Best towing service in Jacksonville Florida! My tire blew out right in front of the Sports Complex, I called two other different tow companies, and they said it would be an hour or hour 1/2, I called ASAP Towing, and they were there in 15min. He also worked with me on the price, this was my first time using them, but I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

My husband I were in our Motor Home traveling to Hilton Head when we broke down outside of Jacksonville, FL. We called ASAP towing and were fortunate to get Jose as a driver. He was extremely diligent, hard working, and cautious with our Motor Home. Even though he faced some challenges getting it hooked up, he worked through them with a smile and good humor. Thanks to him we were able to get to a freightliner dealer and get back on the road saving our vacation. Thank you Jose for your dedication!

Rocky was an absolutely amazing Representative of ASAP Towing! My friend had experienced some car trouble during the weekend and Rocky s over all concern was her safety and making sure that we get her out of harms way. Secondly his prowess with the tow truck that he was using that evening was outstanding! We have never seen an operator maneuver a truck in the way that he did in order to get the car in the right space to avoid any extra fees from the HOA! We had such an amazing experience with Rocky, if we ever needed any tow services I would hope that would again have the pleasure of seeing him again! ASAP Towing, because of Rocky, we had an Outstanding experience with your company. Please get this man a raise!!

Robert Giddings did a great job towing my auto. He was careful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He's very good at doing his job. He's the best! A1 job. Great job Robert! I will tell all my friends about ASAP and about Robert.

Extremely overpriced with long waits. You'd think they could hire more drivers with their rates. Oh and I found out that they were taken off the rotation for JSO and St John's Sheriff's office. Par for the course after I was quoted hundreds for a two mile tow and a three hour rate. Laughable. Call around

Just awesome experience with this company! Dispatcher was great provided bed side customer service. It was Sunday morning! Had a tow to me in 45 minutes. The guy was phenomenal great service! Price was very reasonable very easy to pay. All around great company. Definitely recommend!

This company is so nasty and rude. My car was being looked at by the tow truck driver so I rushed outside to see what was going on the driver immediately told me to "calm down" letting me know that "he's not the driver I want to mess with. He'll come get this b***** at 0300 while I'm sleep." At that point I told him if we were being technical I can get in my car and move immediately. He refused to tell me what the issue was and he finally caught up with me. Three weeks later this man made it his mission to come back and get my car specifically. There are cars all around this complex that don't work and don't move. After I came home my car was gone and he was in the tent office grinning at me when he finally told me what was wrong. was told that the office is contracted with this company. At the company I was told this was unusual and the apartments must've called. This man had a personal vendetta because I was wound up. People in his position think they hold authority and that you will respect them if they are nasty. I know he is rude and nasty cause he was rude and nasty to three sets of my neighbors a year prior. This was just my turn. I know this company is not going to care. However, something isn't right with this and I am reporting this company to the BBB.

Tow truck driver was great. We had an accident out of state. He gave me, my husband and 3 dogs a ride back to the tow yard. He helped us find a rental car and a taxi to go pick up the rental.Service: Vehicle wreckingService: Vehicle wrecking

If I could rate this company with zero stars, that would be generous. Absolutely horrible service. Rude and controlling drivers. They actually locked me in their pickup yard after I paid to get my car back and the driver told me to go get my car. I had to call 911 before he would even open the gate to let me out. Then he hits the right side of my car as I m driving out the gate and tried saying I hit him. What a joke. Their employee was the rudest and most controlling person I ve ever encountered. Biggest douche ever! Company is nothing but a scam. Stay very far away. Paid $180 to get my car. Refused debit card even though website clearly states they take Visa. My bill was $174.90 and the driver refused to give change. Told girlfriend oh well, I guess you ll think twice next time you park near our tow signs . Not only will I never park anywhere I see an ASAP sign, I will NEVER use a business that has their signs anywhere around their business. And I will make it a point to let the business owners know why I will NEVER visit their location as long as they use ASAP Towing. A company with the absolute worst service I ve ever experienced. I don t think I ve ever written a negative review before. That s how bad this company is. I will tell anyone who will listen. AVOID!!Service: Car towing

