Junior and the guys are always fantastic. My mother has a late model ford and they have done a great job diagnosing any issues and keeping it running. The thing I appreciate most is they are honest. They will be up front about what they can and can t do and provide the appropriate referrals if necessary.

My family's car broke down just a short distance from this place and a man came out of his house and recommended this shop. We made it there barely and how thankful we are! They were very friendly, helpful, fast and affordable(Honest!!)! They completely saved the day and told us where we could walk for an amazing lunch- and it was so nice. We are so thankful for these guys and we will be back!!

Great Service at AA Auto RepairI recently visited AA Auto Repair on Main St. and had an amazing experience. The standout of my visit was definitely Junior, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had been having some issues with my car and Junior diagnosed the problem immediately, which was such a relief. He was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently, and the bill was surprisingly inexpensive considering the quality of service I received.What I appreciated most about Junior and the team at AA Auto Repair was how they communicated with me throughout the process. They explained everything that was going on with my car in a way that was easy to understand and made sure to keep me updated on their progress. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get my car back to me - I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready to go by the next day.Overall, I can't recommend AA Auto Repair enough. Their service was excellent and the prices were more than reasonable. I'll definitely be returning for any future car needs and will be telling all of my friends about the great experience I had here. Thanks again to Junior and the team for the outstanding service!

Junior, Ham, and the whole crew are highly professional mechanics that won't nickel and dime. They have gone above and beyond to make things right on my 2015 Fusion Hybrid on the five times I've visited. Highly recommended.

I never post reviews but I had too for these guys. I got a flat they fixed it for me for free. Then I had to go back cause my brakes was rubbing against something and they fixed that too in a very timely manner. The entire team I seen today was absolutely knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be going back to this company if I ever have issues with my car! Good job gents!

My car blew a spark plug and coil this past Thursday and I literally drove the car with its last strength off the highway and into a the closest shop. Mike was super helpful and put my fears at rest. I am lucky to have made it into his shop. He saw that I was really worried about the cost and charged me a fair price. I would recommend customers to obtain auto repair services from this facility, it is a fine establishment with excellent service.

Awesome place! Owner was very attentive and professional other staff very courteous. I drove up to the establishment they seemed to be very busy but still had time for me. I was traveling on 95 from Miami to DC area and one of my ignition coils went out. I explained the situation to the owner he gave me a quote with some recommendations and a quote for what what I wanted done. He then told me he would be ready for me at 2:30 p.m. and he should be done by 5 I got a bite to eat came back at 2:30 he pulled a vehicle in and was done by 3:30 they even gave me water. They were very courteous professional and I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs car work quick fast easy great prices and professional again I can't stress that enough very very professional five stars.

I've had nothing but great customer service each time I've taken my car here for repairs. They are reasonable, quick, and sufficient. I like the fact that I also have a 1 yr warranty on my repairs. No other mechanics will work on my car as long as I'm in the area.

It is hard to find someone in this business you can trust. Mike and his crew are those diamonds in the rough; honest, reliable and fair! If you go in for an oil change they do this novel thing and give you an oil change without trying to sell (scare) you into unnecessary services. Since they were so easy and fair with their oil changes I have continued to use them for all of my other repair needs and have never been disappointed. Gearhead friends of mine are even surprised by how reasonable their prices are.

Mike and the crew are the best in town. My tire went flat they filled it up I followed them to the shop they plugged it free of charge and I was able to go to work on time and I was able to see exactly what they did they made me feel welcomed in their shop I had the best experience I've ever had thank you so much Mike and crew you are awesome love you guys this wasn't the first time either they have helped me quite a bit with my little car and they have been top notch and informative and fantastically priced best auto shop in town guys

I have been blessed once again with a great, honest mechanic. Mike keeps my 200k+ mile Ford Expedition running despite me! :D He's great. Having lived in the area for going on 2 years, my cars go to Mike and his team when ever there is a problem. He is fair, explains the issue, and I leave feeling that I have been treated well. If you have a problem with your vehicle -- AA Auto Repair should be your go to for an automotive solution.

Do not use these people!!!! They use subprime parts even for big jobs and you're going to be stuck redoing the job a year or two later!!!!! Two years at best. Try paying $1,000 to have your car repaired just to find out 2 years later because of subprime parts you have to pay $1,000 to get the same job done again. Please don't waste your money at this shop spend a little more go to a better shop and get a job that will last you a lot longerService: Tires

AA auto has been servicing our car for years. The service is fast and always "Top Notch". Mike and his crew care deeply about fairness, integrity, and doing the job right. I highly recommend you have your auto serviced at AA.

I used to work at Shands and had a Nissan truck that kept breaking down and Mike always repaired. One time I didn t have all the money to pay for it. Mike said that s fine, pay me when you can. I ve never been told that by a vendor. I got paid every other week so it took me a month to pay the bill. You can be sure Mike was the first that got paid. I finally was able to leave Shands and buy something new and and it didn t need repairs for 3 years. The dealer wants close to $400 for rear rotors and brakes, Mike is $125 cheaper for the same job. Guess where I m going?

My boyfriend had a flat tire for a couple days. We both just got established with new jobs and have been trying to catch up and re-organize our bills and such. I decided to call Mike this morning and he got our address and said he would be here in about 10 min.. we are that close to his shop... When Mike arrived, he immediately took the flat tire off the truck, took it back to his shop and proceeded to try to find one in his shop to match. He couldn't find one, so what he did, was, took the brand new spare tire from his own personal car, came back and put his tire on ours. Of course he will get it back as soon as we get a new one this weekend, but for him to let us 'borrow' his own personal tire is beyond words. Mike, you are the best mechanic I have ever seen in my 50 years! We will recommend you to EVERYONE we know!!! Thank you so much!

I called 1st thing in the morning in a real jam and they saw me right away have me a very fair price and the work was done earlier than i anticipated. Def would recommend you won't regret it. Thank you AA Auto Repair Of Springfield!!!

Came in early morn on a Saturday and they were able to assess my vehicle right away - no wait! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Firestone tried to get me to spend an arm and leg on a new rear wheel axil, strut, and tire. My gut feeling told me something wasn't right about that. Visually the axil and strut looked completely fine. Yet the mechanic at Firestone kept saying it was bent. Asked him to show me what he was talking about because I could not see it. He made me feel like I was some sort of idiot. Pretty much said I was not experienced enough to visually see what he was seeing. Total BS. On top of that it took them four hours to tell me this information.The guys at A A Auto assessed my car right away and pretty much confirmed that the axil and strut were perfectly fine. On top of that they GAVE me a relatively brand new tire for FREE! Drove away with a good tire and no BS! Absolutely love these guys. They made me feel like family. Don't trust the big corporate auto shop businesses. This mom and pop shop truly cares about their customers and won't rip you off. Highly recommend A A Auto
