Don't take your car here. They will let it sit , do nothing to it and charge you like they've fixed it. Here's the game, your car sits you get anxious then they call and say it's done. You go pay to get your car only to find out nothing has been done to it. But now they have your money and won't give it back or fix your car . Oh I forgot to mention the owner pulled a gun on me when I demanded my money back. They also changed the name because they were rated D+ with the BBB as Jordan Auto Repair and Tires.DON'T GO HERE! Forgot to mention that my truck was stolen from this shop and they won't accept responsibility for it. They just keep lying and lying.

I had new tires installed on my truck and that experience went very well. So when my car needed a/c work I knew just where I was going. Unfortunately, this experience did not go as smooth. I was told I had a "weak" a/c compressor. I trusted this diagnosis and opted for the new compressor as opposed to the rebuilt model. Upon bringing the car in I took temperature readings, with photos, so I could show that the car was only blowing air with a temperature averaging 55 degrees Fahrenheit. When I picked up the car and drove for a while I noticed that it wasn't any better. I took the car back and was told the problem may be the actuators and it would be looked at. I picked the car up and it still was not any colder. I brought the car back a third time and told the owner I was happy to pay more money, that I wasn't expecting something for nothing. I just needed the air conditioning to work properly. In the end, I was told by the mechanic that supposedly specialized in a/c issues, that there was nothing more that could be done. He suggested that I have the windows tinted to keep the interior cooler. Not exactly the response I was looking for. The mechanics were very nice about things, but that doesn't change the fact that my wife and I paid lots of money to have a part replaced that wasn't even the issue in the first place. I'm afraid this will have to end in small claims court. I hate posting negative reviews. I really wish this situation had a better resolution.

Bought a battery from here WITH warranty. Had a month left on my warranty and took my car up there for a replacement of my dead battery. Gave the original receipt to the person who replaced my battery and wrote the info on the receipt and they refused to honor it.

Good place to get new or used tire. They didn't follow through on ordering 4 new tires for my car. I went online and found a good deal. I give the owner a lot of credit for his honesty when he suggested that I get them because the online price was very good.

Woke up with a flat and found a tire shop super close and we were taken within seconds. We got a tire and they were quick and professional about it. I'll definitely recommend. Thank you guys.

The owner was very understanding. He helped me out a lot. I just moved down here recently and have had nothing but a terrible time here in a short month. Someone hit my car a coupe of weeks ago. Shredded my tire. He gave me a new one for 40 bucks. Long story short I needed another one a few weeks later and he helped me out even more when he didn't have to. Great owner. Understands personal situations. The quality of tires are not rated the highest but the tread on the tires were great! My tire because of the wreck ate their tire up in 2 days and I had to put it on the back. Mine that were already on my vehicle have lasted me about 2 weeks a piece. My tire is bent in at an angle so the insides are being eaten alive. I would def return here in the future

Tire was going flat. I came RIGHT IN with no wait :) the owner took care of me and was very helpful. Told me my tire wasn't damaged at all... simply the weather.. so he charged me NOTHING! Needless to say this is my new auto mechanic home :))

This shop got my attention on Lem Turner, because their window advertised $30 brake pads...and my brakes were squealing. Turns out, it's like $75 if you don't bring the brake pads with you. At other unnamed places I have paid 3 to $400 dollars on rotors and brake pads. Dude was cordial. Large waiting room. Not the coldest waiting room but it is sufficient due to prompt service.

I recently took my car here due to it being an obvious leak in regards to my coolant/antifreeze. Alkurdi and his team suggested a cap issue and charged me $200 and something odd dollars for a separate issue. They provided me with another cap (free of charge so they say) and a week later my engine blew due to water getting into it from the leak they didn t address nor fix. How Could you be a licensed team of mechanics but fail to exhaust every possible situation for the leak I informed you of? Now I m out of a vehicle. They re lucky I know I Jesus.

This company ripped me off!! I needed brakes and rotors. I purchased the brakes before I arrived there and when I went to pick up my car, I was charged for brakes and rotors and was given a con story about the condition of the new brakes that was just purchased and put on 2 days prior. Once I let the owner that I knew he was lying, he tried to show me some old brakes that was not the ones that I purchased. The mechanic verified that they were not the brakes that was removed from my car and I was still charged for both. I will never give that company my business again.

I brought my truck to the shop to get valve cover gaskets replaced, one spark plug, and check the supension. I was quoted $320. After two days he tells me he needs to check for a vacum leak. He tells me that the air idle control valve i just replaced was bad and it would be $70 for that. He also shows me where he cut some of my hoses. I arrive at the shop to pick up my truck. He tells me its ready and I pay him the $450 for the work. When i crunk my vehicle up i noticed it was worst. It has a loud hisssing sound that wasn't there before. It's shaking extra hard. It doesn't want to stay on. The brakes got air in them.This mechanic tells me he had to cut and retrack some more of my hoses (leaks he say). He tells me to take it to another shop (4320 main street) to get it looked at because he dosent do that type of work there (mufflers and intake). Before coming to his shop i was only getting a misfire reading on my number 4 plug only. Now since he worked on it im getting intake and exhaust codes.The guy at the other shop told me (just like he tells the rest of the people he sends there) to take my truck back and let him fix it first. So i do, and i let him know what the other shop said .By this time this guy has had my truck for a week. He takes my truck back, then give it back to me in even worst condition. After he just ignored me for 30 minutes standing at his desk. Fustrated, I decided to take my truck home and fix it myself (after two weeks). I popped the hood open and headed to the back seat to get my toolbox but it was missing. I ride back up there to get my toolbox. In my wife truck because now my brakes are not working. Now he is explaining how many cameras he has and no one has ever stole from there. Not to mention the two guys whom seem to be running the shop. They seem to find this whole situation funny. All the while acting as if they don't understand english. My wife called there to let them know that she was going to file a report for theft. Now they see someone go into my truck that was left on front street over night. The shop compensated me for the toolbox.To make the situation even stranger. They tell me to check and see if my spark plugs are in upside down.Final result was that during the process of my repairs someone broke the pcv valve tubing.

Took my car to get my clutch fix. Days later my radiator starts making noise. I take it back to them and they wanted to charge me $300 to fix. I left, went to get a second opinion the guy comes back holding a plier that he had found inside! That's why my radiator fan was making noise. There was nothing wrong with my radiator fan...Alkurdi Tires & Repair shop ARE BIG SCAMMERS! Too bad I can't rate ZERO STARS BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT SHOULD BE!

We take our automobiles here to get fits the price is not so bad compared to other mechanic shops but the big question is do they fix the problem ?The question is yes they fix the problem on your automobile on top of that they stand behind their warranty, also be prepared to sit and wait for a while and bring you a snack or something to drink while you wait to get your car fixed or tire change.
