The employees at this store 9295 have always been exceptional. I only got one employees name, Luis, but wanted to give a shout out since every time I have been in this store, they are all very very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Well done costumer service,this advance location is the best auto part store around where i live, drive from jax beach pass one advance auto part by my house to come here.just today i explained to store manager about head light bulb issue and he took care of me...thanks alot advance team beach blv

These guys are great! I almost bought the wrong transmission fluid, but he asked what kind of vehicle I was putting it in. He found out that I needed something different for my van. That was a close call.

Came in to the Atlantic store today to exchange a drive works ball joint under warranty. Degreaserk was a little bit messed up and during installation the grease boot just felt completely off. I explained what happened to them and they were more than happy to send me to someone who did have stock. I ended up over here, an advance Auto parts I have never even known was here, and was treated like family. I told them what happens and they just told me they'll put it under as in defective part and I was on my way. I even had a small conversation with the manager and someone else working there. I believe his name started with j, We talked for a bit about how I never knew this was here and then some odds and ends, the entire time. I never felt like I was being rushed or my needs weren't valued.In summary, all I have to say is that like the other advance Auto parts, this one is worth your five stars, and business as well.

It is always so nice walking into Advance Auto Parts and being greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rick is always awesome and helped me with my battery today. Just nice to talk with personable people.

I have always gotten excellent service at the store. They are always very courteous knowledgeable and professional. At my most recent visit, I needed a new battery. Vic an employee was very helpful and transferring out my old battery with a new one. As usual a very positive experience with very friendly staff.

Went to Advance Auto Parts today frustrated with my dead battery. Their employee Josh was extremely helpful and took care of me. Had no problem finding out my battery was still under warranty and replaced it no problem and with a great attitude. I will def be back to this location. Thank you for the great service JOSH!

Today my wife and I went to 3 different AAP stores for a potential replacement battery for her car.The first store unfortunately did not have it in stock so they told us of a few locations that would. The second had the battery, we purchased the battery, then was told they could not install the battery for one reason or another so we refunded it.Finally at the third location (and the reason I am writing this review) we had the best experience. Not only did they have our battery in stock but Zachry took the time to see if our current battery was in warranty still (no one else checked), tested out battery, recharged our battery, and finally re-installed our battery and ran a few tests to ensure the battery we already owned was ok. It was.Zachry was friendly the whole time and told us what our options were and even suggested a few places to get what he diagnosed to possibly be our problem because it was not the battery.Anyways thank you Zachry for your help you made the difference between an OK visit and a great visit!(Hopefully I spelled your name correctly )

Came in at 7:30 on a Saturday night thinking our battery was dead. The sales associate was super helpful and even offered to test it for free. Turns out the battery was fine the terminal was just bad. Saved us almost a hundred bucks! Awesome service will be back again.

Super helpful and nice and polite! An older gentleman helped me check my engine light and he was so genuine and sweet! I was worried I would get a grouchy person who wasn t willing to help but it was so nice to speak to someone who is very professional and kind.

Best parts store. Most helpful staff of any parts store. They will not hesitate to take the time to help diagnose a mechanical issue if they arent too busy. Free diagnostic checks. Free tool rentals (with deposit).

I received the best customer service when I stopped by to have my battery checked. Chase tested the battery and explained what the numbers meant. I was hoping to get a few more days out of it but when I tried to leave it wouldn't start. Chase noticed that I was still in the parking lot and came out to find out what was wrong. He sent Dustin out to jump start the battery. After talking to them some more they were able to get me a battery that fit my needs at a reasonable price. These young men went out of there way to show they valued me as a person and a customer. I highly recommend that you visit their store.

We had an oxygen sensor that we were replacing and the adapter from the oxygen manifold got stuck to the old upstream oxygen senser. We didn't have a way to separate them, so we went to Advance Auto. The gentleman that had already helped me out earlier came to our rescue a second time. His name is Coffee, like the drink) He was so corteous and so friendly and knowledgeable. He told us he will see what he can do and and he got it separated. He made our day!!! Thank you so much Coffee! We love the name too!!!!

This has been my go to place for all my automotive parts and accessories for the last 30 years. Keep up the good work guys and I'm sure I'll be shopping here for another 30 years!!!I just wish you could use online coupons in store, the year is 2020 like come on people!!!! Your going to lose your brick and mortar stores otherwise!!!! Amazon is coming for your business too!!!!!

The battery in my 2017 CRV didn't seem to be working so I called Advanced Auto Parts at 14045 Beach Blvd in Jacksonville and they said I should bring my car down and they would be able to text my battery. As promised, when I arrived, one gentleman (Jerry) came out with a tester and confirmed that one of the cells in my battery was bad. I went ahead with buying a new battery which another gentleman installed for me right there in their parking lot. I was in and out in probably less than 30 minutes. They service was simply great!!

There were literally eight to ten people working the shift when I walked in and not one of them said hello or offered to help me. Not a good look when you have only five customers in the store. Furthermore, after waiting at the counter for about a full minute for someone to acknowledge me, the girl who finally did was less than helpful and had no knowledge about her products. That wouldn't have bothered me if she hadn't acted like her not knowing was the end of the conversation. Ask your team! The guy in his 50's probably knows more than the teenage girl but he (or anyone else working there) apparently couldn't be bothered or else she didn't care enough to ask on my behalf. Either way, step up the service. If I already knew what I needed I would have ordered it online and avoided this inconvenience

The worst people are working here. They never (at least to me) say: how can I help you when you walking thru the aisles. You can see 2 associates are talking together and customers are lining up to check out...Sometimes, they don't know what are you talking about. I walked there and asked for something and they were--what??AND THEY ARE RUDE.

I'll never return to this location, or any other Advance, for that matter. They sent me home with the wrong part, after waiting an hour for it to be delivered from a hub, and were rude when I returned it the next day. Not to mention that the guy 'helping' me had to take a 5 minute phone call in the middle of my return.