Great experience! That's not been my experience with previous towing services. From the ease of quoting and scheduling with dispatch, to the quickness of service, to the communication, professionalism, expertise and genuine concern for my vehicle that I received from the driver, Josh, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After calling so many tow trucks companies, the prices were expensive, but with ASAP towing, flat rate of $150, they were professional, arrived on time, they made sure not to damage my car, they took their time and were patient!!! My daughter and her boyfriend were riding on Atlantic Blvd. when our 1993 Ford F-150 Pick-up just died in the middle lane in rush hour traffic. With assistance of some good Samaritans we were able to get it out of the middle of the road. I called ASAP and the operator could hear the stress in my voice and got me calmed down to tell her where the car was. When the tow truck driver, James, got to us he was very professional, got the truck loaded up and back to our residence without trouble. Once we got to the residence he even spent a little extra time assisting my husband diagnose what the issue was with the vehicle. It is that above and beyond attitude that made a frustrating and stressful night a little bit easier for the whole family. Thank you James.Service: Car towing

Thieves Thieves Thieves I been parking in the same place for a year today while in the Grocery my vehicle was towed and when I called the company I was told the owner called to have my vehicle removed AND that was a LIE well rude person on the phone I called No one told you to tow my vehicle you what you did was steal my vehicle you disgusting I will be taken action against this company

My car got towed. so I get it an hour later and first the place is filthy and organized. Staff was rude the older lady who helped tried to talk to me as if I was her child until I bought my mom in. My mom came in to pay and the lady was very rude and insinuated that I would have my mom dispute the charge with her bank. These would were rude all around.

Called ASAP Towing when my car had a very bad flat that left my vehicle unable to be driven. The woman who answered was kind, friendly and honest. Gave me a rough estimate on an ETA and shared that it would be a long while because the trucks were all on calls across town. I called back when it was close to the end of that estimated ETA and she confirmed their driver Tim was on his way. He was just as kind, friendly and courteous. He treated me with the utmost respect. If you are ever in a pinch and need a tow I would recommend them over and over again!

Working at a condo my coworkers car was stolen from these clowns.we obviously had permission to be there and somehow they passed every car but the one who looks like they can't afford it. Didn't ask to move it.they r just opportunistic thieves so I find it hilarious the police quit using them. That should tell you something right there.HAHAHAHAHAHA

Robert was who came to save the day for me. I don't know much about the company itself but I do know that although I had to wait a couple hours to be picked up, the service was great and Robert was extremely friendly. He got me loaded up quick and had me home as soon as possible. He drove all the way from St Augustine to hawthorne to tow me back to Jacksonville. He even brought me an ice cold water! I called 5 other towing companies and either they weren't available or they didn't send their drivers to Hawthorne. One other towing company was available but wanted $850. We phoned this crew at 1 a.m., answered with a friendly voice and said sure we can assist. Arrived 1 hr later in his 3 axel wrecker, lifted our 28 ft RV and changed our tires in all of 25 mins and we were on our way. John was very professional and kind.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

I simply came to the 10053 103rd St location in Jacksonville, Fl. to pickup a car that had been towed, after paying all the fees due and another fee for them bringing the car out to the gate where I had a tow truck waiting; as well as not allowing my tow driver to come into the yard to pickup; they told me they did not know when the vehicle would be brought out or if it will be today!!!!!!! The lady working the yard had no customer service skills and did not think she should be polite or curtious to customers, not informing us of what to expect. Only when I asked how long before they will bring the vehicle out she replied I don't know! This caused me to have a tow truck waiting for nothing costing me a double tow charge because she was did not feel she had to communicate that to us. I have worked as a Tow Dispatcher for a few years and the proper thing to do is to see when a driver will be available to come to the yard and inform us of that. ASAP has left me with a very bad feeling toward their company and I will let everyone know why!

On Saturday, December 31, one of the tow trucks lifted my car. I barely had 4 minutes after arriving at the Walgreens parking lot in the beach area. The tow truck driver charged $67 in cash to let me take my car, I took my data so that the receipt of what I paid would reach me and even today, Monday, I am waiting for the supposed receipt of your proceeding in the collection, it was not clear to me .Service: Car towing

The owner was extremely helpful and generous helping my company assist in getting back a car for one of our clients. The staff was also super friendly and in the end they were able to save us time, money and frustration. I thank them for being so willing to help us out, I recommend them highly!

After waiting 3 hours with rude customer service workers over the phone, the tow truck boy came and was racist, aggressive and incredibly disrespectful. Friendly staff. Would be nice if the drivers told you they have to cash and it be exact, as they carry money. I had to get someone to go to the ATM when I was in a wreck to get cash and all you can get from an ATM usually multiples of $20. Office staff is nice and will cut a check for the difference if you call.
