Can t say enough about our service today!! DONNY is THE MAN!! He was awesome!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. This guy really knows his stuff. Our day started out rocky with a dead battery, we walked the battery two miles to this store and Donny greeted us with a smile and exceptional service. 10/10 recommend. We will be back!!

Exceptional customer service from Brandon who helped with a battery test, which led to purchase and quick installation. Can't comment on competitiveness of prices, but with quick competent service like this, it becomes less of a concern for me. Definitely recommend.

Will not accept returns on electrical parts that haven t been installed. Bought a Bosch MAP sensor that turned out to be pre-revision and software update. Brought the part to mechanic and was told not even to attempt driving with it installed. Employee said if you look here you can see bolt marks well I m sorry to tell you but that s a molding from production. What a waste of money.

By far the best customer service I've ever dealt with at a "car parts" store. 3yr warranty car battery died prior to the warranty being up and they gave me a full refund back on my card no questions asked. Very polite employees with a good sense of humor too. Highly recommend!

You guys better check O Reilly first before coming to this store.Update:And it just got worst!Bought a battery and the gave me the wrong size even if I have the old battery in front of them, the guy was convinced that I have the wrong battery and what he s giving me is the right one.Yep it ended up it was the wrong size, it was late when I called back and complain and ask to return the battery. I told them I ll return it tomorrow since I have no time.Returned on Saturday, returned the new battery and they were unable to give me back my old battery cause it was sent to recycling already. So what am I going to use???? The guy didnt care and didn t even figured out a solution!So yeah.

These folks are WONDERFUL!! I have to admit that took me by surprise. Super nice. Not helpful. kindly and efficiently found the part number. Gave no recommendation or information for correct style. Closed me out with a friendly nod. But ignored my hunch that it might not be right. Be blessed he said but didn t help when I came back in and showed a picture that it looked different. Gently reminded me it was their system s recommendations and was very happy to let me return it if it was the wrong part. Went home and was blessed with wasted time and finding out that it was indeed the wrong part. Brought it back and he refunded me without question, but didn t show interest to fix the issue when I showed him the correct part. That s weird he said. Have a nice day, brother. He said it with a smile and I drove away unhelped in no general direction to some other random parts place.

OK so I ordered a couple of cam position sensor on a Friday that were supposed to be in but didn't come in the next day. This was a disappointment BUT the way they handled the situation was perfect. They offered every way they could to resolve it. Unfortunately I had to go to a competitor. Even though I didn't get the part I left completely satisfied with the service....would I go back....YES. Simply because the service and effort in trying to fix the matter was great. Mistakes happen. At least they gave me a hat.

Got help immediately on this visit ended up getting the wrong filter for my oil change so lesson learned on making sure they put in the correct engine size on the search! The car I drive had 3 different engine sizes I didn't know that until learning the hard way. Other then having to go to another store to get the correct part the visit was quick and easy

I've been shopping here forever and I don't really feel like they get any better they kind of stay the same and it is normally a hassle when you have to call in on the phone beforehand I'm the type that likes to call and see if they have the part before I drive all the way there you know but I got put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on not good for business

I asked an associate for help getting a part and was sold the wrong item. Turns out it was a wrong part. I tried to to return it and was told that it was in a installed condition and they would not accept a return.Lesson learned: Do your own research and buy the part on Amazon if you can wait for delivery. Amazon has a much better return policy.

Went there this morning to return a tool that was rented however the employee told me he didn't have enough cash in his register that I would have to go to another store. I walked outside turned around and come back in and ask him to go into a reserve or go get the money from somewhere else out of the store because there's no reason he shouldn't have $65 in his store to return for the tool that I rented. His smart remark to me was do you want me to go to my personal bank and get it out of my personal account. I told him no and with this going on someone from the back in the back back there at the commercial stuck his head around the corner and wanted to know what was going on and I told him he didn't have the money to give me back when I paid cash to rent the tool he wanted to put it on a debit card and I told him no. So then we went to the commercial counter and the man refunded the money which could have been done to begin with instead of creating such a hostile environment this morning.

Great experience. Was greeted when coming through the door by a smiling employee. I was immediately offered assistance and asked what I could be helped with. The employee was knowledgeable and quickly found the rear differential I was in need of.. the whole entire time I was in the parts store I was treated professionally and upon leaving. I received a big thank you and asked to please come back .

This is the best auto parts store. My friend had a broken starter so we took it to Advance Auto. They didn't care that it was covered in oil. They tested it (definitely broken), showed us the three types they had in stock, and had me and my buddy laughing the entire time. We got home, put it in, and the car started right up. It's a great store full of great people.
