I honestly never do this, but what a bad experience! I got my windows tinted here and my first experience on my appointment was me walking in and not getting an explanation of the tints, good thing I kind of knew what I was looking for! After a few hours of waiting, I get my vehicle and there was a few bubbles, so the other person at the desk asked if anything was wrong and I pointed out a few things, she helped me out with no problem. I pinpointed out certain things, and she said basically that I had to wait until it fully dried up to see what was gonna be left on the Window with bubbles,if any issues to contact them. Today after a month I called regarding the windshield, because how you can see in the photo the top part is extremely full of bubbles. There response was sorry there s nothing we can do because the tint you chose is dark and we don t guarantee it,Like are you serious? You re telling me I paid $750 getting my windows tinted and there is nothing you can do? I was never told that this would be an issue and was never told that the tint would not go under warranty! WOW excellent customer service. That s the way to keep business. Then she laughed and says hope you have a good day! Really? Very disappointed with this place

I drove all the way from Gainesville to get my windshield tinted with 3m crystalline 50 because the place I got it done in Gainesville 3 years ago with 3m crystalline 20 all around; doesn t install crystalline anymore. The performance of 3m crystalline is amazing for this sunny Florida weather. I can never go back to cheap tint! Advanced Window Tinting did an excellent job installing my tint! It was a very clean install, of course I got my windshield replaced before getting it tinted and waited 2 weeks for it to cure. I came back a week later to let the crystalline tint cure to install a sun strip in crystalline 20 and they also did an excellent job installing that! It finished the last piece of the puzzle on my car. Very fast tint job and excellent customer service. The price of 3m crystalline is worth it if you re going to keep your car for a very long time like I am because I bought my car brand new at the age of 20 so I m gonna drive it till the wheels fall off My next (toy) car will be definitely going here for my next 3m crystalline tint job as long as they re around.Services: Sun control window tinting, Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

This shop is great. They tinted my front windows and man what difference it makes. Quality work at a fair price. My windows look great and it is so much better without the heat and glare.

I would not go back again. Spent over 700 for my car, significant amount of bubbles. Had to go back twice, windshield was ultimately removed because they could not get creases and bubbles out. Went to get my windshield done at another shop no issues. Three stars for customer service and doing a decent job on my side windows. I cannot recommend to get your windshield done here.

I had 2 cars tinted with them, a Porsche and an Audi the total was more than 500 USD and the job they did was horrible:-1st the Porsche rear windscreen was tinted incorrectly and the car looked horribly the owner agreed to fixt it by applying the correct film but the film is now bubbling on side glass and rear windshield.-2nd the installer did not use a clean method to install the tint in the Porsche you can see all sorts of fibers between the windshield glass and the tint film.-3rd the Porsche rear the receptionist which was a female had a very bad attitude when explained what happened.Horrible quality and very overpriced for what you get. Stay away!I want my money back!!!Bubles won't disappear even weeks after install.No thank you, I don't trust your technicians. I clearly remember asking to fix it but you declined saying it could damage the defrost lines.

This is my second time using them. Had my car done 2 years ago and still looks great, no bubbling,no issues. So got my F150 done today. Looks good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The car looks great! I'm very satisfied with the work done. In addition to that, the service at this location was beyond incredible. Friendly staff at the desks. The waiting area is spacious and very comfortable while your car gets serviced. Definitely recommend!!

Woman working the desk was very nice and helped us out with a quote. Fairly priced and good quality work. They tinted the car same day and turned out great! Even gave you custom stickers to put on your window buttons to remind you not to roll them down for a couple days. Very nice touch

Phenomenal experience! Ladies at the front were extremely friendly and nice. Got in without any issue in fact I was free earlier than my appointment and they squeezed me in early.Did a great job helping me get the perfect tint was hundreds less than the competition and was just a great experience.Clean shop and wait room, super friendly, awesome value, and just all around great. Couldnt be happier.Thanks again!

