I just got paid & was prepared to spend about $400 on a couple of parts but they literally wouldn't allow me to use their restroom. I refuse to patronize stores with that level of either hate or laziness coming from management. Other Advance Auto's have customer restrooms & they will continue to get my business but I'm headed to AutoZone since it's closer & I gotta pee.

We went in to find several different items. Cup holders, ash tray,visor organizer and air freshener. Which was purchased. Thanks to the two young men on duty, who assisted helping us to find the items. Answered multiple questions about other items that were not in stock as of today .We will keep checking in to purchase these window vents.

I came to this location needing help with a dead battery and Debbie was absolutely amazing. She took great care of everything and was very knowledgeable about what she talked about. I have not encountered a worker like Debbie in ahwile and I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Debbie for your kind heart and excellent customer service.

It's ok except if u need your battery charged don't go here bc they will only charge there batteries. The employees were nice except for this pale girl that is a smart butt that was very rude to me( think she is the worst advance auto person I've ever dealt with) which sucks bc I love advance auto parts always have.

It's very convenient to have this store so close to my house, but the people that work there make the real difference. I went in with a few questions, that naturally lead to a few more, and Debbie was absolutely phenomenal! If ur in the area, and it seems like ur vehicle just isn't running right, stop by and let her help u figure it out. She's passionate about her job, and her passion shows thru when she talks to u. Great people!

Everybody is super nice and helpful there. I love going to this particular store. It is right down the street from my house and although there always seems to be someone new when I go in, they're always really nice and ready to help.As of 12/19/20 walking in here the guy that help me was very courteous and helpful. His manager however was very rude, didn't speak to me or his employee when he asked him for help on me purchasing a gift card as he had not done one before. He seemed very disgruntled and somewhat of a bully mentality. If I wasn't in such a rush I would have said something to him. I hope that something can be done about that because every single time that I've come in here before I've been welcomed and anybody that was a manager seemed to have a good personality and seemed very personable in general. Maybe he was having a bad day? But he seemed to be a touch and go type of person. Kind of disappointing because this is my regular advance Auto parts store.

Franky was awesome...a refreshingly positive attitude, great smile and stellar service. I shop this store because of the service but he was exceptional even by this stores standards. Checked my rear lights and even put in the brake bulb. Reminded me to take the other bulb with me. Awesome attitude and skills. Hope you keep him here.

Well I must say Kevin is awesome awesome awesome this man went above and beyond expected! Although I kinda interrupted his lunch, he instantly stopped to assist me. Helped me with my concern and put on my wiper afterwards!! His customer service was spectacular Thanks Kevin you rock

I had my mind blown today by the customer service at this location. A young man (Franky) helped me find the correct size wipers that I needed. Then when I went out in the parking lot to change them, the young man came out, without me asking for help, he told me "I got you". He could see from inside the store that I was having an issue getting the old ones off. I wish that I would have asked for his name. It's great to see that customer service is not dead.

Sat on hold for 15 minutes then drove up there and no one was at the register. James I believe came and gave me prices for new windshield wipers after looking up my car and going outside to check if they needed changed. Now I'm waiting on a call from one other place to see who's cheaper cuz why would I pay more when I can pay less, right!

Franky is a great asset to your team. I was incredibly stressed out and in a panic needing to buy an air filter for my engine. It showed in stock but Franky was unable to locate it in the store. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and even ran outside in the rain to catch me with a solution before I left. A simple interaction in my day made all the difference to put me at ease. Thank you!

Great service...the young mab with red hair was outstanding and provided much needed info about my vehicle...stuff I didn't know. The staff needs to remember to always put the car charger back to charge. The associate jumped my car with his own personal vehicle...now that's making sure the job is complete. Thank you.

I have bought 2 batteries over the last 2 years and they never hold up. I was told on the phone $60 for a new one and when I got there they said $85. I never paid more than $60 for the other 2 and was basically called a liar. Now my employer does alot of business with these people and they know this. I can't believe how they did me.

Ordered a battery online and picked it up at this location for them to install it. When I got there, no one knew how to install it and so they asked if I knew how to, so I said I would try. They even gave me the tools to do it, which wasn't terrible, but I still didn't really have any idea on what to do. I was having problems with one of the bolts on the positive connectors and could not get it off. The store manager finally came out and decided to help, which he didntd know what he was doing and claimed four or five times that the bolt was stripped. He then said I would probably need a new connector. So I explained to him that it didn't look stripped and that I just needed the right set of tools. He kept saying no it's stripped. So he then recommend a place that could fix the connector. So after going back and fortg with him for quite some time, I just walked out and took my car to another location off Atlantic where the store manager did it under 10 minutes in the rain. Great customer service from him. I shouldn't have to be lied to and run all over town for this for a job you can do in 10 minutes. And why promise free installation if you're not going to follow through with that promise! Terrible customer service. Do not take your car there for any reason!

honestly here just to say i adored franky. Check engine light came on, and it was easily diagnosed. also i knew something was off with my battery, he checked it & installed a brand new one all while considering my pockets.

This is definitely for the outstanding employees. They always know exactly what I want and they are interested. I do all my auto repair needs here. Even more than Walmart Because of they employee knowledge. I would rather pay alittle more and get it right the first time. Best guys on the area!

Customer for life. Mike helped diagnose car trouble on Saturday night in the rain with absolute courtesy and professionalism. No attempt at upcharging or BS just straight and honest. Heard other patrons called by first name so I knew it wasn't special treatment just genuine care for customers.

I purchased a new car battery On Saturday 12/08/2018. However, the battery was not right for my vehicle and when I attempted to return on 12/112018 i was told that this is not possible. Although, I have a receipt and have not used it. Called the CS to complain, however, was not able to get anyone on the line after 22 minutes wait time. Overall, very unhappy. Planning to submit a complaint to BBB, state attorneys office and Presidential complain as well.

Don't come here if your check engine light comes on for them to check it. They don't have what they need to do so..You will waste your time so go to another one!!

Charlene told me which product was needed, went to the shelf and retrieved it for me, e sured it was properly installed in my vehicle, then cashed me out. Excellent customer service!!!
