Both bolts was broken off for engine cover, cover just set on top of the engine as I drove. Air cleaner clamps wasn't on tight. Service advisor had to find a wrench to tighten clamps when I turned around and came back after hearing rattling under the hood. Grease inside my truck, but I did opt out for the truck cleaning because it was late . Other than that everything else seems fine so far.

Visiting Jacksonville from Delaware to help a friend. Check engine and AWD came on the night before (of course!)I was to leave for home. Called the next morning before they opened. Concierge service was able to get me an immediate appointment. They were able to get me on the road for Delaware by 11. It was a purge valve so it would not have been a good idea to travel 800 miles without fixing it. The waiting lounge was comfortable, with free coffee, water, and popcorn. The staff was attentive and plentiful. Marshall was very kind and helped through every step. Also love that they send a link to your phone so you can follow the progress of your service. I was lucky to find Arlington Toyota!

Very professional manner as to how your service rep checks your vehicle in for services. I would assume that upon request, a recommendation maintenance list would be provided for your vehicle. I received an oil change, and my vehicle performs better. I will definitely be using this establishment for future maintenance issues.

I had a 10:20 appointment for water leaking onto the front passenger side floor. This happened previously with another Sienna so I basically knew the drill. I arrived at 10 am.I was told my car would get in on time.At 11:40, I asked if there was any progress. They had just pulled it in- and no diagnostic completed at that time. I told them I needed to get back home and asked for a loaner(I ve been a loyal Toyota customer for many years). They told me I had to rent a car. Crazy.I did because I needed to get home. I was told later that day the problem was fixed- not part of warranty stating there was sediment in the drain.I drove it home and it was soaked again.I dried it out with a shop vac and fans.I had to drive the car up north because my dad was hospitalized. I couldn t use the ac.I called my dealership in RI/MA and they will fix it. The car is a 2022- bought late in 2022- so basically new.Not thrilled. Will not return and I would like to be refunded- plus I lost a full day back and forth to the dealership.

I had an appointment for service with Keonne Whitaker. Everything went mostly as expected until time to check out. He had taken the time to research and found I still had some services covered from when I purchased the car, so my bill was drastically reduced! Then, my car was washed and vacuumed inside smelling like new again. It was a great way to start out my day and week. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Very pleased with service and the service rep. He was very pleasant and accommodating. I trust Arlington Toyota with all my service needs. And am convinced they only do what is necessary. I had been told last year that my brake linings were showing some wear, so thought for sure I would need new brakes this time, but they said no , I probably won t need them for awhile as I don t drive it much. They could easily have said I need them now, just to make money but they did not. I trust them to be truthful!

This dealership is consistently lacking in their service center. Oil change appointments first thing in the morning should not take almost 2.5hrs. After previously sitting there 4hrs waiting for them to check my spare tire for a nail (literally closing the doors while I m waiting for an update) and then 4 additional hours the next day to get my tire replaced, I don t know why I keep giving them a chance. I d recommend going elsewhere.

The last two visits for basic service have been less than satisfactory. They check the cabin air filter and lose the glove box damper, which I had to replace. After replacing transfer case oil, they didn t tighten the fill hole bolt. I found it leaking when I got home, which could have caused major, expensive damage to my vehicle. Last visit I had tires rotated and balanced. The results were worse than before I took it in. The service managers are fine, but they need better help in the garage. It s become frustrating.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

Great service! I was so well taken care of. Abraham was my services contact and he was on the phone with my warranty company for hours to get my repairs covered and because he stuck with it, I saved $1,200 in repairs! Definitely recommend getting your car serviced here. Thank you Arlington Toyota for giving me a trunk that works!

Actual service was (as usual) very complete, professional and accurate. However, it took over 2 1/2 hours for a 45 minute service (with appointment). Totally unacceptable! What s the purpose of setting an appointment if way too many are scheduled ? While the facility s amenities are somewhat pleasant, spending a major part of the day surrounded by similarly annoyed customers (and listening to their cell calls and small children) was less than ideal. Word to the wise schedule your service first thing in the am to avoid the overscheduling to follow later in the day.

