Very friendly staff with incredible attention to detail. Walked in with a new Bronco and asked their opinion based off what I was looking for.When I got the Bronco back you couldn t even tell anyone else was in my vehicle. Everything was hidden and extremely clean. I ve been dissatisfied in the past, but this system exceeded my expectations.Oh and they tinted my windows at the same time making it extremely convenient.

These guys continue to impress me. This is the third install and dang does the system sound good! Not knowing what I wanted was no problem. Matt in the office is a subject matter expert and made a great sale carried by his knowledge of automotive audio. Thanks guys!

Audio Design is a company with great customer service and high end stereo equipment. They have work on all my vehicles from tint to custom audio systems! Definitely they will try to save you money and you will get what you pay for. Great company with great customer service!

By far the worst place I ve ever done business with when it comes to tint. Guy changed the price 3 different times. My truck has a million bubbles in it and looks absolutely terrible. Really wish I would ve looked took my truck somewhere else. If you value you re vehicle do not take it into these clowns.

1.� They installed the wrong speakers for the system.� They used cheap 4 ohm speakers in a 2 ohm system.� They also agreed to use Sony speakers if they had to be replaced but instead opted for a cheaper type.2.� The speakers were not needed to fix the system, as the issue was only the amp. This was confirmed by Auto Radio Service.� I had advised them of this hen I brought the car in, and nothing more was ever needed by my assessment.3.� They asked me to take my stereo to Auto Radio Service, claiming that the stereo had an issue.� After paying for the service at Auto Radio they determined that Audio Design was wrong and the stereo worked fine, the speakers worked fine, and the amp was the issue (as I stated when I brought it in.)4.� They hit something with the car hard and never said anything (see photo.)5.� They lost parts and claimed that they would find them later in my seat.6.� They broke the mounting bracket for the window button, and tried to glue it back with super glue poorly, when an epoxy would have worked and I would not have been upset (see photo.)7.� They broke the window button mounting clip.� I had to replace thins since they also lost they part they broke.8.� They disconnected the seat heater somehow (still not sure how.)9.� They blew a fuse that made the dash lights not come on and the stereo had a whine sound.� I had to take my car back to Auto Radio Service to fix in another trip (3 in total) paying $110�+ tax each time.)10.� They never did replace all of the speakers because they needed to order one more and I would not let them do anything further to my car.� They were only missing one of the rear speakers; but these should have been subs and they merely put regular speakers in there.of the car by using the incorrect tools to access door panels.11.� They damaged the leather.

Love these guys! They tinted my last 3 vehicles flawlessly. Windshield tint price was almost half of what is was where I was from. They also did some graphics and audio in the last 2. Great work with really great people.

I upgraded my car to wireless backup camera and hands free phone. So I took 05 car and made it 2019 awesome. It was a positive experience having this work done. And I don't have a phone in my hands anymore. Thank you

Was driving by and they squeezed me in for a walk in.Very knowledge, professional and personable. Answered every questions I had.They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and explained in great detail the differences between factory glaze (what I though was tint), tint and ceramic tint.The ceramic tint was applied flawlessly and in a very timely manor.You get what you pay for; with a LIFETIME WARRANTY I know I made a great decision to go to Audio Design & Customer Graphics.I will definitely be going back to get my rear windows ceramic tinted as well!!

Before going here, I tried applying tint myself a few times. I got a bit ocd with it and got frustrated every time. I just had them tint my widows and they did an amazing job!

Paid $605.00 for my Honda coupe to get the best tint installed. My sun roof was not done and there were problems with my Tint falling off when I showed up to get my car. There s also air bubbles in the passenger window and rear window. I m happy my car isn t as hot because of the tint but I got a rush job.

I gotta tell you they really care about their customers and every way you can't go wrong because they do the best job in town not to mention he'll take care of you quickly stand by their work and you can't beat them!! It's nice to have an experience like that doing business with somebody in today's Times!!

I don't live in Florida and had some car audio questions about my truck stereo and some previous work they had done for somone else and Darin was more than helpful over the phone. Happened to be in their area about a month later and stopped by to ask a couple more questions and get some things for my stereo. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If I lived in the area I would definitely do more business with them!

Well... what can I say?? I am IN LOVE ... one day service. Came in on a Thursday, told them my idea, had an appointment the next day, they gave me a car to ride while mine was getting customized and it was finished at the end of the day!! Great service!! They re hospitable, and friendly!! So nice! I also got my windows tinted! And it s amazing! It s hot here in Florida and when I got in my car my leather seats weren t burning me anymore! Can I brag some more?! Love it! Thanks guys! Will do service again here!

