Easy in and out. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Being able to drop off after hours in their well lit lot is extremely convenient.

I dropped off a piece of industrial equipment owned by my company to Altec last week. I do not like this piece of equipment and I was hoping that Altec would be unable to repair it or, at the very, take a considerable amount of time to repair. Unfortunately, they repaired it very quickly.....
