I will never bring my car back to Pat ever again he s a liar and sarcastically unprofessional he lied to me and told me my car had an electrical problem and that i should sell it because it s no life left in the car when it was only motor mounts and he just didn t feel like doing the work furthermore also lying about other things on my car like differential leaking etc he might ve been a good mechanic at one point but i didn t see any good with my experience

I d trust bringing my car here over Mercedes itself. These guys are the best and their prices are noticeably lower than the dealer. The owners name is Pat and his knowledge base is vast. Excellent crew too. My car drives better now than the day I bought it.

We recently had Pat/Atlantic Imported Auto do some major work on our '85 SL 380. They were very helpful in explaining what needed attention, fair in their pricing, timely and professional throughout our experience. We will use them in the future, refer our friends to them and recommend them to anyone seeking high quality care for their vehicle.

Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money. I brought my 1979 Mercedes 450SL here and was told that it needed a new fuel distributor, fuel pressure regulator and a couple small items because the car was running rough when idle and had blue smoke coming out of the exhaust. This cost me around $4000 for parts and labor and when I went to pick up the car it still ran the same. When I bring a car to get fixed for an issue I expect it to be running correctly. I was then told it needed a new catalytic converter because the car couldnt breathe right, which I did somewhere else and it still didn't fix anything. Then I find out on my own that fuel had leaked into my motor oil so I replaced the fuel injectors and then the car ran perfectly fine after that when idle.Needless to say, I spent $4000 for parts and labor on things that weren't the problem. Pat and his mechanics instead replaced expensive big items first instead of something as simple as a fuel injector. I paid for a diagnostic before any of the work began and then at the end of everything I was told that it's hard to diagnose because of the catalytic converter. If that's the case, I should've been told this from the beginning but instead they just found random items to replace in no particular order. If they see you don't know much about German cars, or even cars in general, they will try to get away with taking advantage of you.I feel bad for Pat because he has unprofessional mechanics. Try to avoid this place if you can and do your own research first.

You won't find anyone better than Pat and his crew for the service, maintenance and repair of your European import or Lexus. They provide excellent customer support with honest professional advice. This was a good service experience. Pat and his guys know their cars. Way Better repair prices than those at the dealership and all original MB parts used. I drove with the family from NJ for son's junior Olympics. At the end of our trip the battery light came on and the electrical system was malfunctioning. Thinking my alternator was dying, I called AIA and spoke to Pat. He proved to be, with his son Patrick, our very own Good Samaritans, diagnosing the problem correctly, and repairing it at minimal cost. Have had two services so far. One for a CLA 45 AMG and a VW Jetta. Both experiences were excellent and reasonable priced. Pat, the owner, is fully involved as well as his son, Patrick. They have about 4-5 excellent mechanics. Colin worked on both of my cars; he is knowledgeable, professional, professional and patient. They look at all aspects and recommend future repairs and adjustments and a time frame for them.

Avoid this shop at all cost. The Owner doesn t fix anything He puts a band aid on it and tells you. Hope it lasts. Very unprofessional. I have already reached out to import car people in the Jax area to inform them of the shotty work , And will be reaching out to many more in the weeks to come Charged us $3200.00 dollars and the car still has a short that drains the battery. If you are in need of a Honest, Reliable Mercedes Benz auto repair shop, Atlantic Imports is the place to choose. My husband used Atlantic Imports, starting in 2005 - 2016, and I continue to patronize to this day.I will never go any place else. The integrity of the owner (Pat) speaks volumes. He calls it as he see it, no fluff, no hype just the honest truth, along with a smile and a kind word He always tells you what God loves " The Truth"Plus, him and his staff are always polite, helpful and gets the job done. Hands down, Atlantic Imports is the best in town.

Atlantic Imports Auto repair services ,is a Scammer ,I Came in for Driver side BackWindow repair on my 2004 Clk Mercedes ,The Owner Quotes me over $1800 .00 for Repair Work , my Car was in his Shop for 2 Days , I Couldn't afford the Service , He said he has to Charge me $500.00 , for telling me the problem , He didn't Do Any Repair Work , I Am Reporting this shop to Jacksonville News.

Man what can you say about Pat where can I begin Let's just say when we moved to TX and then to Sandy springs ga I would bring our SUV to Pat I don't and I mean don't trust anybody with our cars but this shop since 2000 Pat is a HONEST MECHANIC has never done us wrong and stands by his work everyone in the shop works with INTEGRITY