These guys were very professional. I had the option to wait for the car and continuing working using there wifi. I was able to sit for 2 hours while they removed my old Tint, and put a brand new one on.Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

People were nice and the tint looks good. I would have liked it if they had cleaned the outer side of the windows as a nice touch. Also, my seat was wet after the tint job (not sure why).

No need to look anywhere else for your window tinting needs!! I had already decided to come here based on the reviews, but checked with my trusted body shop (San Jose Collision) who said they also use AWT.It was easy to make an appointment for my daughter's Corolla, and the staff was very friendly and explained all options. The car was done in less than 2 hours as promised, though we decided to leave it overnight. It has only been 2 days, but they seem to have done a great job and at a reasonable price.It's definitely a pleasure to work with a local, woman-owned business with such wonderful employees.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Super friendly staff, quality work and they were super expedient. Had an appointment to get windows tinted. They were ready when I got there and pulled vehicle right in. They talked about the products and gave plenty of information. Quality job done and super customer centric staff. Will absolutely use this place again for next vehicle and will recommend to everyone.

Just left here after getting my windshield repaired and I just have to say that they have exceptional customer service. From me calling into the shop, to setting up a ticket, to coming in, the process was smooth and effortless! That pretty lady at the front desk was very sweet and Ryan was fantastic at ensuring that everything will be taken care of. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and that included the time to put the claim through to my insurance company. If my windows were not already tinted, they would definitely be my go-to. Everything looks great. Much appreciated in the day and age of customer no service, it's reassuring to have people who still generally care. Thanks again!

February 2023 and stopped in as we needed the front windshield strip replaced as we had a windshield replacement. Though busy found a way to squeeze me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service and people.Have driven by often and when we needed to replace the window tint in our 300S stopped in today at 11:30am. First what a first class shop and office. Was greeted by the folks and even though they were busy, did not have an appointment and lunch time was soon upon us took my car in and began to work on it. 1 1/2 hours later my 300 looked like 3000 and was ready to go. Asked if they gave any military discount and yes they did (10%). If you're looking for window tinting Advance should be your place but do suggest you call for an appointment as they were busy all the time I ws there.

I have had these guys do the window tinting on 4 previous cars, and have been quite happy, but I went in today to see about getting the tinting done on my new car. They acted as if they really did not want my business. I understand about setting an appt and depending on how busy they are, it can be a while. But the problem is how they acted when we asked about some info. They acted as if it were a chore and like our business wasn't important to them. The lady in front was the same front desk person that I have dealt with all of the previous times. Now keep in mind, they were not rude, just ambivalent. We ended up setting an appt with a nearby competitor who actually seemed excited about having our business.

They did a amazing job. They were quick and efficient. Got my Audi Q5 tinted here and I recommend two other friends this place. They are super quick and they did and they did a really great work for my car.

I give them the maximum number of stars!!! I have had at least 5 cars done here and have never had a bad experience. They do quality work and their prices are good. They are friendly and helpful. All businesses should operate this way.

I have put tint on multiple vehicles at Advanced Window Tinting and the tint work was done right all the time! I have recommended multiple friends and family to this location as the ONLY place that you should get tint done at. The tint lasted for over 5 years on my car before I started seeing any bubbling. They use good quality 3M tint, and this is the only place that I will get any tint work done. They are quick with their service also. Will be back and will recommend this location to others around me. Keep up the good work!

What a positive experience! Last week I stopped in to inquire about having my car windows tinted. The ladies up front made me feel very welcome and we discussed the tinting options. We set up an appointment which was yesterday, and they took the car in and got it done pretty quickly...and it looks great! I suppose what they did is what they were supposed to do: great customer service and quality work...but that doesn't seem to happen very often, so I wanted to be sure you know how great AWT is!

Got my husband's car tinted for his birthday. The crew there was knowledgeable and they didn't push to sell you the most expensive stuff. They gave us all the info on levels of tint. Gave us the prices, made suggestions and let us decide. They were fast and the work was great. We are very happy.
