Wow!, words can t explain how obsessed I am with my vehicle! It s so fire and sexy. They were professional, quick and kept me updated on the process when i ordered my lift and tire and rims. I recommend them 10/10 i would come back for more service with them ! Thank you ! .

4WP has a great friendly staff and very knowledgeable and helpful. They have good prices and deals to help the everyday working customers. They worked in my Ram 1500 and now started on my new Ram 2500. If they don't have it they will find it or give you good references. Look them up on their Website and the Atlantic location. I highly recommend them for all your needs.

It was a pleasure speaking with Steven at 4WP. My Jeep is pulling to the right even after 2 alignments from 2 other places. Steven has assured me 4WP will be able to correct the issue.Steven also helped me pick out a good selection of lights to replace on the Jeep. Through this process Steven was doing his best to save me money instead of just doing what I think I need but giving me other options that could make the experience easier and cheaper for both parties.Part 2 still to come after my 11/10 appointment.

First time at this shop and can t wait to come back. Was able to get what I needed plus a quote for some upgrades to the truck. Bobby and the rest of the crew were inviting and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, with no problem. Most of them are all vets as well. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you stop by for all your off-road needs.

Just had a 6" lift kit put on my 2016 Ram 1500. I also got new Fuel Rims and Nitto AT tires.Cameron the sales advisor did a great job assisting me and did a thorough job explaining all my options.The gentleman who work in the garage and actually did all the work installing everything were phenomenal. I wish I could mention them all by name. They took time to answer questions and I can tell they take great pride in what they do.It is refreshing to do business with a group of professionals who really do care about the customer.I will definitely be going back.

Excellent, knowledgeable, professional customer service and sales received by Steven Shaw including the installations of airbags and security box, workmanship and cleanliness that my vehicle was returned to me! *Edit*After hearing my concerns the manager Will reached out to me directly to apologize and make things right. He brought me back to the store and personally oversaw the corrections and needed repairs. He assured me as soon as the remaining parts arrived they would call me back in and get the truck back in perfect shape. I appreciate the great customer service and the respect he has for the vehicles and the level of quality he expects rolling out from his shop. It is a really good shop and they do good work, I believe this was just a one time situation and I plan on coming back for further work in the future.Went in for a bumper install, everything works and looks great from afar but upon closer inspection It seems like the job was rushed. Multiple broken plastic fastners which were held together by tape to cover it up. Secondly I was told my skid plate would no longer fit with the new bumper, I said that's weird it's supposed to, the employee shrugged and asked if I wanted it back which of course I did because I knew they were full of it. Picture below proves it fits with 4wp bumper.

I came in because I had a screw in one tire and all needed balanced.Threw a thorough inspection,William and his people Found screws in all 4 tires.So they worked with me and got all for tires changed out same day so I could get to my bands gig!

These guys were great. I had an issue with my spacers on my truck the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I had many of the spacer lug posts snap (they were installed by a different shop/company). The spacers changed my lug pattern so I had more options on rims as the Chevy Colorado has a unique bolt pattern. They went way out of their way to find a solution to the issues. I wanted to get away from using spacers as they almost caused me to loose a rim and tire on I10. They reached out to the company that made my lift kit to get options of rims that would fit my original Chevy bolt pattern. They were able to give me a few options and solve my issues. These guys were easy and great to work with. If you are customizing your vehicle definitely try these guys out. They are phenomenal and honest. I will definitely be going back to them for work on my truck.

Let me start with I've been seeking new wheels and tires for my Wrangler TJ for the last 8 years. I've gone to many other shops, including another 4WP in NC, and was met with pushy sales and rushed service. All the guys here were so kind. Connor was the best! Made the whole experience very personable. He was patient and understanding as he tried to help me find exactly what I was looking for for my Jeep.Thanks so much Connor and team.Highly recommend.

Decided to surprise my husband with a lift, tires and wheels and couldn t have come to a better place! William was so helpful and guided me through the entire process and decision making. He kept me updated about arrival of the parts and throughout the process of it being lifted. I can t say enough good things about him and this location. We will most definitely be back for future lift and tire needs.

I called 2 different times to ask about an alignment on a lifted truck both times i was told someone would call me back to set something up but i guess they are doing so good they can be picky about what they do because i never got a call back and it's been about 5 weeks now so i called tire kingdom and was seen same day they done my alignment for 110 and it rode much better.
