THE BEST FREAKING LOCATION IN ALL OF JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA!!! Gamble, Rachel, and Bryan are the FREAKING BEST!!! It s always such a pleasure doing business with them. They treat my daughter and myself extremely well! I never have to worry about being taken advantage of when I come here. Everything is detailed, explained, and assured that I fully understand what is going on with my vehicle. I make the commute just to come to THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION because of the OUTSTANDING service I received EACH AND EVERY TIME! Not only that, you can tell amongst the service department they talk to each other with respect and have a good relationship which is then transmitted to EXTREMELY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you for always giving us the ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPERIENCE!!! While traveling to St. Augustine from Chattanooga, TN - the low oil warning light came on my Q8. I called the service department and Frank told me to bring my car in and he would take care of it. Frank was so reassuring and quickly got me back on the road to enjoy my vacation!! What an AWESOME experience thanks to Frank!! Would definitely bring my car here for service if I lived in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I Absolutely Loved these guys!!! They were very Professional and polite. We were serviced Fast and Approved with no problems! Got An Amazing Car and at a Affordable price. For someone looking for a car worth the time and money, ask for Leo at audio of Orange park He was Outstanding as well as his sales team!! I love it there, Thanks again guys.

I have been going to this dealership for service since 2014. I can honestly say that there is no better representative than Todd Baker. He is on point with knowledge and communication with his costumers and everyone else I have seen him come across. A respectable person who has earned my confidence when it comes to every day safety with my Q5. Not an easy job especially when dealing with so many situations. Lastly, the job is not complete without a great mechanic and mine has been Kendrick Perez. Both are highly recommended. So thank you for a job well done!

I took my q7 in for an electric draw and a dieing battery, easy to swap a battery out right? Wrong.. I had the battery replaced already, with the dead Audi battery(under warranty) it was in the trunk, all that was needed is a new warranted battery put in the trunk. They Uninstalled the new battery that was fitted already (under the seat.) and put the dead battery in the trunk back into the car. This process took over 8 hours total with another 3 hours spent getting a new battery when stranded in a diffrent state of our time. When you buy an audi you expect some customer service for $300 dollars an hr. We had the displeasure of two total different service writers and techs none got the electrical draw figured out.. but I did the bose amplifier strikes again! With replacement of it 1 year ago also I say the parts and cost of parts(over $2k) makes it very cost prohibitive to own an Audi product.. and I love vw's and Audi's.. but ill probably buy a Toyota from now on.

The service center at the Audi dealer at Orange Park is amazing. I was visiting for the weekend from Charleston when the engine light came on and the car was stuck in limp home mode. They got me in and out on a Saturday. Rachel was wonderful and I am so thankful for the Orange Park service team.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Paid 260 dollars for a oil change and tire rotation and all of a sudden got a flat tire the next day. Suspiciously received a text and email saying I needed new tires the same day it happened.

Unannounced stop by to check TPS error code. Rachel in service got me in and out with a cortected issue and a car wash in 30 minutes. Thanks!
