A lifesaver it was a DIY project with my windshield mirror being RIP off and some of the glass broke, so I went to the glass place to get a minor repair. Well that didn't go well looking to charge for a whole windshield around $300 on up I did one better went to Advance got the supplies for under $40 to fix myself.

Sorry pathetic customer service . This was not main Street. The location was us 1 & Hema Rd. & Cassata Ave. The Customer service representative will stocking shelves and not even acknowledge your presence.

My husband and I were in town for the weekend when we hit something and knocked our front bumper loose. We're so glad we stopped here, because both of the men that helped us, Josh and I believe the other guy's name was Davon, were incredibly kind and willing to help. We are so grateful for them! Love parts stores they are always helpful and have alot of basic parts you will need. You can always find it cheaper if you buy on Amazon but when you don't have time to wait and need a part right now it's a great place to find that part you need so desperately

Fairly racist store. Heard the C word a dozen times while figuring out they don't have one 12oz bottle of Dot 4 brake fluid. Only 32oz. Entire visit was rubbish

Store was poorly stocked, and employees were rude to customer in front of me, ignoring him till he actually raised his voice to get their attention. Another customer asked if they rented tools, and they said yes, then at checkout they told him they didnt have em to rent. Staff needs better training and needs to be better managed. Also bought a jack that turned out to be defective. Used to be a reliable place to go to to buy parts and tools, but is severely lacking now.

It took 30 minutes to replace a windshield wiper, and I was the only shopper in the store. The first 2 I tried were either the wrong size (despite what the store's computer said - and verified by a store employee) or defective. Obviously an exchange for the right size was in order. Need the manger to override because of the sale price? Wait another 5 minutes because he's out back chilling with his buddies. The associate I dealt with was doing his best though - thanks Rod.

These people are the most helpful auto strore I have ever been to. Inventory top notch. Employees polite and efficient. Are willing to go above and beyond expectations to help and will tell you where to get your automotive needs they can not provide. Even RAN into one of these employees at the grocery store and was asked if the problem I had with my jeep was fixed with the part I got from them. Free battery testing and engine testing. Also free battery installation with a smile. How could anyone go to another auto store!!!

Most of the time when dealing with the females i always have to double check because i have to return because of the wrong part, and some of the males. It really make me upset when you work somewhere and don't know what you're doing. Smh

I will never return to this store again the management and staff was very rude and unhelpful on 11/26/21 around 8:00pm I order a part that I needed ASAP went to the store and I see a bunch of people standing outside saying the store is closed but the website say the close at 9pm not 8pm so I went to the door to see if could still get my part since it was 5 mins after but the manager wouldn t even come to the door the blue hair woman come to the door and when I started talking to her you started yelling to her manager that I had an attitude all I wanted to do was pick up a part that I just paid for so I could get my car off the side of the road called the Dunn ave location they tried to help me unlike the store my part was stuck in the manager and staff for the shift need some well needed training and the website need to update their closer time

They have some good tools and I think better quality parts. All the same these days. Advance has gearwrench tools or had them and is the only reason I prefer them.

They would not even go outside to test my battery which was purchased at advanced auto. When i explained it was purchased there they told me "I don't know what to tell you" worst customer service I will NEVER purchase anything again from advanced auto parts. Went to autozone and got a new battery. Advanced auto is a joke! Learn some customer service and i will be contacting coorperate office to let them know about the useless employee which i wont name here.

One word! GHETTOFABOLOUS!!Lady behind the counter was on the phone talking to her boyfriend or whoever...I came in and asked her question and she gave me the eye roll and told me to wait. She was on the Store phone not her personal cell phone for almost 10 minutes.....

Just had a terrible experience. When I asked for help finding a part, the cashier pointed to the aisle...I asked because I'm not familiar with what I need but she could not take the time to stop braiding her hair to help me.

Idk who said shes a autozone girl but ive shopped at autozone as many times as i could stand it and ive gone in for an off the shelf item and gotten the wrong thing 10 times before they could figure out the part number and advanced auto hires people who actually know what a timing chain is

Got my battery and starter tested. No issue but he was nice enough to recommend second opinion with other store's diagnostic equipment.

Horrible service they gave me the wrong part and refused to fix there mistake had loud nasty music playing staff just all together disgusting told me my bad starter was good becauae they had no idea what they were doing went to another location and they told me it was bad they need to hire people that know what they're doing and have better attitudes

Store was good, but had a lot of chaos happening in and around store, like it was a private residence.
