I m incredIbly impressed by the service I ve received at Goodyear today. I couldn t have asked for better.Additionally, the staff are so very friendly, the waiting room is clean and welcoming, and they took a LOT of time carefully explaining what was wrong with my car. I will continue to return, and highly recommend this location!

This is the most friendly, helpful, and efficient neighborhood shop in Arlington. They had been in the neighborhood for years.the manager provided me with detailed information. Great technicians!! Helped me with my flat tire, fixed it and I was back on the road. Thank you so much ! God Bless!!

Editing my review as while the associates and mechanics are very friendly, they quoted me $1400 to fix an oil leak with $500 in parts and $900 labor. I explained others online paid less than half that for the same issue, and was told prices have gone up since. I bought the part for $70 and fixed the issue with a friend in a couple hours in the driveway with just a socket set and some pliers with no prior experience doing that specific procedure. Do research and make sure you don t get ripped off.

Had the unfortunate moment of hearing air whoosing from my tire and made my way here for assistance. Andy assisted me and I'll say he has great customer service and knows how to engage. When I walked in he was with a customer and I noted that he stayed engaged and professional throughout their interaction even after the person was cashed out, he maintained them as a valuable person till their exit. The prices in general could be mildly better but over all okay. Andy made good recommendations and was not pushy. Something I greatly appreciate for people in sales. I went for a tire repair but ended up doing a :charging/starting system analysis, the tyre repair, buying a new car battery and having it installed. Andy was personable, the services were done in fair time. I would have preferred to be told in advance that I had to wait for the battery to get there as they didn't have my battery immediately on hand. But overall, thewait wasn't bad and the store itself is clean and orderly.

My wife waisted over two hours, just to get an oil change. She made it clear that any and all additional services needed would have to be done on a different day, as her timeline was tight. But they kept insisting on them, while keeping her car jacked up, hoping to convince her to just give in. She was basically held hostage, as they tried to make an extra buck! So, if you're needing quick and courteous services, look elsewhere!

This is the best tire shop that I've been to thus far. I went in for a tire repair and will be coming back for other services. Tom and Mary are awesome, they don't look down on you or try to over sell, and everyone makes you feel welcome. Big shout out to Caleb and David for getting me taken care of before I had to go in to work. Very friendly and clean place!!Services: Auto glass repair, Auto sunroof glass replacement

I wanted very badly to like this location. Less than 6 minutes from home which meant if need be I could drop off and walk.Took 2 cars in for a flat repair. Quoted 4 hours at minimum. No problem.Call on first car saying they found no damage to repair and tried to sell me four new tires.Call on second and was told repair made. Then tried to sell me new brakes and rotors as well as rotation and balance.Went to pick up the vehicles and the object in the unrepaired tire was definitely visible.Told them we could see the leak and that we dropped the vehicles off at 8 am. It was now 5 minutes till 6pm and we neede this repair done in order to go to work.They basically said, "too bad so sad we're closed."I called Firestone at town center, explained my panicked delima, they said they close at 6pm but would stay late to help me. The tire was repaired in less than 20 minutes and they were nothing but kind.Do not take your vehicle to this location. They want your money and have no problem leaving you stranded. Go to Firestone!! The picture is the object that was in the tire that "didn't need a repair"

Shout out to the local heroes in this community! One of them is David from Arlington tire &Service who came to my rescue when I got a flat tire in the middle of a busy intersection.He calmed me down and reassured me I d be ok. Took care of my flat and offer other services. Excellent customer and care service!Forever grateful to Arlington tire &service for coming to the rescue.

Just needed air in my tires. I'm past the age of doing it myself.Young man inside said "no problem, just pull into service bay". When I got there another young man was ready with the air hose and a smile. Took just a couple of minutes and he was done. Tried to give him a tip but he said "no thank you it was my pleasure". Truly exceptional customer service which you don't see any more. I will be mentioning Arlington Tire & Service is the place to go in our condo news letter.Service: Tires

Justin was so professional and kind. I was worried about my engine light being on and he ran a test to let me know what I needed to do to fix my car. They also changed my oil for me. Their prices were very reasonable and the women's bathroom was spotless. It was a comfortable air conditioned lobby while I waited for only a short time . This place is amazing! Recently moved up to Jacksonville and was having trouble finding a reliable and trustworthy garage, this place is awesome! Mr.Patrick at the front desk ensured me that my car would be ready before it ever even hit the 24 hour mark knowing I had a tight schedule! The work they did was top notch, everything I had described as wrong was fixed as soon as I got into my car the next day. They even gave me an itemized bill and described and explained every little issue to me in great detail. This is where I will be going everytime that I need a fix or repair for my car. Mr.Patrick at the front of the shop and his team are wonderful and I could mot have gotten better service at such a short notice anywhere, great attitudes and service from everyone! Came out at the end of the work day with a flat tire! Called and spoke to Brian and he was able to squeeze us in before they closed. Not only did they have a replacement ready, they even repaired our spare which was also flat. Justin and the team were incredible! Called at 4:05 and he got me in less than 5 minutes later. Patched my tire (had a nail in it) and got me in and out. On top of all of that, they did it for FREE! Justin was super helpful and nice! He got me in right away when I found a screw in my tire. The whole process was really fast when I got here and I was helped out right away. I love the management of this Goodyear Tire center. A warm place that opened their doors for me before their regular start time of 7:30am. I realized that I had a flat tire this morning when I dropped my son off for school. I pumped my tire and returned to the bright lights of a early riser Goodyear tire shop. They blessed me this morning with a new tire and everything that goes with it mounting Plus a warm Godly smile from a couple that came inside. I never knew until the gentleman spoke to me with a greeting that only a child of God would say, He said God is good and he s coming back soon. This store is so clean and inviting. They serve coffee while you are waiting. You can watch TV or listen to music. The seats are clean ( no spots, dirt or scratches). Air conditioning and they all are just so helpful. This location overall is very professional, the people are courteous and the place is very clean. Patrick is always the one who helps my fianc� and I, he always makes the process so simple and breaks down everything we need to know to make sure we understand. Overall experience is great!
