I do not recommend it. They like the easy and thus be able to get more money. I take my truck for alignment and they overheat the locknut to avoid work. damaging the nut due to overheating and thus losing torque causing future damage and losing the alignment shim. truly, these badly done jobs must be reported because in the future they cause loss of money, more serious damages and even an accident on the road due to this bad job. truck drivers friends we have to be more careful of the mechanical work for which we pay.

Great, honest business. The owner Bruce stands behind the quality of workmanship his employees perform and the parts used for repairs. His prices are very competitive and he is honest & straight forward with his repair diagnosis & recommendations. He doesn't attempt to sell you something you don't need, I highly recommend him for your RV chassis needs.

This place has got to be the worst place I've ever taken my truck out of 25 years of driving. Dropped it off Thursday for a 8am appt and as of Monday at 1pm there's still not a conclusive diagnosis of what's wrong with my suspension. The only way I've been able to communicate with them is continually going to their establishment because not once have I been called about ANY issues with my truck. If you want to take a few weeks off for a repair this may be the place for you. If you need your truck to make money it'll be best to go elsewhere.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I absolutely recommend this repair shop for suspension and alignment. They took my truck the same day for a rear bushings job, (every other shop I called was telling me it would be a week before they could get me in). I ended up having to stay at a hotel overnight while the repair was being done. They were nice enough to give me a ride to the hotel free of charge. They took the time to explain to me the issue with my rear bushings and my truck rides much better now. Previous shops had lied to me and took my money for repairs that did not need to be fixed. I live in the Atlanta GA area, but I am willing to travel to this shop in Jacksonville because they treated me very well and most of all, they are very good at what they do. One of the mechanics actually was a truck driver (owner operator) for a very long time and to me, that makes a big difference because he understands that when someone brings their truck in, they want the job done right. Thank you ABS.

Whenever, I go to ABS to have a service done they get right on it. However, if they can't they will be honest and tell you how long it will take and how much it will cost. I'm usually in and out at a reasonable time.

The best truck and trailer repair shop in Jacksonville! Great staff ,super knowledgeable and experienced mechanics ,very friendly and most importantly every repair is getting done the right way, no cutting corners! I own 5 trucks and every single one of them is getting repaired at ABS Alignment whether it's an oil change, suspension work, trailer repair or engine work. Great job guys, thanks for keeping my equipment running ,in great shape and keep up the good work!!!

We set up an appointment for today, 6 days in advance and then got there first thing in the morning (around 7:30am!) and was turned away because the guy "didn't think" it was something he could do because it is an older trailer and it would take him longer than usual. If you have restraints on equipment you can work on, ask for the information at the time of making the appointment! Instead of turning us away after waiting 6 days! And the guy was rude about it saying he has the right to make that decision, instead of being apologetic or empathic. Instead he had an "oh well" attitude.

Super nice people and they do excellent and quality work, I've used these guys several times and always have a good experience,. I will continue to do business with them. If you have a big truck need alignment, breaks, or need spring work you got to take it to A,B, S. on Lane ave.

I showed up before business hours with severe problems with my rv suspension. Ray immediately found me an open bay and assured me he would have a mechanic look at it asap. Bruce diagnosed the problem, told me what parts needed replacing and showed me what could be salvaged. Richard, the mechanic , replaced the parts and was very diligent about insuring the system was operating properly. All this was accomplished with an extremely fair price. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road in short order. I highly recommend ABS.

Customer service level so far has been poor. Called twice to check on the status of my truck on the second day at their shop. No information could be given to me. I was told I would be called after lunch with an update, no call. Called again and was told the tech would call before the end of the day, still no call. Hope to hear something tomorrow.....Will post the final outcome of my experience with ABS.

Went there for trailer repairs and that was a process got a quote from them for $400.00 to weld a few spots and replace air valve mind u it was taken there on a Thursday.Was suppose to be ready Monday. Sat mechanic no show atleast that's what they said trailer wasnt ready until Tuesday and when I got my bill it was 1500 dollars. What they replaced was 2 air bags at 228 each for2 and whoever welded the trailer must not be experienced if it took 8 hours to weld they are not a good place to take you're trailer for any work 2 be done.

