Great customer service by lady at the counter (forgot her name, I'll call her L'il Bit because she's cute & small)! She was very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, courteous, and kind. I will certainly return to this location.

I recently stopped at this Advanced Auto Parts to purchase a code reader for my vehicle. The store wasn't too crowded and appearance was clean. The item I was looking for was in stock. I paid more than expected for the item so I couldn't say the price was great.

I have been doing a few improvements to my car in the past few weeks. My husband sends me to get parts often. Everytime they are so helpful..... I especially love it when Faith is there. She has such an infectious smile and is always so patient. She is a breath of fresh air!

Lorenzo is the man! I was driving cross country when my battery went bad, I had trouble finding my purchase number from the store back home and it was near the end of the warranty. He was able to help get the replacement free of charge and even helped with the install! Thanks again

The location was a bit but crowded and the wait was long however the staff filled you in periodically and was a pleasure to assist all of us who were in the store. Very attentive when our turn came up. Great experience in an unconventional place.

The advance store that is near my house are the best people, are very nice and friendly it's very always clean but the advance store that is on Atlantic Boulevard I have to say some of their employees are racist don't like black folks and treated me in the worst way

I used to really like advance Auto but everything's changed now so I guess it's okay you can't even go out to eat anymore so you kind of have to take the good with the bad :-(

Door says they close at 7. I broke down and needed one thing. The door was locked and they refused to open the door even though it was 6:57. I work up the street and have been coming here for years. Looks like I ll be driving out of my way to give my business to someone else. If you change your hours from 9 to 7, stay open past 6:57.

Terrible customer service.. I will never go there again. I asked about a light for my car they told me to check the book. If I had a book for my car I wouldn' have came up there to ask yall what it ment duhhh..

Horrible customer service. Ordered my parts online, gave them an hour: they said it would only take 30 mins. Still had to wait 15 mins. for them to get my order, with no other patrons in the store!

Got a battery and the gentleman (Coi) was so professional and quick swapping my old one out. I've never had a bad experience at Advanced Auto Parts!!!
