giving me the run around zero communication while having my seats in their possession. I called them politely to check on the progress and they tell me I m calling them to early, you said no rush that doesn t mean not start on them. Came today to check on the progress and nothing was done so I told them I want my seats back and they kept my deposit saying it s non refundable when I wasn t even told that from the start to begin with. Horrible customer service and business! Highly advise you do not use them!

The people at Auto Detail spot were awesome! My car was spotless inside and out. My headlights look brand new. The dog odor gone. They also did a great job of repairing the fabric on my side door. Definitely coming again!

This is my second vehicle I ve taken to Auto Detail Spot and I m truly surprised at the customer service this go around, from both the receptionist and the owner. I ve recommended them to many of my associates but never again. Instead of accepting responsibility for honoring their commitment they chose to offer excuses. I understand extenuating circumstances but excuses won t take the place of an apology
