Audi sold me a rusted through truck in April for $35.5k financed plus $9k directly in cash to the dealer. I asked for their trade in offer of $25k in cash so that I wouldn t have to enter even greater debt to them for yet another used vehicle. They refuse to do this so that I can be free to take my business elsewhere. How did their professional inspectors miss painted over rust damage this severe?? I feel that my naivety and trust were taken advantage of and I have begged them to do the right thing.

Dropped my car off for a diagnostic and some recommendations after they trying to tell me everything was wrong with my car besides windshield (clearly a sale tactic for me to sell my car and by a new one) they service center broke a part in my car, and put 2 sided sticky tape on it to decieve me to thinking it was fixed (see pics) and returned my car with an AirBag light on.The dealership said they would send and replace the part, almost a yr later and still no part arrived for the broken par they stop returning my call about the air bag light that was not on prior to me taken my car in for a diagnostic

I NOW LOVE AUDI JACKSONVILLE!!! After conversing with Justin and Andy I have an entirely new and improved perspective of this establishment. Justin and Andy were enormously apologetic of our initial experience and completely flipped our situation the best way possible. They immediately addressed our concerns and the intolerable actions we initially endured. They then made sure to do everything in their power to help us feel comfortable and find the best deal possible for the car my sister wanted. This illustrated the luxurious values of Audi Jacksonville. I would love to give another HUGE shout out to Amanda. She is an absolute sweetheart and the true definition of an active listener. She made sure to wrap up the sale in the smoothest way I have ever encountered. They were fast, transparent, informative, communicative, empathetic, and demonstrated traits of passionate leaders. Everyone was welcoming, including those working with others. Though we got off on the wrong foot with David and Myles, I was informed they are quite new and will receive proper trainings to help avoid such misunderstandings and allow them time to mimic their surrounding professionals. I am so happy to see the true beauty of Audi Jacksonville and now my mother is even searching their inventory for a new car of her own, lol! What a full-circle moment! Andy is a lovely organizational leader and delivered luxurious experiences, top tier professionalism, accountability, enormous respect and care for clientele, and swift effective responses to errors. Again, HUGE, HUGE, HUGE thanks to Amanda, Justin, and Andy, for helping my sister retrieve her new car in confidence; we cannot stop raving about it :) !!!!

As a Business owner with limited time to purchase a vehicle, I was looking for someone honest, professional, and full of positive energy.Well, I found it / him. Adam Jay Hammersky is an absolute professional. If all salespeople were like him, the car buying experience would change. We negotiated all of the terms over the phone and scheduled a call with finance too. He continually checked on the status of the deal and would send me personalized videos of the vehicle. There is no surprise why this guy is crushing the game at Audi Jacksonville. A 10/10.

Want great service from a dealership! This is The one! Manager is number one when it comes to his clients concerns! Sales crew is super professional they go straight to the point! We have been around for quiet sometime now and bought from others in Jax St Augustine and Fleming Island can t compare the honesty of these people. 100% recommended!

Be careful with your trade-ins friends. My husband and I traded in a 2003 truck with a salvage title and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We were given a $500 credit and told they thought they would get $1000 tops for it since they were taking it to auction. Imagine our surprise when it s on the lot being advertised for $6,000!Otherwise, our buying process was fine. It makes me wonder about the quality of the truck we bought since they re willing to sell our old one for a hefty mark up, unknown if they addressed the mechanical issues or not.

I recently bought my first car from a dealership at Audi jax- a used 2016 Audi S3, low miles for a great price- would ve been stupid of me not to buy it. I seriously have to thank Curtis in sales for his hard work and dedication as well as Chris in finance for such a quick and smooth financing experience. Come time for a new car, I know exactly who I m going to. Audi has my heart, and they made my dream come true. Curtis, thank you again, you aren t just my salesperson, you re family now!! :)

Went to look at a used Toyota Camry for sale.. The dealership provided carfax info which was great.. I noticed the car was in Michigan for 8 years (lots of exposure to salt from winter driving and road treatment). I looked under the car and saw a lot of rust. I questioned about it and was told that the car was safe and had to pass inspection from the Audi mechanics.. I asked if I could have my mechanic take a look in another town. I was told many people were interested in the car they wouldn t be able to hold the car, which I understand. We were able to take the car for an inspection to another mechanic. The car needed about 5-7k worth of work. The steering pump was still actively leaking, all the brake lines were corroded, brakes were in need of repair.. They were selling for 5500 and then with all the other fees 8500 for a 2004 with 5-7k repair for a total of 13.5-15.5k. Unethical to sell to Anyone and criminal at this price!!

