Don't service this business. My fiance and I experience was awful. Imagine going weeks without your vehicle and finally having the money for repair only for the situation to get worse. We were giving cheaper options at other repair shops but thought spending more with a reputable company would be the better option. We had our vehicle towed to the shop went and started paperwork and handed over the keys to manager Mark, who was on site. Only to get a call days later, stating the vehicle was broken into after hours because someone left it unlocked. He did apologize, but it was an insult to us that the minimum that could be done wasn't, which is at least to make sure workers lock the doors after taking possession of vehicles. We were told a discount would be given because of the circumstances only to have the work upcharged and paying the average price of service received, and still more than we would have, had we gone elsewhere. Now we're left with a crack dashboard, and the screen and radio are gone. We were not given company insurance information to file a claim and were told to reach out to our insurance. I've reached out to their corporate office and still haven't received a response, I am still hopeful the situation can be resolved and our vehicle fixed.

Mark is AMAZING! He was easy to work with and followed up as promised. If Mark missed my call, he was surely to reach out at his earliest convenience. I didn t have to chase him down for an update. Mark and his team did a thorough job diagnosing my Acura TL. He was patient, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Mark provided several options to obtain my objective and didn t pressure me. He gave me all the necessary information so I could make an informed decision. I certainly had a GREAT experience. Thank you Mark for a job well done!!!

I'm always skeptical when it comes to places like this. Expensive repairs are nothing to take lightly. My initial problem was misdiagnosed and they found the actual problem(s) and fixed them. My 2016 Jeep runs like new again as promised.

I came here while traveling and my car went into limp mode. I was recommended to come here and I m glad I got that recommendation. They truly kept in touch and explained every single thing to me and made sure to confirm that I wanted something done before just doing it and then charging me. They continued to call and relay the status of everything and when completed they throughly explained all the maintenance that was done. Very friendly and attentive. Also Everytime I came and others came in we were greeted with hello we will get right to you. Make yourself at home . That calmed all anxiety I might ve had.

Our Family recently had the AAMACO Transmissions on Biscayne Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida put in a new rebuild transmission in our 2008 Ford Edge SUV.The service that was provided from this store was excellent. Had an airbag light on 2019 Ram, Jeremy and Mark and the technicians were all professional and did a phenomenal job in all aspects from communicating to job completion. Highly recommend this location.

Aamoco they are money hungry they charged me over four hundred dollars in diagnostic tests and didn't fix my a.c. properly and then they wanted another nine hundred dollars. Do not use this company

Super UNprofessional!!! say that they can check your car for free but I drop my car off on Wednesday to get a regular diagnostic to let me know what was going on with it. I let them know that I suspected a gas leak. They said everything was fine..They call me back Thursday to tell me that they couldn t check my challenger because there was a gas leak and it will cost me $400 more just to tell me where it s coming from? I m like? Ok? I know that I informed them that before I dropped it off. so I agree on Thursday that I will pay that price long as I know where it s coming from that day. Friday come I had called to ask what s going on with my car because I didn t hear anything back from them. They let me know that they had skipped my car and had to fix other cars and that they will have information for me first thing Monday morning they basically first come first serve.. but I mlike I dropped off my car Wednesday. Monday afternoon come which is now and I called Them because no one has called me yet again to update me on anything with the car they tell me that the car still hasn t been looked at !!! They re busy, just a total waste of time. They had my car for a whole five days false advertising to get me and try to charge me and still didn t tell me anything.! Trash services !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Currently picking up my car right now to take it to pep boys whom I just called and they say that they can tell me the problem and order the part the same day! Horrible! Do not give these con artists your business. Shoddy work (multiple leaks, hard shifts, shudders verified by another Aamco) does not honor warranty unless there is a dash light or code. Corporate is useless and says they can t do anything. Go to the dealer or ANYWHERE else.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Although the prices are just high by default in this day and age... The office manager, Mark absolutely knows the meaning of customer service. His service was exceptional and this will definitely bring me and my family back to this particular Aamco when any transmission needs come up. He is very understanding and super helpful. He went above and beyond with he and his staff to ensure every little thing was taken care of and then some. I definitely recommend this shop for your vehicle needs. Ask for Mark and you'll definitely be taken care of for sure.

Had a transmission go out in my 2017 F150..John, Mark, Jeremy and the guys did a great job. Kept me informed, replaced the transmission and at a fair price. Quality work and quality people, can t go wrong and highly recommend.

IF I COULD CHOOSE 0 STARS I WOULD !!!! Worst experience of our life do not I repeat do not use this business !! They completely messed our car up didn t fix what we brought the car in for instead they touched things they weren t supposed to and over charged us for everything!! WE went in for an oil leak 1200$ and 2 weeks later we are driving and the car starts doing the exact same thing they were supposed to had fixed !! They had our car for a whole week !!! We had to file a police report because Jeremy the advisor started lying saying he didn t tell is this and that and also said we didn t have a warranty! Luckily I keep all paperwork and was able to prove him to be a liar !!! The police even agreed him to be wrong !!! I would never recommend anyone using this place they will only take your money !! Took our car to them and 2 weeks later it s literally doing the exact same thing we been had problems with !!! In the process of taken legal action as we speak !!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Very disappointed one of the employees went through the truck stole all my change all my cologne the toolbox on the back of my truck took my gun and they going to try to say somebody in the neighborhood broke into my truck but nothing was broke no windows no doors and truck was up there for two weeks and not once was I notified that someone hadn't broken my truck until I went to pick up my truck. Plus I keep my tailgate lock so how did somebody take my toolbox off the back of the truck if my tailgate was locked. Very bad business highly upset. Got a police report but I want to call news4jax and get on this bad news be careful of who you let work on your vehicleService: Transmission

By far the best shop I ve experienced. The manager Mark communicates clearly and wants what s best for you and your vehicle! Whether your transmission went out or you just need new brake pads put on, these are the guys you want working on your vehicle! Will definitely be coming back here again.

Best customer service I ve ever encountered. Best in town for vehicle maintenance and repair. Knowledgeable and timely. Excellent work.I took my vehicle in for sound the brakes were making (post service and 5000 Miles out of warrantee). They still took the time to address my issue and take care of me at no additional cost. They stand behind their work 200%. They went above and beyond when they didn t have to. I appreciate the courtesy and the integrity of this business. I ll trust no one else with my vehicle in all of Jacksonville. Thank you guys!

The transmission in my car finally bit the dust and Mark at this location really took care of me. He took his time and went over all of my options and was so very communicative and helpful throughout this whole ordeal. Miranda was also extremely pleasant and helpful when Mark was helping other customers. Even though they seem to be very busy I always felt like they were making time for me. Marcus, the general manager was also very nice! The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. Thank you, guys!