I am an out of town supervisor. I am working on a large construction project locally. When I brought the vehicle in for a typical ~100k service I was told that it needed an entirely new brake system and the rear differential/seals were leaking fluid on to my brakes. Adding this on to my large 100k service, led to a bill north of 5500$. Ok do it, brakes are important. To my dismay I went home and noticed a new engine oil leak. I took it back to them, when I returned it the next week, they claimed my rear main seal was now leaking. Its a 2300$ service. This was not noticed on the initial service inspection. I feel their service had something to do with this issue. So when I expressed my concern they offered to do the main seal service for 1300$, which seems suspicious to me. Some of the perks were that they paid for my rental, though it seems that cost is baked into my service price. Alisa was a great help but I did find other parts of their customer service team lacking. Management didn't really seem to care. This is almost 7000$ of work, this thing should run very well, in my opinion. I need a functional safe vehicle. Talking with a service tech about my options, or the potential pitfalls of my services, would have also been nice. It's no secret the car market has cooled off, be wary of dealer service during times like these. Full disclosure the truck is an 02 tundra so it is old. This was just my experience over the last 2 weeks.More anger, the number you requested me to call below was to a answering machine service with which I needed a mail box # to leave a message. Which you didn't provide! You guys are shady. Be warned all the response message below is all bull@$#. Appears my suspicions were correct.

It was really easy to make the appointment so five stars for that. The job was a standard thing which always takes about 2 hours so it s easy for them to predict when your car will be ready and yet it was about 6 hours overdue. So 2 stars for that. We can t yet tell whether the problem is resolved so we can t rate them on quality of service. We called three times and each time we were told they would call right back and each time they didn t so overall we give them 2 stars for communication.

I have been taking my vehicle to Arlington Toyota for service for years. I am almost always in and out in no time when I have an appointment. That was not the case. I waited for 3 hours for an oil change when I had made the appointment days in advance. You are told to track your vehicles progress in the real time tracker. After 2 hours and 45 minutes the tracker told me my car had not yet begun service so I asked to have my car back as my time is valuable and there is absolutely no reason for my car to be sitting that long when there was an 8am appointment made. I was told that that tracker doesn t actually work and it s not real time. Which would have been absolutely wonderful to know at the start of my appointment. The service technician I had did not communicate this and never apologized for the wait. Actually, I never saw her again after she took my vehicle from me. I will not be returning to this location again. I receive free maintenance with my vehicle but I would rather pay then to have to deal with a 3 hour wait for an extremely simple oil change. Had the service technician been in communication with me and let me know of the wait, or the tracker not working, or simply apologize for the unnecessarily long wait, this would have had a different outcome. I have had many good experiences at this location, but when they are bad they are BAD. It isn t worth the risk anymore.

had a good service even though it did take a while for it to finish, i do understand there were other customers before me so the wait wasn t a big deal. was a little disappointed that i got my car back with my tires needing air even though it shouldn t have any air taken out if all i got done was rotating the tires and an oil change. having problems with getting rid of that warning but other than that had no problems at all.

I have to admit I wasn t too satisfied during my last service visit. My appointment was scheduled for 11am. I arrived on-time and anticipated I would be there until about 2pm. Boy was I wrong! At my arrival I was told I would have to wait all day because 15 cars were ahead of me. I m not exactly sure how 15 cars were ahead of me at 11am. I patiently waited until 5pm. I think 11am-5pm for a car inspection is quite an exaggerated expectation. Not to mention when asking about the status of my car I often got major attitude from my service rep as if what I was doing was wrong. What s wrong is scheduling someone for a service at 11am and they are now having to buy lunch, and find things to do because YOU are taking to long.

