This is a great store. Lauren is a hard working associate. She came out and helped me change the bulb in my Veloster when I couldn't figure it out. I could tell she was genuinely concerned about our safety. No other auto parts treats you this way. I am an Advance customer for life

about a week or 2 ago took my battery to get charged, the person who took it out for me was extremely nice. but the tall african american guy who put it back in seems like he wasnt too happy to put it back in my car when i came to pick it up. now trying to take out the battery to work on my car and the negative screw wont come out at all nor unscrew, my hands are literally internally bleeding trying to unscrew it. the positive one unscrewed out just fine. he needs to relearn torque down specs because this is unacceptable

Went in to buy some tire shine, the commercial lady took a phone call while I was at the counter, told me to wait a minute while she ran to the back to check on something for the phone call, I asked her what do you mean, I'm right in front of you, that's hell of poor customer service, you never make a person in front of you wait for someone on a phone, I'm there in the store money in hand, you never ever do that, Advanced lost my business, NAPA and Auto Zone for now on!

Amanda is AMAZING! We went in looking for a trailer hitch for our truck and we were having a hard time getting one. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us the trailer hitch TODAY! Napa, Uhaul & a couple other companies was not that accommodating. I will only come here from now on.

Spent nearly 30min at a competitor and walked out empty handed. Came into this store and was on my way home with a new battery installed in about 10 min. Great customer service. Fantastic turn around. Even though its a little more out of the way, it is now my new first choice for automotive needs. Recommended!

I needed a battery for my RAM 1500 and I didn't have the tools to install the battery because I just moved. I called to confirm that the battery was in stock and to ensure they would install with the purchase of the battery. I'm very satisfied because The battery was quickly installed and as a veteran I got a discount. I guess saying sir and ma'am for 20 years revealed my past military career but it also saved me a few bucks.

The staff was pretty helpful on more than one occasion. On more than one occasion the workers have come to my car to get my battery bring it back. Fix my brake lights and gives helpful tips. Very knowledgeable staff. And usually a tad bit cheaper than the AutoZone down the street. I like them both but advance workers are great.

I must share an incredibly good experience I recently had with Joshua at this store. My car battery gave out a few months before its expiration date and I was lucky enough to get it to fire one last time in order to drive it over to Advance. Joshua met me with a smile, tested my battery, confirmed it was bad, and very promptly proceeded to install a new battery for me. He was super efficient, very friendly, and just an all around pleasure to work with. I was more than impressed with his great attitude, good work ethic, and as good as it gets customer service he provided. Thank you Joshua for making this a memorable experience! I will definitely be back and will share my experience with others.

Went to go return an item that I was going to use that I just bought. I even told ms Amanda M. that works there that I will buy the oil filter wrench and return it and get my money back. She said, that's fine. I went to go buy it and then used it, she said quote, "oh you can't return that after you've done used it" I didn't even saying anything because I really didn't wanna cause arguments..so I'm pretty pissed off at the fact that she said "that's fine" to letting me buy the product, use it, and return it after I have used it.. by the way, they won't rent it. I will be calling corporate about it and I will be getting my $17 back.

So I am no means a car person, but I was in desperate need to get some windshield wipers (crazy Florida weather). I stopped at this location after the gym about a week ago. I was greeted by one of the nicest associates. I can t remember his name, but I did complete the survey on the receipt and recognized him in the survey.Anyways, the sales associate helped me pick out the wipers based on the make of my car. He showed me several options that didn t break the bank, and he helped me install my windshield wipers. He was super helpful and even showed me how to install the wipers myself. This visit saved me the hassle of taking my car to get windshield wipers at a mechanic, and it also gave me a quick lesson on how to install wipers.

Took 3 employees over 30 mins to help one person with a whole line waiting. The people here have no idea what they're doing. Just save time and go somewhere else.

Mann let me tell about my experience at this advance auto parts store GREAT. The service was above aND beyond what I expected (S/O to Cody). My battery was tested on the spot at the store (BAD BATTERY) but it's okay ppl I had a warranty (only problem I had was finding the store I bought it front). No biggy Cody helped me locate the store I bought it from (10 calls later all calls in a different state) definitely appreciate the effort in helping me out. This saved me money. Thanks

Horrible management, going to O'Reilly right up the road. Wouldn't take back an Autocraft wheel brush back I used for 1 cleaning.

I was looking for wiper blades for my Kia Soul. One of the gentlemen on duty reaffirmed my selection and then a more experienced gentleman gave us both a tutorial on how to put them on my car. Very helpful.

Return to a torque wrench today as I walked in the store the employee at the register blew me off.Had to ask another individual to help me. Very poor service I'm very upset it seem like they didn't care that I was standing right in front of their face The individual could have referred me to another a employee but did not!

Nothing on the shelves to buy and the staff is not knowledgeable on automotive know-how. There are always alot of staff in the store but not to help custumers. Just there to stock atleast thats what they tell you when you ask for help.

All the workers here are usually helpful although they don't carry the oil I need for my bike it's still a good place to shop.
