Had a PPI done here this past weekend and couldn't be more grateful for the service I got. The car ended up having quite a few issues that I definitely wouldn't have caught and ended up making it a deal breaker, but the money on the ppi was well spent and if I were ever to need another one done in Jacksonville, this is where I would take it. The owner was extremely nice and took the time to really explain each issue he found and help decide whether it was worth buying or passing on it. Great experience, highly recommend

For years I had taken my car to the BMW dealership until they couldn t find out what the loud noise was that my car was making. Took it to them twice and they said noise was fixed unfortunately not fixed even though I paid thousands of dollars. :-( They put me off for over a week and I decided to pray and look for a reputable repair shop online. Found Argos!! They fit me into their schedule the next week, within a day diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, had onsite Turo service so I could rent a comparable car, and within 3 to 4 days total , they had everything fixed and ready to go! They were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to others!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I move to Jacksonville 4 month ago and had to find a new mechanic to work on my Benz. And I choose Argo because of the good reviewers and they were all true, they were very professional and got my car fixed and back to me the same day. And it did not cost me the stealership prices. Reasonable, reliable, and very friendly! My Audi is only goin there or the dealer for any service. Wait times to get in can be a bit long but the quality of service makes it worth the wait if you can manage it.

They have GREAT Customer Service. I like how they communicate and follow up with me regarding repairs. I like their honesty and since I've been referred to them I haven't experienced any problems. If in unclear about something or do not understand something with my vehicles, they asked me to bring it in and we went over it together. I appreciate their honesty and must of all, the repair prices do not knock my head off. They are reasonable.

Argo is amazing and honest. I love Anna and the staff. She has a pleasant personality and her customer service is top notch. She is patient and knowledgeable. And whatever she does not know she has the mechanic speaks with you one on one. It gets no better than that. I had the dreaded slipped crank-hub in my M4 and contacted 4 shops to get estimates. Not only was Argos the ONLY shop to even bother sending an estimate back but provided a very competitively priced estimate based on how much work needed to be done.They were fantastic at keeping me up-to-date while they were in the process of getting it fixed and worked diligently to get the car done as fast as they could. Even with how quickly they got my car done you can't tell they had to take most of the front and top of the engine apart to get the job done.Cant' recommend these guys enough and they are now my go-to shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My BMW X6 was having issues with the transmission. Hard shifting, acceleration hesitant and fuel economy had gotten worse. I had a previous mechanic that kept my car for weeks just to find out the job was patched.I took my vehicle to the professionals at Argos and I had my car back a few days later and it's running like new. I immediately had to drive 3 hours the next day to Tampa and absolutely no problems. If you have an import, this is the only place you should be taking your vehicle.I wanted a month before I did a review just to be safe and I'm extremely happy with the service and reasonable costs.. By FAR the best experience I've had with a mechanic!! Simply put, Argos has their stuff together; they're polite, professional, communicate well, know what they're doing, etc. etc. One of my favorite experiences involved them sending photos of issues found with the car, allowing me to see what they're saying they found. Additionally, they would text me with updates while at work which made communicating with them much easier. One of my best friends recommended me to Argos, so I had a certain level of trust already, but working with Arynton on a serious repair brought that trust to a whole new level. Let me just start off by saying that a trustworthy mechanic is extremely hard to come by. From their prompt response to my message inquiring about fixing the windshield wiper jets on my BMW M5 these guys were amazing. They diagnosed the issue in a matter of 10 minutes (issue was clogged jet filter) the mechanic showed me the part before and after he cleaned it and guided me step by step through what he was doing. After they fixed the problem they didnt even want to charge me for it. I was left speechless. The staff and everyone there was super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help without screwing me over. Glad I went with these guys because I will be bringing my BMW to them for all my repairs and maintenance in the future. I highly recommend Argos European Car Care.

Like you, I looked at the reviews first. Took my Audi Q5 for an oil change. I thought there was something else wrong .and there was. They diagnosed 2 issues I suspected without me saying a word about them. Scheduled repairs and done before expected.These guys have a sincere passion for European autos and know their stuff! Argos are fantastic people! I purchased a 2005 Mercedes sprinter in Daytona and was driving back home to Maryland. The van developed a boost leak and would not drive over 40mph. I stopped at Argos right when they opened at 9am. They immediately offered to help diagnose the problem, pulled the van in their shop and fixed my boost leak issue. I was able to get back on the road and safely back to Maryland. I was a walk up client in a pickle of a situation and needed help. Not only did they immediately help me and fix the issue they told me there would be no charge. Wonderful people! Thank you for everything!

