Steve and the team at action transmission are the best! Steve s customer service and great attitude along with a team of technicians that get it done! I brought one of our older work trucks in to have the transmission rebuilt. Every step of the process was smooth and had no doubt along the way. After i received the truck back it was running great! I had a new issue that happened months later and I called Steve to let him know. They took the truck right back and fix the issue with no problem. I ve dealt with a lot of repair shops over the years and this is probably the best experience I ve had so far! Thank you guys for being one of the good ones!

I would recommend Action Transmission Specialists to my family and friends. Top notch organization. I had a clutch kit installed in my 1993 Ford F-150. I took my truck in on Monday morning and picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. It shifts out like butter. Steve the manager is a professional. He is an ambassador for your business. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He has absolutely earned my trust and my business. I work for Oreilly Auto Parts in Alabama. I was in Florida on a trip when my clutch went out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Action Transmission for your transmission needs. I was having trouble with my 2016 Chevy Traverse, and from the first moment I walked in the door, Steve was kind, honest, and thorough with his recommendation. We troubleshooted several scenarios before the final diagnosis was to rebuild the transmission. I also appreciate Steve's excellent customer service. He kept me informed along the way to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. He was even so gracious to work with my warranty company. He even insisted I come back in a couple of weeks for him to spot check to make sure everything was running smoothly. And it was!!! I am so thankful. The whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Steve, and Action Transmission.

Highly recommend them, very great with communication as far as explanation of what is wrong and what needed to be done. Furthermore, pricing is reasonable and they are very efficient with getting the job done in a timely matter. All in all Satisfactory.

Had a weird problem with my transmission light turning on when the weather was cold, not very often in Florida, but Steve tried to get it to happen for about a week with no luck. He plugged it into the computer and nothing was showing up so we decided to keep driving it since it seems nothing is wrong except the light turning on intermittently and if anything changes we will look at it then. Charged me a little for the labor which was fine with me and I would recommend Steve anything,

Steve was a complete pro. He kept me updated every step of the way as Action dealt with my warranty company to get the issue addressed. He identified the source of the shudder in my truck confirming it was a bad torque converter, and worked with the warranty company to assure everything was taken care of.I couldn t be happier with my experience, and will send anyone with transmission issues their way for sure.I know I ll use them again if I run into any drive train issues. .

We brought our SUV to Action Transmission after being referred to them. Steve and his team did an awesome job! Through out the whole process he made sure to stay in communication with us and explain everything in detail that was going on as well as answer any questions that we had which was a big relief. Steve and his team are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them for any of your transmission needs!

So my car needed an entire new transmission and was under warranty. Steve worked with Fidelity and i only paid $100 for a brand new transmission. It runs great and he got me in at an earlier time then expected with constant updates on the situation. I highly recommend this company!

Truck runs better than new after having transmission rebuilt. It was a lot of money but I think all transmission work is going to be expensive. Explained everything along the way and was very friendly. Would definitely go back.

I had a blown transmission on my 18 Jeep grand Cherokee. They were the best priced by a long shot. And the service was unmatched. They did a really good job. Highly impressed with this place all around. Would def go back

Never take your car there if you want a Trans built for a modified vehicle. They have no idea what they are talking about if you have a car that runs off a Map sensor Or mass air sensor. I called them to see if I could get a 4l60e built that could handle around 700 hp for my truck or should I go with a 4l80. They told me that we can build you a 4l60 to handle that Power and a 4l80 would just be too big and will need alot of other parts to get it to work which I was willing to do. I just wanted something that was reliable and not give me any problems. So I trusted there judgement and expertise and paid $290 to get my truck towed from Macclenny, Fl. After I got the truck there they got scared to build me something because they said it was running rough and had the Mass air sensor plug was disconnected, and check engine light was on. I told them the truck runs on a map sensor not by mass air because being turbo charged. I told them I know it runs rough but I need a transmission before I can put my truck on a dyno. He had no idea what I was talking about so he had to call a friend. In the meantime he was trying to get me to buy an already built trans from Summit Racing and have them put it in. So after his friend got back to him he verified everything that I was saying was true. It needed a transmission and the Mass air sensor was disconnected for a reason. I dont know if they can build older transmissions with non computers or build stock replacement transmissions, but they need to stay away from transmissions that goes into modified cars that need to be tuned after the transmission are installed. I lost over about 3 days of my time and about $400. for getting it towed there and then had to get it towed somewhere else. I guess you live and learn.

I think the guy at the front desk tried to rip off my mom for the cost of a transmission on her SUV she loves. He wanted to charge her $1500 to just remove the transmission and then see what parts needed to be fixed and the cost could go up to over $3k. That was crazy and when I went to pick the SUV up he said to me "I thought you said you loved that truck and wanted to keep it!" That let me know he was a ripoff and was up charging because that truck has sentimental value. Smh. Yea we will get it fixed by someone who won't charge a ridiculous price!

If you could go negative that s what my review would be my dad brought his car there to have some work done and the glovebox was gone thru and everything was taken out and put on the front seat also had Oakley sunglasses and a case and sunglass cleaner all stolen out of the vehicle while they were working on it and while it was on their property and they said it was not their problem .it was on your property and your employees were working on it pretty sure that makes it your problem .

After reviewing the Google reviews and speaking to Steve I had my work van towed to Action Transmission on 2/24. It had been previously at another transmission shop for almost 3 months waiting on a part. Action Transmission fixed and rebuilt my transmission within 3 days. The service was Outstanding. Horrible and this is how my car was returned to me after 5 days they never did anything but damage. Where is the new parts???Check the work PHILLIP POWELL IS A LIAR/THEFT.You hired the drug addict and are responsible for your workers. Robin Sudbury your a thief my car wss there 5 days and no work was done other the your employee Phillip Powell the manger stole my cat C onvertors then OD per his family. Your liable my 701.