ABS of Jacksonville are unprofessional and have very poor communication skills. I have been in the trucking business (Silver Lining Transport) for over 10 years and they are by far the WORST place I have ever dealt with. My truck sat there for 7 days before being touched and all it needed was a clutch. By the time my truck was repaired (9 days later) my bill had changed 3 times. With all the parts they claimed they had too replace, they included a starter which had absolutely nothing to do with a clutch. They cannot provide me with my old parts, so I can verify what they claim to have replaced. Additionally, the final bill from 4680.08 to of $4926.17 and they cannot tell me anything about the additional $246.00. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. They were given one star because it was required in order to post my comments.

I ll never go back there they did me wrong I am trying to get the proof is in process freshly tell me $$4000 I gave them $3500 and then two or three months after I get them another 500 and they lost it until they found it the day I went to go pick it up and it was two years later first time I told him I want it done by December and that was 2019 I dropped it off in 2018 I asked him so many times how much was it how much is it and then when I went to go pick it up the last minute he told me it was $3100 unbelievable if I knew it was gonna be $7100 I wouldn t of done it there I m thinking now they tried to extortion money out of me retired Army Sergeant Thomas too bad they did that to me without telling me in the beginning it seems like they just want to make money I don t have that kind of money I need help myself to get this vehicle fixed and running and they said it was running they took it for test drive they lied it couldn t even get off the property I had to tow it from one place to another I don t know how people can do that to military soldiers take advantage and extortion of money out of you for their benefit and now I find out my brakes are not working thank you for understanding not so good and I don t feel good US Army reserve Sergeant Thomas retired thank you for viewing this message having a better day to me thank youServices: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK OR TRAILER TO ABS ALIGNMENT !!!Bruce, NEEDS TO GET FIRED !!! If that was my company I would be really afraid to have him working there. My trailer has been there for 1.5 months today is 1-9-2017 and they finally half way fixed the trailer. BRUCE, preaches how there company ABS ALIGNMENT does not quote hourly rate but they give you an estimate of the job !!! Well he gave me an estimate of 1360$ that's with me supplying him all parts which we have done ! I picked up my trailer today they were suppose to finish four hangers and bushings and we found out they only did two hangers and four bushings and did not consult with us about the other two "did not need to be done" as he stated when we agreed for the work to be done upon our request for what we got quoted for originally. We came and picked up the trailer and the amount was different higher than what he quoted us originally in the amount of $1955.15. We asked why the amount was different and we could not get a direct answer. He stated because they had to get additional supplies (nuts, and bolts) I asked him to provide me with a invoice of what he paid for the nuts and the bolts and I would pay for it but he stated he could not do that. GUY IS A SCAM !!! WE WILL ADD COMMENTS ALL OVER THE WEB TO ENSURE PEOPLE DO NOT GO THERE BECAUS YOU WILL GET SCREWED BIG TIME (THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT AND NEVER CALL YOU TO ASK FOR YOUR OPINION EVERY TIME YOU CALL ITS A DIFFERENT STORY) I HOPE THIS EFFECTS BRUCE DIRECTLY AND THE COMPANY

I spend over 2.000 dollars on repairs.One of the things they soupose to checked, was the steering, they said there was no leaks, and it was full of fluid, 100 % lied, i went inside and show them it was empty, nobody try to do something about it, or call me to give me an apology, , i will make sure they didnt lied about the rest of the work they say they did. NEVER GO BACK.Service: Steering & suspension repair

worst mistake we ever made , went to have King pin replaced, job was done wrong and now $2000.00 to get fixed.. We already paid them 1851.00 for this same problem.. My advice is not to use this business , I certainly wont be. One of the nuts were crossthreaded and caused a big problem.

Wow the customer service in this place is horrible. Two times I had to deal with them and both times they put you down with the way they speak to you. Will never bring them any more business and will never recommend them to anyone.

It is good Mechanic Shop the last time I get an ABS light showing up in my truck most Mechanic Shop telling me I have computer problems it wasn't true so I took the the to ABS they get it fixed