Dishonest company taking advantage of people. I placed an order through their website where I was told the request timed out. Placed it again using an alternate payment and it went through. Once I saw they both went through, I called AD&CG to tell them what happened and they told me they could cancel it. Four days later it posted to my bank anyway.I emailed them and got no answer, so I called my bank. Three months later I am still trying to get my $323.10 back for a second iPad dash kit I never received and AD&CG is not answering any of my correspondence. Unethical company.

I had a great experience here. All emails and texts were answered very quickly and they fit me in quickly. I got my windows tinted and taillights smoked. Although I knew what tint I wanted, Chris still took the time to explain the different products without a pushy upsell. He also helped me pick the perfect vinyl for the taillights so they'd look the best (no one size fits all!). My lights have a very complicated shape so there was an issue with bubbling but they got me right back in the shop and fixed it quickly and accurately (I don't blame the shop; I realize the lights themselves were not at all easy to wrap but they still got it perfect in the end). There was no additional charge to fix. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

First of all, I was created by someone who was well informed and explained all my options and prices for what I wanted. The shop was clean. Most of all, I was not pushed to get a stereo or anything Else I did not want. Although the store front appears to be somewhat small, the install area is huge and even has several back bays behind the building to accommodate multiple Vehichle s at the same time.They offered several install times that were flexible to my schedule. I was so impressed with the quality of work that I brought in my other Vehichle for a new stereo and even got the one that was not tinted a first ever tint job.All around great experience and I highly recommend them.

So after a few days, i am please to say the wrap i had done has held up great and looks amazing. The customer service was great in the shop and the guys were very helpful up front with explaining stuff. The only reason i didnt put 5 stars was that they said they would take the truck back right away and it would be like 3 hrs, it took over an hr for them to start the work and then an extra hour of work. But was never told anything as to why while I waited. Next time, i would just drop it off for work and then go back home or something.

Outstanding experience! They drove to my place of work, picked up my car, did exceptional work, and returned my car within just a few hours. They even offered the keys to their vehicle in case I wanted to go out on my lunch break- how thoughtful!? The technician walked around the parking lot at my work showing me different tint jobs and what different levels would look like. It helped me make the right decision and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDChris and Sean were fantastic to work with. They educated me on the various materials used in window tints, the differences, and pointed me in the right direction.They didn't try to oversell me and the work turned out fantastic! I will be taking all of my vehicles to them until the end of time.

Very very pleased with my experience with these guys. I bought an iPad mount for my car that they make, and was concerned about delivery time, as I was moving a week from the day I ordered it. Being in San Diego and shipping across the nation, I was especially worried about time constraints.However, I sent them an email outlining my concern and stating I'd be willing to pay an up-charge for shipping if it was looking tight. I had a response rather promptly from Chris, explaining the unit is made-to-order, would most likely ship Monday, and that he would follow up with me by noon EST.Well, I received an email by noon EST stating that my order had been shipped, and that they upgraded my shipping free of charge in order to make it there on time. This level of customer care, I personally feel, is unheard of today. Having a prompt response and follow-up is fantastic, but to upgrade my shipping for free to ensure my package arrived on time is superb, and I'm very grateful. Will definitely be a repeat customer if I'm in need of their services again!

Over all it was amazing. The workmanship is great. Everyone there was helpful with helping me pick out what would look good with my car. Quality is great. Didn't believe them that the ceramic tint keeps it cooler in the car. I am a firm believer. It does an amazing job with keeping the heat out.

One of the best shop experiences I've had. I came in to get some Halos installed in my headlights and my fog lights. Before I came in i didn't even have fog lights. They did an amazing job. Everything was done professionally and clean. All the wires are hidden so they're not all over the place. Took the time to show me how to use my Halos and explained everything. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone looking to get anything done.

They were going to wiring up my hand controls on my Ultra Classic Harley-Davidson cuz I put a the new Kenwood with XM but I want up taking it to Daddy O's instead next door because they're worthless they can't do the job when they scheduled the opponent 2 weeks out and take the time off work to be asked to reschedule for another 2 weeks ill never use them

Chris was extremely nice and he s honest about the products he sells. I d recommend to anyone any day. He s also on top of letting me know what s going on with my vehicle and keeps me updated every so often. If I need any questions answered I ask him and he responds within a day or two depending if he s busy. While I was browsing, Audio designs also has a great selection of products in stock and they explained everything well from audio to tint to security alarms. Audio designs also have a loaner car (if available) which was extremely convenient for me since I live 20-30 min away and work 15 min away.
