Brought my 2013 victory highball in to re-do my forks. I lucked up because they had the parts I needed. My bike was ready the next day. I'm definitely bringing my bike back for future service.

After enduring the frustration of dealing with dishonest mechanics who claimed to have completed work but never actually did, I reached my breaking point. Determined to find a reliable solution, I decided to visit the Kawasaki dealership for assistance. They kindly directed me to Ross at 904 Performance, a reputable establishment known for their upfront and honest business practices, always offering fair prices.

Small angry little man at the front desk. Lies a lot and is slow compared to competition. Don't give your money to this clown. If he was fast he would actually rep his shop at fl2kHe would be gapped so bad and he knows this. Little man at the desk

I ve been going to these guys forever, since they first started their shop and everything they ve done for me has been a fair, honest price for solid work. They re not there to rip you off or make up some bs that needs repair when it doesn t, like a lot of shops these days. I ll go to them for as long as they re around. Highly recommend dirt, street, cruisers, sport bikes, they do it all.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Walked in ..no apponitment..rear tire mount and balance(off the bike)..IN AND OUT less than 20 mins..I can't be more satisfied. Professional ,knowledgeable, capable staff never had a bad visit! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!KEEP IT LOCAL.!

Spoke to a guy named Ross on the phone. Very informative and great guy overall. Get your work done by him! He ll save you from getting scammed on Facebook as well!!

These guys did an awesome job for me installing two tires. Very helpful and they got my baby back on the road! They did NOT charge me the diagnostic fee because the bike wouldn't cooperate so there was nothing to diagnose. I will definitely return here again.

They seem to have good mechanic skills here, they have been helpful in getting my boyfriends bike up and running, just wished the communication was alittle better, furthermore, due to the overwhelming motorcycle repairs the wait time is longer than expected... So be patient .

Don't even bother going to any other place to get your bike serviced!! I had them change all the fluids in my bike and a few other items . Bought a used bike from them 5 months ago. They took great care of the bike and I ve had zero issues. They even gave me some tips on maintenance. They were honest and professional I had a great experience and they have my business again

I have used them for years. Not a single worry ever crosses my mind because I know they are honourable mechanics. I could not give a higher recommendation to this group, they always go above and beyond with service and consistantly find ways to improve our relationshipIt is virtually impossible to find dependable mechanic's these days but I know this is one place to look.Thank you, Gentlemen

Thank you to 904 performance for the great work they did on my bike. Too quality business with no mistakes. This Establishment definitely takes pride into what they do. Would recommend this facility to anyone. They did my 12 piece light kit, headlights , fork seal, brake and chain maintenance all in one day.

Very good shop to get your bike fixed! The whole place does need to look a little bit better, yet there is only so much You can do in the very "tight" parking area they have. Yikes. The Arlington Expressway makes this shop hard to get to, so call them & follow their instructions on how to bring your bike in, if that's why you're reading My review. Bottomline, they'll get your bikes, and cars, fixed.

Amazing shop 10/10. Needed a needle valve for my yzf 600r. No where in town had the part in stock and wanted 40+ dollars to be ordered. Called 904 performance and I was told to come in and see if they had one in their spare parts and was told to just take it if they did. So thankful to be able to get my bike running tonight and get riding again. Will definitely be taking my business here and recommending them to anyone needing work done on their bike. A+

I've been to 904 Performance a few times so far. Everything has always been done very well on my bike, and they are kind enough to answer any questions I have asked. They do have the lowest labor rates I have found locally and I have no complaints at all about the work. They even stayed a little past closing once because I had to have my bike towed there and it wound up arriving just after 7 PM. I really appreciated that. My only complaint would be that the turnaround time is not very fast (at least in my personal experience, hence the 4 stars), but I suspect that's mostly due to their workload which is testament to the excellent service which they provide. Since the first time I went there, I haven't considered having my bike serviced anyplace else and don't plan to.

This is the absolute best shop in Jacksonville hands down! Great pricing, quality workmanship, great attitudes, and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend the small shop. I had new hi intensity lights installed on my motorcycle Curtis did excellent work.Nikki got me the appointment time that suited my schedule and ordered the correct parts.Finally a bike shop in Jacksonville the does great work for reasonable prices.

This was only the 2nd time I've taken my bike to these guys, but I'm a customer for life. They always do right by me. Trust and integrity in the mechanic business is the most important thing; anyone can turn a wrench.

This is a off-the-beaten-path motorcycle repair shop. I had 4 tires and tubes installed on two of our three motorcycles and the price was a great deal and the quality of work was excellent. Nikki the service writer helped us find the best deal on tubes and parts prior to setting our appointment.

904 performance is by far the best place to take your bike. Best rates in town, Curtis, Ross and team are the best of the best. They know their stuff. They are fair, honest and trustworthy they are the only mechanics that I trust with my bike, they will not try to sell you something that you don't need. They shop around for the best prices for the parts you need for your bike. 904 performance has been working on my bikes for years.Thank you for your honesty, fair prices and great customer service.

Brought my bike to 904 performance on a recomendation of a friend, and haven't been disappointed. They are by far the most courteous and helpful shop I've seen so far. Ross and Curtis have both helped me out with questions I had on multiple occasions, as well as worked on my HD sportster a few times. They really should charge more for the quality of the work they do. Turnaround time was always great, and I don't think I'll ever take my bike anywhere else.

Had work done twice since I moved to Jax. Both times 904 performance did an amazing job taking care of my R1. They were easy to work with, fast and polite. They are like the family shop youd want to take your bike too. Good people and reasonable prices. Thank you so much.

Bought a new rear tire online, didn't want to mess with taking the wheel off myself, so brought the bike and tire in to 904. The charge to replace the tire was far, far below what my dealer quoted me, and it was done in under 30 minutes by a guy who obviously knew what he was doing. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

They really got me good:Took them a bike that had been sitting for 5 years. Told them I needed full service and new everything. Paid about $800 including new tires...A couple of weeks later my BRAND NEW tires are going flat. I take it to them and they realize they overlooked replacing the tire stem where the air goes in. They quote me $80 to replace 2 stems (part cost is $2 apiece)....Seriously??? Gonna charge me for labor because you overlooked something? HELL NO. Ill take my business elsewhere. Not cool.

Great business to take your motorcycle to for service. Nikki is the bomb she goes above and beyond to get parts ordered and ensures vehicles are complete on time. Great customer service skills. I will recommend anyone to go there for their motorcycle needs

Awesome service. Had multiple bikes worked on with 904 performance had my bike up and ready for the track in no time. Easy to communicate with and compared to other shops in north fl. By far the cheapest prices wouldnt take my bike anywhere else

What no other place could do, they helped me with ease. My tire had a nail and they were able to patch it up in about 20 minutes! Bike is good to go, and these guys did a great job!
