Initially went in for service on my existing vehicle only to come in contact with sales associate Frederick. He ensured me if I was interested in looking to upgrade, he would go all the way. Well he is a man of his word because I now have a new Audi.My experience was long but he and his team were pleasant, friendly, professional and accommodating.They made me once again a happy Audi owner!

I dropped my car off a few weeks ago for service and a possible repair. Three weeks later, the repairs were complete. After picking up my car, I noticed a caterpillar on the interior driver-side door, which I thought was odd. Once returning home, I examined the vehicle and noticed Caterpillar cocoons all over my car; per the service receipt, the car was washed. As a luxury car dealership, this is unacceptable.

Extraordinary customer service. I needed an air intake replaced, they ordered the last one in the nation for me and swiftly installed it. I was well taken care of throughout my service, updated regularly and was in and out in little to no time. Thanks again Audi Orange Park!

I have been on the hunt for an Audi TT for several months. The car is limited and I have had dealers laugh in my face when I said I was trying to get one. I saw that Audi Orange park had one and I inquired online. I instantly received a message from a salesman named Ali even though the dealer was closed. I explained I was 4.5 hours away but willing to make the drive for the car. He assisted me fully over the phone and made the deal happen and secured the car for me!! When I went in to drop off my trade in and complete the purchase he has the car in the show room ready to go for me! They didn t make me haggle the price, they weren t feeding me nonsense like other Audi dealers have, and they gave me the best deal I found! My experience with Ali was the best Audi experience I have had. I would recommend them over any dealer in Florida!

Al in the service department and Frank the concierge manager have consistently provided the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced from a service department, even though I purchased the vehicle elsewhere. In the last few years I have purchased and serviced new Porsches, Escalade and BMW and have never experience such professionals that continuously kept me updated, accommodated valet for me despite pickups and deliveries of my vehicles to different hospitals and shift times I work, and of course correctly addressed the services of my vehicle. I cannot express how appreciated I felt by every interaction, especially Frank, and look forward to my next service appointment knowing it will be painless because of the care of Al and Frank.

Had an excellent service and experience at the Audi Orange Park. The salesman Theo found the perfect car for me. He listened, he was patient and kind. Very informative about the different models and the specific details in each one. And eventually help me pick out one that was perfect me and fit my needs. He and the sales manager were able to work with me and I was able to get the car within the range that I wanted. I was never rushed and felt respected at all times. At the end of it all, I was very impress. True salesmanship and excellent customers service!

I would like to share special recognition to Israel my salesman, Mike the Finance manager and all of the service and sales managers that aided me with my purchase. They all worked as a team from beginning until end to ensure that I had the best experience possible. You do not find this type of superior support and service anywhere but I found it at Audi of Orange Park and I am forever grateful.

Bought a used car .missing third break light would not replace..they said I have to replace it myself at my expense. I did not notice the light missing until they took it through the car wash and tape was covering it. They talk about how they have great customer service when I went in looking at this car. Never buy a car there again..

My husband brought in our Q3 for service over the weekend. While waiting for the car, Frederick Schmitz approached him and asked if he would like to either upgrade or trade in our existing car. Fred was able to find a new Q3 that met our expectations and budget. He was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We ended up getting a new Q3! He went above and beyond and came in on his day off to deliver the car. He was very patient and thorough in helpings us setting up all the new features in our car. Service department is horrible, I scheduled to drop my car off and was told they would have a loaner vehicle for me, upon arrival of dropping my vehicle off the service advisor was very unprofessional and told me they didn t have any loaners available. I wouldn t recommended coming here for the smallest/easiest of job s. Audi of Jacksonville even though is under the same ownership is by far more pleasing and caring to deal with and actually cares about the customer service/experience.

Never come here for work done, always go to an independent shop, service advisors skate around questions, don t know their stuff, just stare at a piece of paper for maintenance intervals and it s twice or more over priced than a trusted euro shop. I was told exact works we don t do DSG services, Big regret coming here when I could ve had twice the work done for less with southside euro but I chose the dealership, terrible regret. Pretty sure they hope your car gets messed up so you have to buy a new one or pay even more to fix it than preventative maintenance would be.

Was lied to by a seller about my credit rating so he could charge me more on the vehicle. Over heard the sales manager trying to hike up the down payment. Sheesh man marvin Gaye "what's going on"was playing through my head thru the whole ordeal of being red line. Sales man said they went on experian and my credit rating was 650 ,and when he purchased his first car it was 8k he had to put down, and gus credit score was a little higher than mines at the time little did he know I have a monthly membership with experian,and check my credit excessively. He goes back to double check ,and wants to apologize about his mistake reading my credit score. .Was it higher than his or not? Idk but he apologized. Apology accepted, but brotherrrr smh,do not go ways of the heathens, and think before you leap dear friend . I usually don't write bad reviews, but this one I had to. I have never b�en so disrespected by a CAR salesman,and to.lie to me try to get me to accept that you're redlining me,the same thing our government along with the media keeps preaching is wrong ,and a form to create inequality . I pray that God heals all of you,and remove the presumption thoughts you have of a person like me.smh