I must commend and highly recommend Argos European Car Care LLC ofJacksonville Florida.During a recent visit to my hometown, I experienced a major issue with my BMW 528i. Upon a recommendation, of RPM car repair, I towed it to Argos. While I recalculated my mad money allowance, I braced for an expensive repair bill. The problem with the car was major; specifically, the wires and conductor connecting the fuel pump system caught fire. The burned wires were resting on the fuel cover, which was accessible under the rear seat. The original repair was completed with substandard materials and I can only thank God that the car did not ignite. I do not want to imagine what could have happened. Argos discovered the faulty job which was previously performed during a fuel pump recall.Argos could have easily charged thousands; I was prepared for the bill to be huge after learning of the problem. However, he did not charge me anything (not a dime, zero). Further, he would not accept a tip. These are the most honest, decent, trustworthy people I have ever met in the world of auto repair. I also appreciated the professionalism of the front office (this is a husband and wife team), the same-day repair, quick responses, and professional repair. I will keep driving 5.5hours from Miami to get my car checked by Argos. Ayrton and his staff are truly immaculate mechanics. They care about my car as if it was their own. They are honest, reliable and always exceed my expectations. Last weekend they helped me find my dream car, walked me through the process and did all repairs since it was a used car. Not sure how they got 5 stars. The girl at the front was very nice and polite. The guy has zero customer service. Ended up taking my car to the actual Audi service for almost half the price.Since, I'm not able to reply to your answer, I edited my original review.First of all, thank you very much for your response, and I apologize for the delay in answering.About your answer, first of all, I believe very well you know what happened with us, since obviously you know what vehicle/situation I'm talking about. So you know very well as well, what happened and why we decided not to proceed with the repairs at your shop. How the Mechanic/Owner/Manager or whomever it was on the phone and in person, should not talk like that, specially to a customer, just because you didn't say bad words, it doesn't mean, it's good customer service. Since I spoke with the gentleman on the phone, he had an attitude and was just plain unfriendly, not to say rude, because you don't raise your voice, not to say yell at your customer, or anyone for that matter. And that's my customer service experience at you establishment. As I mentioned, the girl at the front desk was professional and I have no complaint about her. Only the guy, and let's assume it's you.Second, Yes, I would not have to pay anything other than $100 deductible for the services that would have been provided. But it does not mean that I will give you my business when I feel uncomfortable with the service. And to top, that was the second estimate we got on the vehicle, due to the relocation, which the first was as well, a private business, and it was half, literally, half of the $5000 you wanted to charge(Which we have proof/paperwork, even from the warranty company, comparing the estimates we/they were given). If we would have been treated properly and in a friendly manner, or at least respectfully, we would not have mind the price of your repairs due to the awesome warranty we have on the vehicle.Third, reviews, specially five star reviews, can be easily obtained nowadays, easily bought, or just have friends and family write them, which at that time, there was only 5 reviews, and all 5 stars. So, I don't buy it.Last but not least, My review was only based on our personal experience with you customer service, not the actual service/repairs, or how many 5 stars you have or will achieve. Nor I write reviews to please/displease you or any other establishment or person, I write them based on my personal opinion.Maybe others have had a great experience with you, and great for them, but not us. Maybe you just had a bad day, anything could've happened, but In my opinion we were treated poorly and I'd leave the customer service to the FOH staff.All this being said, I am glad for you, and I wish you the best personally and business wise, I don't get anything otherwise, or regardless.

I own a 2014 BMW X5 XDrive. I had a bad experience with the local BMW Dealership, searched for another repair shop and found these guys. I've never heard of Argos before but they had great reviews on Google so I felt comfortable working with them.They ran a diagnostic in no time and were able to tell exactly what the issue was, repair cost and time using OEM parts. They even dealt directly with my extended warranty provided for payment and all I did was pay was my deductible. This team is experienced, punctual, helpful and very respectful. They really treat you like family. I recommend Argos to anyone who's looking for quality work for a fraction of Stealership price and time.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