1. It appears as though they misrepresent the value of the used vehicles. I clearly stated what was wrong with my trade in, they had it for sale on the lot next day. Check engine light, rust through body AND frame and parking brake cables are not connected. Still they value the vehicle at the highest amount of NADA and KBB possible. Salvage title as well.2. They seem to clear the check engine lights. Based on what I saw and another review, they appear to clear codes on the vehicles in order to sell as is. Please take their vehicles to a mechanic or plug in an OB2 sensor to check.3. Do not agree to monthly payment amount. They did not shop around for a better interest rate/payment for me. They went straight to their financiers for whatever kickbacks they got and then I got shown a paper with an "agreed monthly payment" amount when I asked if they could do better. They don't seem to care about their customers.4. As an active duty military member I am disappointed in the scummy people I encountered here. I'm new to town and look forward to hopefully meeting people in our community who care about honesty and integrity while working with each other to do a fair deal. It will not be found at Audi in Jacksonville.

Purchased a 2023 RS6 from them and had it shipped to New England. Endri Bella, did a fantastic job managing the sales process. Helped find vehicle transport, helped with the out of state paperwork. Took a detailed video of the car so I could see it remotely. Not only did he work hard while selling the vehicle, he continued to provide great support after the sale was closed. Great experience!

Incredible customer service. I get my daughters A3 serviced there. Service writers always have great conversation and keep me up to date on progress of service. Spencer usually takes care of us and he s awesome but I feel like everyone there is awesome. Lattes out of the coffee machine are delicious and I love checking out all the cool cars in the showroom.

We were travelling recently from Canada to Florida when our air conditioning died. We were close to Jacksonville and called the Audi dealership there for help. From our initial telephone contact with Todd in the service department to the smiling, efficient check-in with Sylvia Davis, the service was wonderful. They diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed, under warranty, in less than 3 hours. Such a relief to have this excellent service when we were from out of town and really not likely to be return customers. Much appreciated!

Terrible; bought SQ5 in 22 from them. Brought in for 30,000 mile checkup before driving back to Maine. Alarm for low oil went on in Asheboro, NC en route for appt. Instead had to drive to Flow Audi, Greensboro to find I needed over a quarter and a half!!! Flow is FANTASTIC; JAX COULD LEARN!

I can t say enough about the guys who helped me purchase my car today. Car shopping is usually super stressful for me, especially when you feel like you re being taken advantage of by a slimy salesperson. No slimy salespeople today! Adam couldn t have been more helpful! Not only was Adam personable, he was professional and knowledgeable about the inventory, as well. He answered my questions honestly and made sure I was at ease throughout the process. He was patient as I made my decision, never putting any pressure on me to make a purchase. You won t regret asking for him by name when you re ready to buy! He s the best.After Adam got me the car I wanted, I was introduced to Thomas best finance manager I ve ever worked with! He explained my financing options clearly and explained how each option would save (or not save) me money. He too was patient, easy to understand, and super helpful. Audi gained a loyal customer today thanks to Adam and Thomas!

Adam "The Hammer" Hamersky helped me find my 2019 Toyota Camry and wasn't even involved in the sale. He also helped me customize my cars window tinting and rims at just the expense of his time. Aside from that, I also have heard tales told about how he had saved puppies from floating over the side of a waterfall and helped rescue a group of old folks from a burning skyscraper.... These may be rumors, but this guy is truly a hero on and off the car lot =)

Living in South Florida, I committed to purchasing a truck over the phone and internet with Audi Jacksonville. We negotiated a deal, I signed the preliminary paperwork and I extended half the down payment via credit card to be paid in full upon delivery. We agreed I'd pick up the truck on Sunday. Tuesday of the pick up week the salesman called me informing me the truck had scratches across its right side, and since they would be sending it to the body shop for repair, they would like to change the pick up date to Monday.After deliberating for a day or two, I concluded that the deal I agreed to had been broken when I was told that the vehicle had undisclosed damaged. At this time, I called the dealership to explain my position and request the refund of my deposit. No managers made themselves available to speak, and upon speaking with the salesman, I was curtly told, my deposit was non refundable. I called back the next day and spoke with the manager, Evan, whom explained he was unaware of any of these events. He went on to explain that if the truck was scratched it should have been disclosed, up front, and he would bring himself up to speed before getting back to me regarding my refund which could only be authorized by his general manager. In a little while, he did get back to me, and began his rationalization of the situation. He explained the truck never went to their body shop; that the truck went to their detail shop to "make the scratches and touch up paint look better". I quickly interjected a query, " what scratches and touch up paint? This is my point; I knew nothing of any damage prior to committing to this vehicle.". He answered by offering 300 dollars off the asking price, and with new found conviction, he said we do not refund deposits after previously telling me his general manager can do so. I have repeatedly requested to speak with the general manager which has been denied causing me to drive 300 miles in heavy rain to argue my point that I put a deposit on a truck void of damage. Now you're telling me the truck is damaged. Do the right thing, and refund my deposit. SO SIMPLE!