Worst Experience Ever !!! No Loyalty !!If I could rate zero stars I would !! I m not sure what happened to this dealership as I bought 2 cars from them 8 months ago and it was an awesome experience then. So I figured I would go back for a third vehicle, I already had my financing in place with NavyFed and was looking for a car. After searching for awhile I finally found 2 vehicles at this dealership and narrowed it down to an RS5, however as it was slightly used and the tires were in question but they replaced all 4 no problem. My problem doesn t come from the sales person, it comes from the Finance person (Not Mike) and everything afterwards, as soon as I walked into finance I asked the guy if he was familiar with a Navyfed check, he stated he was well versed so I proceeded, got the final numbers and signed the check. He also noted that we had a couple days to get the validation code before the check expires which I reminded him and he said no problem. Now in my mind the deal is done from my end so I switch my insurance, exchange keys and connect my new car to me..happy right..nope. I get a call Tuesday morning from Audi about the check so I called NavyFed and they said NOBODY called to the get the code and the check had expired and there s nothing they could do to reinstate the check because it was as I did nothing with it even though I had documentation that the deal was completed prior but being that NOBODY (finance) took the time to make a 5 min call the check was no longer in the system to be used which by the way is a 24/7 number they can call to get the code. So now I head back to Audi and I m angered and annoyed, so I talk with management and the only recourse is for ME to run my credit again at Today s rate vice what I just lost with either Their financing or go back to Navyfed but again at Todays rate making this my problem! Which by the way at the time of the transaction the finance guy told me he couldn t even get close to the low rate I was getting with Navyfed. Then to make matters worst, they try to state that by putting on 4 new tires they were losing on this deal which then triggered me to state is the why you purposely let the check expire to force me to use your financing. At that point they apologized and the conversation ended, I was told they would leave the car sold and they would contact me in a couple days after letting the situation calm down to see if I would want to proceed. However, I NEVER received a call and they sold the vehicle to someone else a couple days later NO LOYALTY whatsoever !!!

My buying experience at Audi Orange Park was exceptional, due primarily to my sales person, Frederick Schmitz!!!I was waiting in the service department to have a battery installed in my Audi Q5. A Sales person introduced himself to myself and another gentleman in the waiting area and asked if we would be interested in looking at their inventory. I was very adamant that I was not interested and was a bit short with this gentleman. He didn't flinch at all. He asked me several questions that I reluctantly answered. We did exchange numbers and I told him that if I decided to purchase a new vehicle, I would contact him. I made it very clear that I did not want to be "pestered" and he did not do that. He contacted me via text when he thought he had something I may be interested in, without the "salesman aggression".Ultimately, I did decide to trade my vehicle and Frederick was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer and a human being.I could feel in my heart that this man had integrity and was sincerely looking out for me.If you visit Audi of Orange Park, I strongly urge you to seek out "Frederick Schmitz" in the sales department!! I promise that you will not regret that choice. And, an honorable mention to the Sales Manager, I believe his name is Brian, and Mike in Finance. It was a pleasure to deal with these gentlemen. They made everything smooth and easy!!I don't believe that I would have made the decision to get a new vehicle at this time if it wouldn't have been for Frederick.Thank you Frederick!!

Changed my review to one star. I purchased an Audi from Ali a little over a month ago. I then found a dealer that had an electric bmw so I traded the Audi in. Me being impulsive, I ended up in a bad lease. I reached out to Ali to see if he could get me out of this lease and into another Audi. I told him I was severely upside down, but we tried it. I didn t hear from him until two days after the fact. I understand you are entitled to days off, but a simple I m going to be out of the office, I will follow up when I get back in. After a day, I reached out to Israel whom I also purchased a car with. We went through the motions and then never heard back from him. He could have had the decency to let me know he couldn t help, especially since I had rapport with him buying a car from him previously. I have purchased 2 Audis from this dealership (owned 3 Audis) I will not be back. I will go to Audi South Orlando next time I m in the market. They don t charge the $2995 Audi advantage fee that this dealership charges. I have since purchased another vehicle and didn t trade the bmw in.

I have spent so much time in car dealerships over the years but I have never had an experience as incredible as I did at Audi Orange Park. Theo and Ryan are hands down some of the most personable and helpful people I ve ever met at a car dealership. They treat you like family and don t try to force anything on you like most other car salespeople. Audi Orange Park has a comfortable atmosphere and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Excellent service overall. One small issue would be better communication with the customer regarding the length of time it will take to complete maintenance. The courtesy driver, Frank was very professional and pleasant. I have had courtesy drivers in the past who were not so nice but Frank on the other hand is a GEM! Thank you Frank!

I just purchased a 2016 BMW X5 from Audi OP for my daughter and wanted to share feedback on my experience. I inquired about a listing shown online and in less than 1 hour Frederick Schmitz called me to answer questions. He shared with me the inspection report they performed and any deficiencies that were observed before scheduling an onsite visit to look at the vehicle. He also sent a walk around video of the vehicle. The vehicle was just as he described, no haggle pricing and ZERO sales pressure. After purchasing the vehicle I had my mechanic check it over and all was in order. I would recommend Audi Orange Park and specifically Frederick if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle, they have earned my business!
