Nick and Billie are amazing! We had our Jeep lifted by another company and it ruined the drivability. I had taken it to several other companies to get it fixed and nobody could make it better. A friend in Jacksonville referred me to Nick and Billie so I took a chance and drove it all the way from NC so they could take a look. A few days later they had the issue fixed that I have been dealing with for 3 years! Our Jeep looks great and drives even better. Even though they are 6 hours away from where I live, they are my go to team from now on. I highly recommend their services!

I was a little nervous in the beginning because I had a bad experience with 2 dealerships recently my truck I traded had a lift kit installed by 4 W P IN 2010 and to this date there s never been a problem with it my new 2023 f150 king ranch has a 7 lift 24 deep dish rims ridge grappler tires looks great and runs excellent 3 day turnaround very professional folks good JOB 4WP keep up the good work .STEVE

Recently purchased a set Morimoto of headlights, tail lights, and a third brake light from here. Bobby was an absolute help in getting my order together as I had never ordered aftermarket parts before. He even showed personal interest in the overall build idea I have going for my truck. I will absolutely be coming back to get more parts purely for the customer service. Thanks Bobby!

The reason I gave 3 stars reflects nothing bad on this store. If you search their website to make sure the parts you need are in stock it searches all their stores. I drove over two hours to pick up a bunch of parts that the website said was in stock. They were in stock, but in different stores, not the one I was going to. This is a corporate problem for allowing this to happen. You should clarify on the website to definitely call first to make sure it s in stock and let people know that your inventory is a combination of all stores. I was contacted by the store I went to and had a nice conversation about the problem.

Absolute professionalism! The team over at 4WP (Alvarez Rd.) knocked out my lift and had me back on the road in no time. Went with the BDS lift with Fox Resi s. Nick and Josh had me set up in no time (Billy) killed the install! Customer service at its finest and extremely resourceful. Highly recommend this team for any mods.Extreme lifts to a new set of shoes for your ride. (See ya soon for my wheels)

Went in and was immediately greeted by Joey. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the accessories I was looking for. Got parts ordered and scheduled for install. I think he was the manager or something because his knowledge about off-road accessories was exsuberated as he talked. Get this guy a promotion and keep him around. An asset to the 4 wheel parts team .

I don't buy every part and accessory for my jeeps here, but 4WP has always come through when I needed them to. Don't plan on what you need/want to be in stock, but they can usually get it within a couple of days. One of the last brick and mortar stores still out there.

Nick and tha Boyz installed a 3.5" lift on my XJ Cherokee, and lemme just say, I'm absolutely satisfied with the results. I had a small issue that just needed adjusting(expected with lift kits settling), and not only did they listen to what was going on, but they took my Jeep into the shop and fixed it on the spot. Couldn't be happier with the results, and 10/10 would get another lift kit installed there!

Great customer service from start to finish. Lifted my wife s 4 runner. Set up an appointment and everything went as planned. Best part is the got rid of an alignment vibration I have been trying to address for two years. I will definitely be using them again.

Went to 4WP looking to do some upgrades to my truck! The entire staff took all the time in the world to answer all my questions and concerns with a couple trips to the parking lot looking over my truck and measuring clearance to make sure I got exactly what I needed! While waiting for my stuff I noticed they didn t treat just me and my son that way it was everyone that came in looking to get some upgrades also! Thanks again guys y all definitely deserve more than 5 stars I d say 10

Awesome service from Nicholas B. and the team! I had the pleasure of working with Nick and after going over a few estimates, he was able to get be the best deal for the lift kit I wanted. I ve been wanting a lift for my truck for over 10 years and Nick finally make it happen and kept me in the loop the whole time. Couldn t be happier with the service and communication!

Communication is key and 4WD Parts takes this point to home. Tech's are willing to listen to customers' requests and ensure the customer comes away satisfied. Solutions for lights, suspension, towing, and power accessories, with everything in between. Techs kept me informed of part ordering, shipping, and arrival. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to modify their truck or SUV.

Best place to go to for your jeep or truck parts and obviously anything to do with off road. Josh the manager is so friendly and personable with everyone. The staff is great and knowledgeable too. The atmosphere is great. I love it so much that I get lost looking at everything for my jeep. I want it all. Lol. Great place to go. Highly recommend.

Only order online. Don't go to the store..says items are in stock but not true..it only means they are in stock in one of several locations, drove an hour for nothing and the guy that works there said yeah I wish they'd fix that

I just recently got a 2.5 lift on my Jeep. I really enjoyed working with everyone at 4wheel parts! They were super accommodating and took care of me. I will definitely go back for anymore upgrades I choose to have done.

Bought a Bestop for my wrangler from this location. Everyone there was super helpful. Had an issue with the top after the install (did it myself) and the guys there fixed the issue no problem. Will be going back for any additional items i decide to put on the jeep.

Originally purchased different tires but they ended up finding me some Mickey Thompsons for a killer price. Wheels and tires came in during the hurricane. Made my Tacoma look badass. Great customer service.

Came in today just for sway bar links, they needed up taking care of installing them and the shocks I was carrying around on a no notice just showing up. Kudos to Bobby and the team!