Five Star Customer Service Experience!!!Immediately upon arrival, my service representative Andrew Castro was able to identify exactly what I was looking for in my next vehicle. His expertise and fine detail of product knowledge allowed for me to make an informed decision behind purchasing my new Audi S6. A true rare find. Thanks again Andrew and Audi of Jacksonville for helping choose the undeniable best option.****Update 01/13/21******Since the purchase of my vehicle in June 2020, I have been to Audi of Jacksonville for maintenance on my 2017 S6 on 3 occasions. Each visit my expectations for service have been met and exceeded by service representative Alex Bullis. He has been highly informative on troubleshooting, preventative care, and advice on how to enhance the daily driving experience. Not to mention his product knowledge extends beyond the Audi lineup, which helps with information on some of the higher end performance vehicles in their showroom. Look to Audi of Jacksonville to no only have the best cars for your choice, but the best customer service for all your needs! 5 stars. Thanks again!!!******Update 05/04/23*******Took the Audi S6 for oil screen recall, and tech was able to fix other issues along side of procedure. I was informed throughout the process of car being worked on, this includes minor hiccup's. I just bought an E-tron and the experience was fun from start to finish. This is the first time a dealership spoiled me and didn't try to get me processed and out of the door. I worked with Marshall and Brock and they treated me like a friend. E-trons are in high demand and Marshall communicated with me often until he found one. He and Brock worked together behind the scenes to find me the next car off the boat. Signing the paperwork was done electronically and it took almost no time. Finally, during parts of the process where I waited for something, Marshall talked with me about many things. This is now my dealership for life. If you value being treated like a member of their community, then stop by.

I love my Audi Q-7 my Audi was a showcase car and it has a lot of gadgets that I'm still learning. Service Advisor Nicholas Baxter is who I look for when I need anything concerning my Q-7 he shows excellence at all time. He shows that he love's his job and he is a people person.He really do go out his way to make sure I'm a happy customer. He is so nice my husband offered to buy him lunch he told us no because he loves what he do. Now that spoke volume to me. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish Audi hire someone to come pick up my car for service I stay 1hour and 45min away from Jacksonville. Other than that Nick ROCK'S Keep up the good work five Stars

So this story should throw you back in your seat. September of 2022 I purchased a corvette from Audi of Jacksonville. Fair pricing, great customer service but unfortunately the car has issues 3 separate times. Parts were replaced each time (none of which were cheap). It really was trial and error. This is where you want to listen. The GM Stephan got involved trying to rectify the situation. They took the car back and I was relinquished from any obligations from purchasing the car. A few months went by and we found another Z06. Stephan got the 2019 Z06 for a better price than the previous Z06 (2017). Not only did I save money I got a newer car. Parts installed all for a reasonable price (aero kit). I very rarely feel like I have struck gold with a deal. This time I feel like I have been blessed more than I could have thought. It has been a great experience and I ll be honest to any buyer reading this review. I will be a repeat customer. I don t care what city I live in. It could have been a horror story but the people at Audi of Jacksonville have got that business locked down into perfection.Also I never do reviews so it s a tell tale sign this one was deserved.Thanks Stephan and David and all the others involved with the last Z06 and the new one. You guys have truly made my experience remarkable and I ll remember it next time around.

From Audi s to Exotics this is the best dealershipIn town! Stephan real turn the heat up with this show room, we were greeted by a younger salesman who even though it was close to closing time gave us 200% of his attention, grabbed keys and showed us everything we were curious about, even knowing we weren t hot and heavy buyers just browsing! Extremely impressive inventory, 10/10 will be where I buy my next car when the time comes! This dealership is just another shady, disappointing car sales place. You would think as big of a brand as Audi is, the management would live up to the standard. Just reading their responses to their poor reviews (most of which have added proof of the scams they ve experienced here to their reviews) you can clearly see their level of maturity. Arguing with your poor reviews instead of just trying to make it right? It s apparent the level of greed and lack of good customer service they provide. I hope they get reported to BBB for the way they ve manipulated their customers. Not only in the experience of my family, but obviously in the experience of many others. Be better, do the right thing Audi.Edit: unfortunately yes these reviews are factual. I know for a fact a person in my immediate family has posted their experience with you. And again, responding the way you do to your negative reviews is just immature and unprofessional- take accountability!

Buyer beware! My best friend s daughter, bought a truck from them and they sold her a rusted out truck that had been painted over to mask the issue. An almost new truck should not be covered in rust! Audi, do the right thing and fix this ASAP.