Extremely expensive, over $1300 in labor for a couple hours worth of work. Only reason I paid that was because I was stranded and not from Jacksonville so had to get it taken care of ASAP. They reset a bunch of my settings to troubleshoot an issue and now I m having more issues with sensors than I had before I took it in. They told me I should seek another opinion because what they did supposedly had nothing to do with the new problem I was having even though the issue has never occurred, not even once, and they admitted to resetting a bunch of sensors. Unwillingness to help at all with a problem that did not occur until I got my vehicle back from Toyota. When I picked up my car $2200 dollars later, I had to flag someone down after 10 minutes of waiting to even to get my car back since everyone had left for the day before closing. I also had to ask the service advisor for updates twice on multiple questions I had since he forgot to update me. Lastly, the name is Jefferey not Jesserey

We have bought 3 new cars from this dealership and Marilyn Harrison has made our encounters seamless and stress free. Marilyn will always be my go to and who I highly recommend you ask for when you are ready for a car purchase. Their service department is also fantastic.

Pricing on your site stated lube, oil, filter, synthetic oil $49.95 plus cost of additional oil for truck. Also at checkout provided two customer discounts you mailed to us, neither expired, in the amounts of $20 and $25.00. If both are not accepted, we expected the $25 discount to be applied. It was not. The final cost was significantly higher than advertised. Also, obtained first appointment, 7:00 am, and first in line. Many other vehicles completed before mine. Dirty coffe cup left in vehicle. Do better, Arlington Toyota.

We were stuck on a weekend while tent camping about 200 miles from home with a scary breakdown in our old Sienna van. Arlington service department and Rande in particular helped get us fixed up and back on the road. I was pessimistic that they could rescue us in our time of need, but they did great work. Kudos to the service department!

Every time I go to Arlington Toyota I get excellent service! Everyone is very friendly. The only thing I d try to improve on is when customers pull up to check in, the staff should get to them quicker.

Service was fast, synthetic oil change took less than an hour without an appointment. Cruz was awesome and gave me a discount without me asking. You feel like they're looking out for you, they even vacuumed the interior. Nice job!

Staff were accommodating and informative. the day i went in was crazy busy but service still took the time to explain what needed to be done and how it could be done. An added bonus was the popcorn machine that provided my salty snack needs while i waited

The customer service is terrible I arrived at 2:30 for a 2:40 appointment. At 2:50..I asked a young man who was standing around looking how much longer would I have to wait to be acknowledged. He said since you were not assigned a service technician, they will get to you as soon as they can. I said that's not acceptable, I would like to speak with a service manager. He went inside and came back and said as soon as someone is available they'll be with you. I said I'm leaving, he said "that's fine!" and quickly snatched the signs off of my car. I decided to give inside and request a service manager. I was asked to return to my car and someone would be with me. Joe came out apologized and had someone take my car to the back. My car was returned to me at 4:45. I bought my car in fir the regular to service at 40,638 miles. Oil change, tire rotation and wash.

The service department is SO slow. Got in at 7:30 to beat the morning crowd. Needed a transmission flush. After sitting for four hours, found my advisor to get an update. They had just started the flush. Finally after a total of 5 hours, the job was completed Feel like my time was totally wasted. Would ve been nice to know from the get go that it was going to take 5 hours. I could ve been getting other errands done.

Expensive first repair to include tire pressure sensor. The next day after picking up vehicle, tire pressure warning turned back on. I took the vehicle back to which they said more tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced which means more labor to costs for a repair they already performed. Upon this second visit, I was initially charged full value to include labor. After I mentioned the previous repair, they discounted the price by a small percentage. Additionally, the rep I worked with said they have a 10% military discount up to $100 cap. In my experience, very few repairs are under $100. So far, and after second visit, vehicle seems to be in good working order. Facility was nice and clean. Rep was not prepared with historical repair information when I was speaking to him.

3rd time in a row that I have picked up my vehicle from the service center only to find repairs have not been completed. Do not trust that repairs have been completed and check for yourself. I purchased 4 new tires yesterday only to find 3 were actually replaced. My prior visit I had the wrong tires repaired/replaced.
